Rebekah Brooks Arrested And The Metropolitan Police Chief Resigns

News International executive and journalist, Rebekah Brooks, who resigned her post three days ago, due to a terrible phone hacking scandal, was arrested yesterday in London, England, when she went to the police station for questioning in the case. A spokesperson stated, Brooks was surprised by the arrest. She was deserving of it, nonetheless. The head of the Metropolitan Police resigned hours later.
It is a massive fall from grace for a woman that once terrorized politicians and celebrities in Britain, with her illegally obtained scoops and stories that came straight off 9,000 illegally wiretapped phone lines, on CEO Rupert Murdoch's orders.
Victims have publicly stated, Brooks also contacted them, taunting and threatening them in a menacing manner, regarding how illegally embedded she and News Corp are in their lives, via bribes to the police and the aforementioned criminal hacking and wiretapping (Gordon Brown, George Michael and Ulrika Johnson).

It was a very foolish and power mad thing to do, as denying guilt and culpability becomes next to impossible, when you've unwisely let your victims know, you have criminally invaded their privacy. However, she was on a power trip, as is most of News Corp and did so to scare people. She wasn't the only one foolish enough to make that mistake.
I have to wonder what invasive bullies think they are accomplishing, in confronting their prey with such news, as there exists a prevalent pattern of this manipulative misconduct in the U.K. and U.S. versions of this case. But what they fail to realize is, it does not scare surveillance targets or leave them in awe.
It only makes victims seek the first opportunity that presents itself, to legally crush you in a very definitive manner and in spectacular fashion, for being such nosy busybodies and voyeurs, violating the public.

News International executive and former editor, Rebekah Brooks, has resigned from her position within Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. She has been placed under an intense microscope, as it was revealed, a number members of government and innocent citizens, including deceased children, were illegally hacked and wiretapped, during her tenure as editor of News Of The World, which was closed last week.


The scandal ridden newspaper is set to reopen next month as "The Sun On Sunday" testifying to the insincerity and greed of its owner, Rupert Murdoch, in what was undoubtedly a meaningless PR move, executed under a cloud of shame, suspicion and public anger.

Brooks, who clearly does not like being a scandalous story, rather than publishing them, said in a statement today, "Today we are leading the news for the wrong [reasons]. I feel a deep sense of responsibility for the people we have hurt. My desire to remain on the bridge has made me a focal point of debate...This time my resignation has been accepted."

What you did was not news, as you put it. You violated dead children, murdered in horrific ways, for scoops to illegally print in the paper. That's when you weren't destroying marriages by hacking and wiretapping individuals and printing the details of their private lives for all to read. You've caused so many people, so much pain, with a low brow breed of tabloid journalism that does not qualify as writing.


You went around arrogantly threatening government members and entertainers, so confident in police bribery and criminal invasion of privacy, via commissioned hacking and wiretapping. It begs the question, exactly who do you think you are. The same goes for Murdoch, who is possibly one of the haughtiest and greediest businessmen that ever lived.


If justice is to be served, your conduct, that of your colleagues and boss, Murdoch, demands prison sentences and massive fines. While Murdoch is the mastermind behind the terrible criminal mischief that has violated many people's privacy in perverse ways, you knowingly played a part in that scheme, for undue money and influence.

Shawn Chapman Holley, the attorney for the chronically crazy, Hollywood lounge lizard, Lindsay Lohan, has resigned as her legal representation, without explanation, regarding her decision.
The fact Lohan painted the words "F**k U" on her middle finger and pointed it in the sentencing judge's direction yesterday, could not have helped matters. Chapman-Holley has to think about her other clients and future appearances before, Judge Marsha Revel, who Lohan so terribly disrespected. Talk shows and bloggers have taken the Judge's side in the matter.

As a client, trainwreck Lohan has been arrogant, pigheaded and unruly. Simple instructions Lohan has been asked to follow, in bids at preserving her freedom, were flagrantly disobeyed. She can't blame her lawyer for the mess she finds herself in, as she has been given many chances.
Furthermore, she is behaving like a spoiled brat. The judge sentenced her to 90 days, not 90 years. With jail overcrowding issues in Los Angeles, it is estimated she will spend 23 days behind bars. This chick is acting like they are sending her to Gitmo. Grow up, already.
Lohan went on another Twitter rampage last night, decrying human rights abuses and "torture" whilst invoking UN law, when she is a guilty culprit in said area of the law, dishing out "inhumane treatment" to others.

But let's look at the facts, shall we. She "tortured" an innocent man, by driving over his foot, while she was drunk on alcohol and high on cocaine, which was later found in her pants pocket. Smooth.
That's after she terrified his friends, whose car she stole, taking them on a crazy car chase through the streets of Los Angeles, going excessive speeds, which could have killed her, the occupants of the vehicle, other motorists and pedestrians. That was by all accounts "inhumane."
Lohan complained about injustice, when she has repeatedly stolen valuable items from people, forcing them to go to the authorities or spend money on litigation that could have remained in their bank accounts.

Lohan mentioned inhumane treatment that violates people's dignity (she means herself) when she and her vile, perverted Kabbalah cult, spend their time spying on people in their homes a la the Blake Robbins case. Their conduct is so nasty, disgusting, perverted and repulsive.
What is Lohan's security blanket in all this insanity, you ask? Actor, Robert Downey Jr. She keeps invoking Downey Jr., as an example of a star, who has substance abuse issues, went to jail and made a big screen comeback.
Right, but she is forgetting one minor, ever so important detail - the public didn't hate Robert Downey Jr. Not to be cruel, but audiences can't stand Lohan, due to her off screen antics that went well beyond drug and alcohol abuse. Google her name. Read the blog comments. It's not pretty.
She keeps talking about "work" and her movies, er, movie, like she is filming some massive project that takes over a year to complete. That nasty little air of superiority she walks around with, the constant public fights, bust-ups, tantrums, smirking and lying, have done her no favors with the public. Audiences do not want to pay money to see the persona behind all that chaos and misery, taking on film roles. They like a blank slate.

Four star Navy admiral and America's chief intelligence officer, Dennis C. Blair, has tendered his resignation to U.S. President Barack Obama. He is vacating his post as Director of National Intelligence, effective today. Blair oversaw the FBI and CIA.
Earlier in the week, a report from the Senate Intelligence Committee, outlining "points of failure" sharply criticized his handling of terror suspect, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. Blair blamed the government's failure on, "Institutional and technological barriers remain that prevent seamless sharing of information."
In the past, the Judiciary Report has written about the lack of cohesion between federal agencies such as the FBI and ATF. The FBI even stonewalls local police departments, using them when expedient, but frequently referring to them in private as "plebeians" they can keep in the dark.

For years the Judiciary Report written about the avoidable disorganization plaguing federal law enforcement agencies such as the FBI. As it stands, terrorists have embraced technology more than these federal law enforcement agencies have, which means national security is in jeopardy and the government is playing at a significant disadvantage.
