This just in. A lesbian jail gang is reportedly eagerly awaiting Lindsay Lohan's arrival in jail next week (suppressing laughter). All that bragging in Hollywood about playing for Team Vagina has gotten the freckled one into trouble.

In other Lindsay news, which was probably precipitated by the aforementioned tidbit, TMZ is reporting the beleaguered Hollywood troublemaker has hired famed defense attorney, Robert Shapiro, in an attempt to get out of reporting to jail next week...or at all.



Lohan is hoping the judge she threw the birdie, via an expletive laced finger salute, the long suffering Marsha Revel, will change her mind about putting her in jail for repeatedly violating her probation.

If I were the prosecutor, I'd bring to court, a blown up photo of Lindsay's "F**K U" fingernail gesture, she directed at Judge Revel last week. Send the little ingrate to Sing Sing.

Lindsay Lohan Stayed Home For A Change

Lindsay Lohan, has been left reeling, after being sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days of rehab, by Judge Marsha Revel, so much so, the troubled, former Hollywood B-list actress, decided to stay home for once, missing a belated birthday bash at a club laden with alcohol. Motorists can breathe a sigh of relief.

Lohan's comeback plan does not benefit from her wildly partying all over the place, as directors and producers read the blogs and are never amused, when irresponsible, substance abusing entertainers, refuse to change their ways.

They do not wish to risk their productions on that, as on the whole, crews prefer calm, creative and cooperative shoots. However, there is a disconnect with Lohan, who believes everyone owes her a favor and is to fawn in her presence. The paparazzi fooled her well. They only kiss up to her to get pictures of the self-destruction that is her life and career.

Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer Quits

Shawn Chapman Holley, the attorney for the chronically crazy, Hollywood lounge lizard, Lindsay Lohan, has resigned as her legal representation, without explanation, regarding her decision.
The fact Lohan painted the words "F**k U" on her middle finger and pointed it in the sentencing judge's direction yesterday, could not have helped matters. Chapman-Holley has to think about her other clients and future appearances before, Judge Marsha Revel, who Lohan so terribly disrespected. Talk shows and bloggers have taken the Judge's side in the matter.

As a client, trainwreck Lohan has been arrogant, pigheaded and unruly. Simple instructions Lohan has been asked to follow, in bids at preserving her freedom, were flagrantly disobeyed. She can't blame her lawyer for the mess she finds herself in, as she has been given many chances.
Furthermore, she is behaving like a spoiled brat. The judge sentenced her to 90 days, not 90 years. With jail overcrowding issues in Los Angeles, it is estimated she will spend 23 days behind bars. This chick is acting like they are sending her to Gitmo. Grow up, already.
Lohan went on another Twitter rampage last night, decrying human rights abuses and "torture" whilst invoking UN law, when she is a guilty culprit in said area of the law, dishing out "inhumane treatment" to others.

But let's look at the facts, shall we. She "tortured" an innocent man, by driving over his foot, while she was drunk on alcohol and high on cocaine, which was later found in her pants pocket. Smooth.
That's after she terrified his friends, whose car she stole, taking them on a crazy car chase through the streets of Los Angeles, going excessive speeds, which could have killed her, the occupants of the vehicle, other motorists and pedestrians. That was by all accounts "inhumane."
Lohan complained about injustice, when she has repeatedly stolen valuable items from people, forcing them to go to the authorities or spend money on litigation that could have remained in their bank accounts.

Lohan mentioned inhumane treatment that violates people's dignity (she means herself) when she and her vile, perverted Kabbalah cult, spend their time spying on people in their homes a la the Blake Robbins case. Their conduct is so nasty, disgusting, perverted and repulsive.
What is Lohan's security blanket in all this insanity, you ask? Actor, Robert Downey Jr. She keeps invoking Downey Jr., as an example of a star, who has substance abuse issues, went to jail and made a big screen comeback.
Right, but she is forgetting one minor, ever so important detail - the public didn't hate Robert Downey Jr. Not to be cruel, but audiences can't stand Lohan, due to her off screen antics that went well beyond drug and alcohol abuse. Google her name. Read the blog comments. It's not pretty.
She keeps talking about "work" and her movies, er, movie, like she is filming some massive project that takes over a year to complete. That nasty little air of superiority she walks around with, the constant public fights, bust-ups, tantrums, smirking and lying, have done her no favors with the public. Audiences do not want to pay money to see the persona behind all that chaos and misery, taking on film roles. They like a blank slate.

Crass, disgraced Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, silently sent a nasty message to Judge Marsha Revel yesterday, during a court hearing that appropriately slapped her with a 90 day sentence.

She wrote the words "F**k You" on her fingernails she kept turning in the Judge's direction. Photographers spotted the insult today, which would have placed her in contempt of court had it been noted during yesterday's hearing. How disrespectful, undignified and immature.

Judge Justly Sentences Lindsay Lohan To 90 Days In Jail

Fallen Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Los Angeles Judge, Marsha Revel, for repeatedly violating her probation without remorse and failing to follow the Court's orders, regarding attending alcohol education classes.

Lohan initially smirked during the hearing, believing she had gotten away with the violations, when Judge Ravel declined to have a SCRAM report admitted into the proceedings, illustrating the one time actress had violated court orders again last month, by consuming alcohol at the MTV Awards.

However, the judge did acknowledge the company's contribution to the case and out of nowhere, sentenced Lohan to jail. Astonished, Lohan broke down in tears and repeatedly questioned her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, demanding to know what was going on. She was clearly in disbelief, believing herself above the law and exempt from accountability.

Lohan has no one to blame but herself, regarding the predicament she finds herself in today. She repeatedly disobeyed what she was formally ordered to do. She provoked public anger on website after website, with scores of people writing in to complain, if they had done the same, they would be jailed.

Judge Revel's sentence was fair and moderate. Like Judge Sauer, who sentenced Lohan's fellow troublemaker, Paris Hilton, to one month in jail in 2007, she has brought respect to the Court in the world press.

Stars that behave badly, whilst going around showing off about dodging jail, cause great offense to the public and is not a good look. It is important the populace has confidence in the fairness and equity of the justice system, otherwise it will undermine the entire judicial process.

Other entertainers have battled drug and alcohol issues for years, yet did their dirt indoors. This is not to condone drug use and alcohol abuse, but why do some celebrities like Lohan, feel the need to take their substance abuse issues outside and wreak havoc on an innocent, unsuspecting public. Her misconduct has caused injury to innocent people. When she is drunk or high, she becomes crazed and violent.



Lohan has repeatedly illustrated she is not rehabilitated, showing no remorse for her conduct or gratitude for the opportunities she has been given to start anew. She also continues to engage in acts of criminal theft and felonious financial fraud.

She has defrauded many individuals and corporations out of valuable merchandise, to the tune of millions. Today, Lohan was again served legal papers, for defrauding another company. She swindled a boutique out of $17,000 in clothing and jewelry, committing premeditated fraud in stating her business manager would remit payment. She never did.

Lindsay needs to grow up and accept responsibility for her actions. She is a FORMER child star. She is now a full grown adult. Lohan needs to stop causing injury to innocent members of the public, such as running over the foot of an innocent bystander, while embarking on a wild car chase and punching people in the face in several well-documented incidents. Lohan needs to stop breaking the law and making a mockery of the Court. Learn to live sober and within your means.

Prior to today's hearing, Lohan was grumbling about the judge in a placed item on TMZ, stating she clearly hates her. What she hoped to accomplish with said leak, it a mystery to most, considering Lohan has committed numerous crimes.

Rather than entertainment, getting negative headlines has become Lohan's career, which is very sad and unenviable. Of course, in Lindsay's mind she is Audrey Hepburn. Cocaine is such a cruel drug that plays terrible tricks on people.

Readers of the Los Angeles Times overwhelmingly believe, troublemaking Hollywood lout, Lindsay Lohan, is receiving special treatment from, Judge Marsha Revel, in her criminal trial, for driving under the influence of alcohol, where she was also arrested with cocaine in her pants pocket.
Lohan has repeatedly and flagrantly violated the terms of her DUI probation, directly disobeying the judge's orders on a regular basis, but has not been incarcerated, much to the annoyance of Los Angelinos (not to mention the rest of the nation).

Message boards are ram packed with comments denouncing her conduct, so much so, her lawyer in a separate civil case, where Lohan is the defendant, has informed the judge in writing that too many people have very negative feelings towards her, which shall bar her from obtaining a fair trial. However, whose fault is that, as Lohan is not innocent and created this negative image all on her own.

Lindsay Lohan Violated Her Probation Again

Fallen Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, is really testing the court's patience. She is on probation for a DUI arrest and was detained with cocaine in her pocket in a police station, of all places.
She has been late to or missed court hearings and now, drank liquor after the MTV Movie Awards, setting off the SCRAM bracelet, Judge Marsha Revel, ordered she must wear for alcohol monitoring. A bench warrant was issued then rescinded when Lohan paid bail money.
Not only has she violated her probation again, she is showing the entire entertainment industry that she cannot be trusted to be sober and responsible, via violating the judge's order.
She even went to the dentist last week to have a voluntary procedure in having her wisdom teeth removed, as this would allow her to legitimately obtain prescription pain meds, which she has abused for years.

According to TMZ, out of work Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, lied to long suffering, Los Angeles District Court Judge, Marsha Revel, by claiming she cannot wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet, also known as SCRAM.
Lohan's excuse to the court is the SCRAM bracelet will interfere with a movie shoot in Texas for the violent film "Machete" and an alleged August start for the pornographic film "Inferno."
The producers confirmed Lohan's story to the court is a lie, as she is not in the scenes being filmed in Texas. "Inferno" is also in development and is not a sure thing at this point.
Lohan is reaching for any excuse under the sun to continue being an alcoholic and drug addict, even if it means lying to the court, which is a crime. However, the judge didn't buy her story and ordered she wear the SCRAM bracelet anyway.

Fallen Hollywood actress and Kabbalah cult member, Lindsay Lohan, made an appearance in court today, regarding violating her probation and missed court hearing last week. The judge has set a hearing date regarding the incidents.
Lohan was inappropriately dressed, wearing a blouse that was too open and not right for court. She sported bright red skin, after partying it up in sun drenched Cannes, France.

The judge, who looked disappointed with Lohan's continued misconduct and had an expression of someone, who has been misused and taken advantage of, has imposed new terms on her probation, which include much needed random drug testing and an alcohol monitoring bracelet (SCRAM).
On Friday, May 21, 2010, the TMZ website posted photos of Lohan parting in Cannes, wearing skimpy clothes and posing by a table with lines of cocaine on it. Lohan has serious drug and alcohol problems that she is not taking seriously, which is a dangerous attitude to have, as one could overdose.

Judge Marsha Revel has ordered a hearing to determine if wayward, one time actress, Lindsay Lohan, has violated the terms of her probation again. Lohan missed a required court hearing yesterday, which left her lawyer struggling to explain her unpredictable and unreliable client.
Lohan flew thousands of miles to Cannes, France, for the Cannes International Film Festival, under the guise of promoting a biopic on former porn star, Linda Lovelace.
She made officials in Cannes look bad, claiming someone stole her passport and she reported it as such, when the authorities have no record of her doing so. Originally the excuse was Icelandic volcanic ash left her stranded in France. Then, the story turned into someone stole her passport.
The Judiciary Report believes Lohan lied in an attempt to excuse her pre-planned absence in the California probation hearing, she simply blew off, as she disobeyed the judge's orders in not completing the required amount of alcohol education classes at the required intervals.

The Cannes Film Festival basically went off without a hitch, until Lohan created all this drama and bad press. The festival organizers are not amused. Neither are the police. No one from California wanted to give her a plane ride back to the States either.
And Lohan wonders why no one in Hollywood wants to hire her. Here's a tip, nowhere in the world do directors and other production staff, like going to bed at night with indigestion, wondering if a wayward actor or actress will show up for work tomorrow and be sober or blow their production sky high with their poor conduct.
As the mind prepares to drift into slumber and is wondering how to best film scenes to include all the key points one wishes to express, here is this nagging side thought about a unpredictable actress, who is a wild card in whether things will fall to pieces the next day, ruin the budget, run up costs and mess with insurance coverage. This is what you do to them.
No one needs that kind of aggravation and most people will not put up with it, because they simply do not have to do so. There's always a new busload of beautiful hopefuls wanting to be famous and willing to show up on time with out insobriety issues.

Lohan breezed into Cannes like she was Angelina Jolie with a finished filmed project to promote. People like director Oliver Stone were there to promote actual films that were completed, such as "Wall Street 2" A/K/A " Money Never Sleeps."
Indie filmmakers were also there with their finished products that competed in the festival for top honors. Lindsay was there for free alcohol, to score drugs from Hollywood hanger-ons and to get her face in the paper.
France is a beautiful place that most people want to visit and soak up the ambiance and lovely vistas. But if you have serious probation issues lingering that can snatch your freedom, you take care of your obligations first. You once again proved why people should not hire you.
Yesterday, CNN confirmed the Judiciary Report's previous statements that Lohan went to Cannes to party. CNN reported yesterday, Lohan was seen partying in Cannes, wearing thigh high stockings.

A bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of irresponsible Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, for failing to comply with her weekly alcohol education classes, as instructed by Judge Marsha Revel. The judge did not buy Lohan's sob story, regarding losing her passport and set bail at $100,000.

The Court has been merciful to Lohan, giving her many opportunities to get her life together and comply with reasonable requests, but she has not been grateful for the leniency, viewing it as preferential treatment, due to celebrity.
