Hollywood train wreck, Lindsay Lohan, was caught drinking to the point of inebriation and falling over, one day after being released from house arrest. Some people refuse to learn from their mistakes.
Once again, Lohan has proven to the entertainment industry, she is irresponsible and unreliable, as she told the world she does not drink anymore and is taking her career seriously, but clearly is not in any measure.
Lohan keeps lying and grinning each time she gets in trouble or arrested, but the joke is on her, as the entertainment industry and audiences have written her off and her so-called comeback. I guess she enjoys being a laughingstock that is the punchline.

Bristol Palin, the daughter of politician, Sarah Palin, stated in her newly released autobiography, former boyfriend, Levi Johnston, took her virginity, while she was drunk on wine coolers. It resulted in an unplanned pregnancy and a scandal during the 2008 election. Bristol gave birth to son Trigg Palin and denounced Johnston's bad case of diarrhea mouth, in betraying the family's secrets to the public.

Palin maintains Johnston did not rape her, but under the law, if you have sex with someone that is drunk, incapacitated from medication, mentally disabled or unconscious for whatever reason, that is considered rape, as consent cannot be coherently granted. Young women need to be careful, as there are males out there that will ply females with liquor, claiming they are loosening them up, then proceed to have sex with them at a time they cannot grant consent.

Jacka*s Star Ryan Dunn Dead In Fiery Car Crash

34-year-old "Jacka*s" star, Ryan Dunn, died in a fiery car crash, while under the influence of alcohol, when his Porsche sped off the road and slammed into a tree, exploding in flames shortly after. Dunn was driving in excess of 110 miles per hour before the fatal crash. Up to one hour prior to his death, Dunn was drinking and had consumed six alcoholic beverages at a local bar in Pennsylvania. Dunn's passenger, a U.S. Navy Seal named, Zachary Hartwell, 30, also died in the blaze. Hartwell had served in Iraq multiple times.

Dunn is being slammed in the press and online by members of the public, for drunk driving. As stated on the Judiciary Report a few years ago, it is not a matter of celebrities not being able to afford a driver or a taxi cab, they like to be seen in their luxury cars and after a night of drinking that is a terrible idea. To die in one’s thirties is a tragedy and waste of life, especially in a manner that was so preventable.

Report: Lindsay Lohan Got Drunk At The Club Again And Assaulted Someone

Hollywood basket case, Lindsay Lohan, has violated her probation again, by not only going to a club that serves alcohol as its primary business and getting drunk on top of that, but physically roughing up a club patron that took a picture of her, while she partied in an inebriated state. This is after pleading no contest to grand theft charges last week, regarding stealing a $2,5000 necklace Lohan swore she never stole.

I told you this chick is a mean drunk. You are not allowed to grab people by the wrist, take their property (camera) from them, then throw it in an ice bucket. That constitutes assault, theft and property destruction. You aren't too bright either, as the camera's memory card was not damaged after your little ice expedition.

Just last week, loony Lindsay told the world she has changed her ways and will be sober for the rest of her life. Well that didn't last long. I've said it before and I will say it again, Lohan should not be on a film set, as she is a massive risk to any production she is apart of. I have never seen anyone so determined to get stoned and party. Lindsay would fight a shark to get into a club and indulge in Cristal and cocaine.

Whitney Houston's Daughter Arrested For Drinking, Fighting And Gun Possession

How did I miss this one. Though it pains me to cite them as a public source, two days ago, the Nation Enquirer (*gagging*) published a story stating Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of singers, Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was arrested in Roswell, Georgia, for underage drinking and gun possession. Wow, she is behaving like her dad did when he was roughly her age.

It is being said, 18-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown, resisted arrest, as did her adopted brother. Brown and three males in a Honda, allegedly drove out of an Atlanta gated community, then spotted people they know in another vehicle. The fight began at a red light, then spilled over into a gas station. When the police tried to arrest the group, they allegedly fought back.

Fighting the police is not a good idea. If you remain calm and cooperative and it is later discovered you were falsely arrested or the victim of racial profiling, you'll have a strong case in court. However, the way this story is being told, it sounds like the police were not at fault, as fighting in public can lead to arrest.

Nicolas Cage Arrested For Domestic Violence And Public Intoxication

Bankrupt, beleaguered Hollywood actor, Nicholas Cage (Coppola), was arrested for public intoxication and domestic violence, after a cab driver witnessed him berate and roughly grabbing his wife, Alice Kim, on a public street in New Orleans, Louisiana. Cage is in town for a film (with his string of film flops over the past several years, we know where this is going).

The cab driver called the police, who came out to the scene and urged Cage to calm down. Being an actor lacking humility, Cage repeatedly dared the police to arrest him. And they did. Cage later posted $11,000 bail, after sitting in the Orleans Parish Prison for several hours.

Judge Justly Sentences Lindsay Lohan To 90 Days In Jail

Fallen Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Los Angeles Judge, Marsha Revel, for repeatedly violating her probation without remorse and failing to follow the Court's orders, regarding attending alcohol education classes.

Lohan initially smirked during the hearing, believing she had gotten away with the violations, when Judge Ravel declined to have a SCRAM report admitted into the proceedings, illustrating the one time actress had violated court orders again last month, by consuming alcohol at the MTV Awards.

However, the judge did acknowledge the company's contribution to the case and out of nowhere, sentenced Lohan to jail. Astonished, Lohan broke down in tears and repeatedly questioned her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, demanding to know what was going on. She was clearly in disbelief, believing herself above the law and exempt from accountability.

Lohan has no one to blame but herself, regarding the predicament she finds herself in today. She repeatedly disobeyed what she was formally ordered to do. She provoked public anger on website after website, with scores of people writing in to complain, if they had done the same, they would be jailed.

Judge Revel's sentence was fair and moderate. Like Judge Sauer, who sentenced Lohan's fellow troublemaker, Paris Hilton, to one month in jail in 2007, she has brought respect to the Court in the world press.

Stars that behave badly, whilst going around showing off about dodging jail, cause great offense to the public and is not a good look. It is important the populace has confidence in the fairness and equity of the justice system, otherwise it will undermine the entire judicial process.

Other entertainers have battled drug and alcohol issues for years, yet did their dirt indoors. This is not to condone drug use and alcohol abuse, but why do some celebrities like Lohan, feel the need to take their substance abuse issues outside and wreak havoc on an innocent, unsuspecting public. Her misconduct has caused injury to innocent people. When she is drunk or high, she becomes crazed and violent.



Lohan has repeatedly illustrated she is not rehabilitated, showing no remorse for her conduct or gratitude for the opportunities she has been given to start anew. She also continues to engage in acts of criminal theft and felonious financial fraud.

She has defrauded many individuals and corporations out of valuable merchandise, to the tune of millions. Today, Lohan was again served legal papers, for defrauding another company. She swindled a boutique out of $17,000 in clothing and jewelry, committing premeditated fraud in stating her business manager would remit payment. She never did.

Lindsay needs to grow up and accept responsibility for her actions. She is a FORMER child star. She is now a full grown adult. Lohan needs to stop causing injury to innocent members of the public, such as running over the foot of an innocent bystander, while embarking on a wild car chase and punching people in the face in several well-documented incidents. Lohan needs to stop breaking the law and making a mockery of the Court. Learn to live sober and within your means.

Prior to today's hearing, Lohan was grumbling about the judge in a placed item on TMZ, stating she clearly hates her. What she hoped to accomplish with said leak, it a mystery to most, considering Lohan has committed numerous crimes.

The Judiciary Report is aware that attention seekers such as Lohan, deliberately get into trouble, hoping it will generate attention to keep their tarnished names in the press, as their careers are over, but it is disgraceful, nonetheless.

Rather than entertainment, getting negative headlines has become Lohan's career, which is very sad and unenviable. Of course, in Lindsay's mind she is Audrey Hepburn. Cocaine is such a cruel drug that plays terrible tricks on people.

The celebrated Cannes film festival is underway in France and troubled, unemployed actress, Lindsay Lohan, is reportedly making the journey. This is ironic considering people do not want to hire the irresponsible, unpredictable one time star, who now parties her life away, whilst getting drunk and high.
Her main source of income is now derived from selling stories and pictures of herself, to tabloid styled outlets, rather than appearing on the big screen. How the pseudo-mighty have fallen.
Meanwhile, back in America, a judge is contemplating jailing Lohan for missing alcohol education classes, required as apart of her probation for driving while intoxicated. The charge should have been living while intoxicated, as perennially high Lohan fails to see the urgency of getting sober and off drugs.
It's amazing that with all the negative effects of drug and alcohol abuse, which has ravaged her looks, health and mind, whilst destroying her career, Lohan still needs a wake-up call, to shake her out of this stupor. She is indeed a lesson in self-defeat and self-destruction.
However, her inability to get well lays in the fact she is in a sick cult, Kabbalah, that has so destroyed her mind, via their insanely touted "inducing schizophrenia" program, that she is no longer able to think straight or reason well, because of the crazy things she now believes, thanks to what they have taught her.

Maybe the wake up call she needs is proper time in jail, as Lohan is an arrogant repeat offender. It certainly scared Paris Hilton straight regarding Driving Under the Influence (DUI). The judge did Hilton a favor by locking her up for three weeks, as she has not been arrested for the same thing in years.

Gang Stalking - Part 3

The tragic death of 15-year-old, Phoebe Prince, an Irish immigrant, who was gang stalked, bulled, sexually assaulted and relentlessly hounded by 9 of her classmates, have enraged many parents of kids at her school in Boston, Massachusetts. They are demanding answers as to why no one on the school's faculty, who witnessed the misconduct, put a stop to it or referred it to the authorities.

Indeed. Why did no one help this child. Many in Boston and around the world, believe members of faculty at the school should have been charged as well, in addition to the 9 students that waged the malicious gang stalking campaign, with one even desecrating her Facebook page after Prince's death, pleased with the results of their criminal conduct that drove her to suicide.
The school should have done something. When you are in a position of authority and knowingly allow an innocent person to be abused and killed, you are an accessory to the criminal misconduct. No excuses. A young woman lost her life, because no one would help her.
Dehumanizing and destroying someone for being vulnerable, shy, weak or "different" as some say, is cruel, vile and inhumane.


Under U.S. law, it is a crime (felony) to stalk, cyberstalk, harass, terrorize and or sexually assault a person. The students that engaged in said misconduct should have been arrested and charged with crimes, then sent to a juvenile detention center, prior to Prince killing herself, as she sadly saw it as the only way out of the unrelenting abuse. It never should have gotten to that point.

However, as the school's faculty failed in this case, sadly, often authorities do as well, when they are informed of such misconduct transpiring against others.


The FBI, charged with America's civil rights needs, is particularly criminally negligent in this regard in cases, especially those with money or prominent people's freedom at stake. It's very easy to see how poor Phoebe's plight went ignored, though the signs of criminal misconduct against her, were out in the open for all around to see.

In related news, one of the students that was indicted for gang stalking Phoebe, an 18-year old man named, Austin Renaud, was arrested this past weekend for drunk driving. This misconduct will negatively impact his standing in the Prince case.

Indeed, on the day Phoebe died, one of the accused bullies wrote
“accomplished” as her status on her Facebook page, according to the mother of a
schoolmate of Prince, who requested anonymity because she fears reprisals

Prince was attacked while studying in the library during lunch - hours before
