Caylee's Law Would Legally Compel People To Report Missing Children


Former Florida inmate, Casey Anthony, walked free from prison, after 3- years of incarceration, over the death of her 2-year-old toddler, Caylee Anthony. Though Casey was acquitted of murder, most believe wrongfully so and protesters were waiting outside the correctional facility to let her know it. Her two year old daughter Caylee, reportedly drowned, yet rather than report it, which is the standard procedure in such cases, Casey deposed of the body in the bushes.

Due to significant decomposition, the coroner's office could not properly determine the cause of death. Therefore, the public is not completely sure if Caylee was murdered or did indeed drown as Casey claims. However, due to her mother's unorthodox disposal of the body, it is natural for the public to think foul play was involved.

Regrettably, in Florida and other regions of the world surrounded by water, there are a number of drowning deaths each year, particularly where children are concerned, as they are attracted to water and do not fully comprehend the dangers that exist.

However, most people call emergencies services, in America 911, to report such drowning deaths. They do not secretly place the body in a bag and toss it into the woods. People give their pets burials with more dignity, than what was afforded to little Caylee, who did not deserve this.

Federal Judge, Jack Camp, was arrested last year on felony charges, for having sex with a stripper and taking illegal narcotics and fraudulently obtained prescription drugs, while being in possession of illegal guns. Most thought he would be locked away for years, as the law dictates.
However, to the public's surprise, he only served 3-weeks in jail. Camp's case is another illustration of the two tiered justice system that penalizes everyday people, while letting rich and famous people get away with murder (sometimes literal murder). Pretty 32-year-old Guinea citizen and legal U.S. immigrant, Ophelia Famotidina, is reportedly the woman who has accused IMF chief, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, of forcing her into oral and anal sex against her wishes. She took the stand in court today, to tell her side of the story.

The Woman Dominique Strauss-Kahn Is Accused Of Raping Is Named In The European Press

The London Telegraph is reporting, the 32-year-old African maid that IMF chief, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, is accused of raping and sodomizing, has been named in the French press. Strauss-Kahn has denied raping her, stating the sex was consensual. The New York District Attorney disagrees and as such, the IMF chief is being held without bail, in New York's infamous Riker's Island Prison. The evidence against Strauss-Kahn does not look good. If DNA is successfully employed, coupled with his well-publicized past history, provided it is not disallowed by the judge, the case will result in a conviction.
Initially, it was reported the 32-year-old woman was from Ghana. Recent reports have since indicated, she is an immigrant from Guinea, who is the mother of a 14-year-old girl. It was only a matter of time before her identity was exposed. This has become one of the biggest stories in the world and bribes will be issued by news media in several nations for information on the alleged victim.
News coming out of France reveals outrage that Strauss-Kahn was perp walked and according to some, denied the presumption of innocence. It is being said, in France, the custom is for criminals to be perp walked after conviction in court. As a result, some believe Strauss-Kahn is being treated differently, as he is French.

People should bear in mind, Strauss-Kahn is one man and does not represent all of France and every Jewish person on the planet (the latter is being brought up as well). He is one individual and only represents himself.
Therefore, it is wrong for anyone to use this case, which hasn't even been tried, to slur nations and ethnic backgrounds. France is a wonderful country and there are many law abiding Jewish people all over the world that have not hurt a soul.
However, there is a bias in this - much of the handling of the Strauss-Kahn arrest, leads right back to the hurdles the U.S. government faced in the Roman Polanski case, where the director was accused of rape, fled, then dodged extradition, refusing to return to America. The U.S. government refused to allow Strauss-Kahn to return to France and denied him bail, due to how the Polanksi case unfolded. Different countries have different laws and each will act according to what they deem fit.

Some find it hard to believe, women from different nations, with so much to lose, are conspiring to defame him.
Kahn's has also incriminated himself, as he fled his hotel suite after the alleged rape, leaving his mobile phone and other possessions behind, in order to catch the next flight out of the country to his destination. According to New York Assistant District Attorney, John A. McConnell, CCTV footage revealed Kahn to be "a man who was in a hurry" when he left the hotel.

He was hauled off the airplane in handcuffs, 10 minutes before take off and detained for a police line up, where his accuser positively identified him as her assailant. She was then escorted out of the police station under a blanket for privacy. To be clear, it is being reported, Kahn forced the Ghanaian immigrant, who worked as a hotel maid, to perform oral sex on him, then he anally raped her. Blood was found on the bed. Police extracted DNA from him and the alleged victim.
Kahn is being held at the notorious Riker's Island prison, on no bail, where ironically, some inmates would do to him, what he is accused of doing to the maid, had the police not placed him in solitary confinement in a small cell for his own protection. It's a far cry from what he is used to, living in mansions in Washington, DC and France, dining in the finest restaurants and staying at luxurious hotels.

Yesterday, Judge Stephanie Sautner, found Lohan guilty of violating her probation, on a string of DUIs, with a new grand theft larceny case, she acquired when stealing a necklace from the Kamofie & Co. jewelry store, in Venice Beach, California.

Lohan has been following the principles of the Kabbalah Centre, as a leaked memo obtained by Radar Online revealed, the cult encourages its followers to steal all they can, as a means of getting ahead in life, which is criminal and despicable.

Lohan has fallen into a depression over her latest scandal, which saw her arrested, jailed at the Lynwood correctional facility and then bailed yesterday. She spent five hour incarcerated until her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, filed an appeal. She is free on $75,000 bail.

Lindsay Lohan, has been left reeling, after being sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days of rehab, by Judge Marsha Revel, so much so, the troubled, former Hollywood B-list actress, decided to stay home for once, missing a belated birthday bash at a club laden with alcohol. Motorists can breathe a sigh of relief.

Lohan's comeback plan does not benefit from her wildly partying all over the place, as directors and producers read the blogs and are never amused, when irresponsible, substance abusing entertainers, refuse to change their ways.

They do not wish to risk their productions on that, as on the whole, crews prefer calm, creative and cooperative shoots. However, there is a disconnect with Lohan, who believes everyone owes her a favor and is to fawn in her presence. The paparazzi fooled her well. They only kiss up to her to get pictures of the self-destruction that is her life and career.

Judge Justly Sentences Lindsay Lohan To 90 Days In Jail

Fallen Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Los Angeles Judge, Marsha Revel, for repeatedly violating her probation without remorse and failing to follow the Court's orders, regarding attending alcohol education classes.

Lohan initially smirked during the hearing, believing she had gotten away with the violations, when Judge Ravel declined to have a SCRAM report admitted into the proceedings, illustrating the one time actress had violated court orders again last month, by consuming alcohol at the MTV Awards.

However, the judge did acknowledge the company's contribution to the case and out of nowhere, sentenced Lohan to jail. Astonished, Lohan broke down in tears and repeatedly questioned her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, demanding to know what was going on. She was clearly in disbelief, believing herself above the law and exempt from accountability.

Lohan has no one to blame but herself, regarding the predicament she finds herself in today. She repeatedly disobeyed what she was formally ordered to do. She provoked public anger on website after website, with scores of people writing in to complain, if they had done the same, they would be jailed.

Judge Revel's sentence was fair and moderate. Like Judge Sauer, who sentenced Lohan's fellow troublemaker, Paris Hilton, to one month in jail in 2007, she has brought respect to the Court in the world press.

Stars that behave badly, whilst going around showing off about dodging jail, cause great offense to the public and is not a good look. It is important the populace has confidence in the fairness and equity of the justice system, otherwise it will undermine the entire judicial process.

Other entertainers have battled drug and alcohol issues for years, yet did their dirt indoors. This is not to condone drug use and alcohol abuse, but why do some celebrities like Lohan, feel the need to take their substance abuse issues outside and wreak havoc on an innocent, unsuspecting public. Her misconduct has caused injury to innocent people. When she is drunk or high, she becomes crazed and violent.



Lohan has repeatedly illustrated she is not rehabilitated, showing no remorse for her conduct or gratitude for the opportunities she has been given to start anew. She also continues to engage in acts of criminal theft and felonious financial fraud.

She has defrauded many individuals and corporations out of valuable merchandise, to the tune of millions. Today, Lohan was again served legal papers, for defrauding another company. She swindled a boutique out of $17,000 in clothing and jewelry, committing premeditated fraud in stating her business manager would remit payment. She never did.

Lindsay needs to grow up and accept responsibility for her actions. She is a FORMER child star. She is now a full grown adult. Lohan needs to stop causing injury to innocent members of the public, such as running over the foot of an innocent bystander, while embarking on a wild car chase and punching people in the face in several well-documented incidents. Lohan needs to stop breaking the law and making a mockery of the Court. Learn to live sober and within your means.

Prior to today's hearing, Lohan was grumbling about the judge in a placed item on TMZ, stating she clearly hates her. What she hoped to accomplish with said leak, it a mystery to most, considering Lohan has committed numerous crimes.

This is ironic considering people do not want to hire the irresponsible, unpredictable one time star, who now parties her life away, whilst getting drunk and high.

Meanwhile, back in America, a judge is contemplating jailing Lohan for missing alcohol education classes, required as apart of her probation for driving while intoxicated. The charge should have been living while intoxicated, as perennially high Lohan fails to see the urgency of getting sober and off drugs.
It's amazing that with all the negative effects of drug and alcohol abuse, which has ravaged her looks, health and mind, whilst destroying her career, Lohan still needs a wake-up call, to shake her out of this stupor. She is indeed a lesson in self-defeat and self-destruction.
However, her inability to get well lays in the fact she is in a sick cult, Kabbalah, that has so destroyed her mind, via their insanely touted "inducing schizophrenia" program, that she is no longer able to think straight or reason well, because of the crazy things she now believes, thanks to what they have taught her.

In other legal news, Lindsay Lohan's frivolous lawsuit against online brokerage house, E*trade, is in jeopardy, as the company has filed a "Motion to Dismiss." E*trade released an ad featuring a "milkaholic" baby named "Lindsay" engaged in a love triangle.

Then, "alcoholic" adult "Lindsay" who is broke in real life, saw similarities to herself and sued, seeking a big payday. However, Lindsay's claim E*trade tarnished her good name is laughable, because when you make racist statements about black people, get drunk and high often, party in public until you fall over on your face, repeatedly miss work, sleep with half of Hollywood, fight your girlfriend in public, steal expensive clothes and jewelry and run over a bystander's foot with a vehicle, your name is pretty much gone.
Furthermore, parody is covered under copyright law and not that many people known Lohan solely by her first name. There are many famous Lindsays in Hollywood. How can Lohan truly prove she has been injured in this case, when she has embarrassed herself more than E*Trade ever could.

Arizona Governor Changes Immigration Law

U.S. President Barack Obama's Department of Justice dropped the ball and the economy is paying a price for it

The Governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer, made change changes to the controversial Arizona immigration bill in America, hoping to pacify public outcry, that has gone international, while the Department of Justice, continues to waste time. The amendments only stipulate racial profiling is illegal, but that will not stop some from engaging in it, under the color of law enforcement.

When most people think of immigrants in America, they assume it is in reference to non-white people. Hispanics compose the largest number of immigrants to America and as a result, they will be unfairly targeted, via racial profiling in Arizona.


Numerous people, businesses and the state of California, have threatened a sweeping boycott of Arizona, in light of the inhumane immigration bill that violates the U.S. constitution.

Some of the features of the contemptible bill include, as mentioned previously, racial profiling, which will largely target Hispanics in the state of Arizona, whether they are legal or illegal immigrants, spontaneous searches demanding people produce proof of U.S. citizenship, in violation of the Fourth Amendment and six months incarceration if one is found to be in the United States unlawfully.

All lawmakers in Arizona have managed to do is give the state a bad name on a national and international level as human rights abusers, run up taxpayer tabs, via imprisoning illegal immigrants for 6 months, cut their statewide work force, damaged a number of local businesses relying on cost effective labor and removed massive sums of money from their state's coffers, by unjustly putting hard working illegal immigrants in prison, who were paying their way in America.

If you are an illegal, it is very hard to get benefits and live off the U.S. taxpayers. Therefore, you have to pay your way, feeding, clothing and housing yourself, by shopping at local supermarkets, eating at local restaurants, buying clothes from Arizona businesses and fuel from local gas stations.

That's money, which was going into the Arizona economy, while jobs many Americans do not want to do, such as working in the farming industry (picking produce in the fields all day), construction field (assisting on construction sites and handyman type jobs), the garment industry (sewing clothes several hours a day) and the hospitality and food service industries.

This bill was a terrible, ill-conceived idea that only stands to hurt Arizona and America. In closing, locking someone up for six months, because they were seeking a better life in another country, is appalling.
