Police Widen Rupert Murdoch News Corp Criminal Probe To Include Computer Hacking

The Met Police and its parent agency, Scotland Yard, have expanded the criminal investigation into Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp, to include computer hacking. As I have maintained for years, with digital and written proof from computer experts, Murdoch's companies specialize in hacking and wiretapping.
The egregious misdeeds of pop singer, Madonna, who is affiliated with the Murdoch family through Kabbalah and clearly established financial ties of a very questionable and illegal nature, alerted me to this fact when I was hacked and the preexisting, Library of Congress copyrighted contents of my business computers, were illegally copied and used, prompting me to file a formal complaint against her and the aforementioned companies with the Metropolitan Police. Madonna, who lives in America and Britain, has committed extensive crimes in the scandal on both nations' shores and continues to do so.


Loose cannon, Madonna, brought this mess on News International/News Corp with her arrogance, over the top conduct, braggadocios behavior and inability to know when to quit, drawing attention to her crimes, in tandem with theirs, which led to the formal complaint being filed.
As I have stated in past articles, Kabbalah Centers, have hackers on staff that hack into the computers, email and websites of people they target on a daily basis, copying the contents, then forwarding it to members of the questionable group which has been called a cult, such as serial copyright infringer, Madonna, who unlawfully utilize the data for profit (Lindsay Lohan In Psychiatric Wing Of UCLA, Confirmed: Kabbalah Is Under Criminal Investigation and Report: Kabbalah Cult Under Grand Jury Investigation).
After my claims, it was later revealed in July 2011, by a former Murdoch employee, News Corp's network, Fox News, has a secret department solely devoted to phone hacking, illegal wiretapping, hacking and other forms of criminal invasion of privacy for profit (Fox News Has A Secret Phone Hacking Department In The Building Says Former Employee).

Based on the criminal misdeeds I and others have witnessed come out of Madonna, Hollywood (News Corp included), the BBC and E4, it is clear phone hacking, wiretapping and hacking, among other things, has become the new corporate model, in the name of undue financial profits and criminally so.
The arrogance of it all, that people think they can do such things, is baffling. I do not claim to understand such brazen, unrepentant criminality. It is undiluted, barefaced greed and unprovoked ill-will of the worst nature.

It is disgraceful and quite appalling that some companies choose to run their businesses in such an illegal, dishonest, intrusive manner, anchored on unadulterated perversion, as it betrays an extremely poor work ethic, worthy of the highest criminal prosecution.
Privacy is gone, people. It has been ripped away from us, by the barbarians among us. Certain people in the corporate sector that can only be classed as the lowest common denominator, as they clearly think such sick conduct is acceptable human behavior. Why else would they do it. They are also individuals without conscience or ethics that believe they are to criminally profit from people's suffering, misery and bereavement.

With all the arrests and charges flying in Britain and a supposed criminal investigation in America by the FBI, who've known about the crimes for years but looked the other way to it, there are still high profile people engaging in the illegal, invasive criminal conduct, so believing they have bought off law enforcement officials in America and Britain, that they have nothing to worry about. Senator Demands FBI Investigate Rupert Murdoch For Hacking Rival And Stealing The Contents Of Their Business Computers

In 2005, U.S. Senator, Frank Lautenberg, privately wrote to the FBI, in his official capacity as a lawmaker, referring a computer intrusion, copyright infringement and trade secret theft case, regarding a company in New Jersey called, Floorgraphics, which was hacked by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.
The FBI looked the other way to the complaint and crimes being committed, due to bribery and their belief that major corporations can commit any crime they want with impunity. It has been confirmed in London that News International/News Corp bribed officers in the Metropolitan Police. They were not the only ones, as the FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, took a bribe as well.
News Corp criminally broke into Floorgraphics' computer systems to steal. They hacked, then copied the entire contents of Floorgraphics' business computers and used the propriety, copyrighted data contained therein for financial gain in commerce.
After stealing the company's copyrighted products and databases via hacking, News Corp, then went about destroying Floorgraphics, via a smear campaign, which included maligning the company's executives to the public, destroying its business equipment and paying and in some cases, threatening people and companies not to do business with them. In short, News Corp had arrogantly stolen the smaller company's business products and data and now wanted them gone.
In 2009, Floorgraphics, went public with the story, via suing News Corp, as the FBI had looked the other way to the felonious crimes being committed against the company, which in itself, constitutes felonies by the law enforcement agency. The civil case, that should have been a criminal filing, was rocky, settled for less than it should have been, reopened, then declined by sitting judge, also known as corruption.
This month, U.S. Senator Lautenberg, this time made public a second letter he has written to the FBI and DOJ, demanding they reopen the Floorgraphics case. It remains to be seen if the FBI/DOJ will or continue down the corrupt path they've tread for years, to the public's detriment.

The aforementioned story should sound very familiar to my readers, as it is the exact same thing that happened to me, due to Madonna and News Corp, criminally hacking my computers, which I reported to the FBI in 2005.
I also filed a complaint with the Metropolitan Police in October 2005 (formal complaint), who took the information and did actually make two arrests six months later. However, in October 2005, the Met Police said due to the fact I am on U.S. shores, my case is in the FBI's jurisdiction, but don't hold my breath, because the FBI is not very good with these cases and the sum of money involved in the case would be a factor.
Two weeks later in November 2005, the FBI told me they would investigate, but along the way, took a bribe, as told to me by the source of many of my exclusives that have later proven true. Sadly, the Metropolitan Police is now on the hot seat for taking bribes in the same News International/News Corp case, as revealed in the mainstream British press. I do give them credit that they did at least make some arrests, though they could have done more, but as a person of British lineage, I am disappointed that they let criminals like Murdoch and Madonna destroy their name. It could not have been worth it.
In 2009, I sued under the Freedom of Information Act (The FBI Corruptly Granted "Sovereign Immunity" In The Aisha v. FBI Case) to obtain the results of the FBI's investigation and any other files being kept regarding me, but the judge in the case, Jose E. Martinez, who used to work for the FBI's parent agency, the DOJ, corruptly granted the FBI "sovereign immunity" which is a fancy way of saying a nation's government can commit any crimes it wants to against citizens and be allowed this despicable privilege, as it is sovereign. When federal judges issue such corrupt rulings, the government should embrace the fact it has lost all credibility in the world and should stop lecturing domestic citizens and foreign governments on how to behave and follow the law.
Even if the FBI/DOJ did not want to pay damages, which under the law they are supposed to, due to the lasting damage (I became deathly ill with a brain hemorrhage from being harassed and terrorized) and massive loss (a fortune in copyrights stolen) their unlawful conduct facilitated, during Obama's so-called era of transparency, why didn't they release the legally requested files under the Freedom of Information Act.
The law says they are supposed to but they did not. Why hide the FOIA files, which they admitted in writing exist, but repeatedly refused to release. What are they hiding (rhetorical). You call that transparency? I call that blatant hypocrisy, lawbreaking, bribery and obstruction of justice. The contents of the files show the crimes Madonna, News Corp and ironically, the FBI committed, via aiding and abetting criminals.

Even the scum bucket assistant U.S. attorney they assigned the case in Miami, nastily informed in a written motion that the U.S. Civil Rights Act did not give black people equal rights under the law in America and thus the FBI did not violate it by discriminating against me in the case in not bringing justice. That's the kind of arrogance and evil emanating from Obama's FBI/DOJ.
The most ironic part of their misconduct is the FBI/DOJ and assistant U.S. Attorney in Miami, being smug and cocky about their conduct in legal filings, because they basically own the judge, yet it ended up costing Obama and his fellow Democrats votes in the 2010 election. I wrote many articles online, decrying their conduct, in the lead up to the 2010 election that reached millions of voters. People got to witness the case being filed and corrupted by Obama's FBI/DOJ, who had promised to run a clean organization, but as the case showed, did not. Looking forward to the 2012 election.
When you corruptly and deliberately look the other way to cases such as mine and that of Floorgraphics (and I know there are more) you send the nation and the world the unforgettable message the government is illegally aiding and abetting large corporations in stealing the hard earned property and proprietary assets of smaller companies, which in essence, is criminally nationalizing people's property, as America is supposed to be a democracy. Nationalizing hardworking citizens' property against their will is only legal in socialist and communists governments. You think about that, while you do your level best to ignore the Constitution.
As I see it, I warned you in writing and during the two interviews at the FBI's office in Miami, that Madonna/Kabbalah and her cronies at News Corp, were violating people through illegal wiretapping, hacking and corporate theft, among other things, but you looked the other way, to the point many other innocent people, among them children, were violated by this invasive form of spying.
None of you deserve to be in office, as you failed the people across the board, due to bribery and campaign donations. In 2012, you deserve to lose by a landslide, because you knew of the crimes and abuses and looked the other way.

Labour leader in Britain, Ed Milliband and U.S. Democrat, Dick Durbin, have separately called for investigations into Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp, for criminally violating hacking and wiretapping laws in their respective nations. The respective, elected heads of state of each nation have agreed.
Politicians in Murdoch’s native Australia, have also launched an inquiry into his illegal behavior, which has shown itself to be a widespread and systematic problem of international corruption and lawbreaking at News Corp.

The Metropolitan Police, also implicated in the scandal, has shed two of its top employees, who resigned when it was revealed, Murdoch and company bribed police officers on the force, for protected information and to bury the scandal. It was recently stated in the mainstream British press, Murdoch tried to bribe police officers again less than a month ago, to make the scandal go away.
The Metropolitan Police, a subsidiary of Scotland Yard, has now launched an aggressive investigation into News International/News Corp. Circumstances indicate, the Metropolitan Police are wiretapping and delving into the lives of the aforementioned company’s employees, in lawfully building their case, which has resulted in one dozen arrests thus far.

However, the U.S. FBI, has limited the scope of their investigation to September 11th terrorist victims, being hacked and wiretapped by Murdoch and company for scoops to print and broadcast, knowing full well there are many victims well beyond that in America. Numerous people in America were violated by Murdoch's criminal invasion of privacy campaign for profit, in conduct that is extremely arrogant and greedy.
In limiting the scope of their probe, the FBI aims to cover its own tracks, as they were informed by me of the criminal misconduct by News Corp and others in 2005, but looked the other way, due to the head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, having taken a bribe to bury the case (The FBI Corruptly Granted "Sovereign Immunity" In The Aisha v. FBI Case). The FBI has known about these crimes for several years and looked the other way, allowing it to become something far worse than it originally was at its inception. As a result, far more people have been victimized by News Corp.

The FBI To Investigate Rupert Murdoch's News Corp

On orders from the U.S. Congress, the FBI is opening an investigation, into Rupert Murdoch's News Corp, in the wake of allegations and arrests in Britain, for illegal hacking and wiretapping of over 9,000 phone lines. Ironically, the FBI has been aware of News Corp's criminal misconduct from 2005, but elected to launch a cover up, as Murdoch is a billionaire deemed "too big to fail."
As such, the FBI has allowed a terrible crime spree, orchestrated by Murdoch and carried out by questionable private investigators and members of News Corp, to go unchallenged in America. Last week, an American police officer, went public with allegations that Murdoch tried to bribe him into getting the details of the phone calls and messages of September 11th terrorist attack victims, which is despicable. Murdoch did the same in Britain to 7/7 terrorist victims and separately, missing children, who were murdered.
However, Murdoch's News Corp, which is the parent company of Fox (American Idol), Fox News, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Post, to name a few, has unlawfully spied on many people in America, via illegal wiretapping and hacking, then criminally disseminated the contents on television and in print as scoops and exclusives.
As a Metropolitan Police officer told me in October 2005, when I first filed a formal complaint reporting Murdoch's companies, for criminally hacking and illegally wiretapping me, in conjunction with Madonna, thus unintentionally breaking the story first, "Don't hold your breath regarding the FBI" further stating they are not good on such cases and significant sums of money is usual a factor in their decision making. Since that time, I have found it to be true.
Where the Metropolitan Police made its first arrests, regarding Murdoch's staff, six months after I filed my complaint on October 17, 2005, the FBI did exactly what the Met said they would - nothing - which allowed serious criminal misconduct to mushroom.
Since 2005, I have found the FBI to be the most corrupt and treacherous law enforcement agency in existence that takes bribes. As stated before, my best source of site exclusives that have been proven true time after time, informed me that Robert S. Mueller took a massive bribe from Madonna, to sweep this sick case, that also involves Murdoch, under the rug.

But the FBI has a serious corruption problem and at the expense of the public's health. Rupert Murdoch's News Corp In Trouble As More Employees Are Arrested For Hacking And Wiretapping Leading To The Closure Of News Of The World

This is a follow up, regarding the October 17, 2005, formal complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England, against pop singer Madonna and News Group Newspapers, also known as News International, owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp (in a story I broke first). Six months later, in 2006, the Metropolitan Police arrested several people at News Group Newspapers for hacking and wiretapping, proving my claims correct. Murdoch finally admitted this misconduct three months ago on April 9, 2011 (Rupert Murdoch Finally Admits His Company's Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Crimes).
The case exploded again this week, as it was revealed, Murdoch and his newspapers have indeed been spying on children (not only adults), via wiretapping and hacking, just as the Judiciary Report stated THREE MONTHS AGO (Mr. Murdoch, Your Viagra Prescription Is Ready).

This week, the Guardian and Telegraph newspapers in London, went into detail on the matter, via published items stating Murdoch's newspapers hacked and wiretapped deceased missing children, Milly Dowler, Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman, for scoops and exclusives to print, causing an uproar in Britain.
When the texts and emails on Dowler's mobile phone became too full, Murdoch's papers arrogantly, secretly and illegally, deleted older items to make room for more incoming messages, which misled her family and the police into thinking, she was simply a runaway, rather than an abductee.

During that time, the focus of the police's criminal investigation switched from the urgency of finding a kidnapped victim, to looking for leads on a runaway. Subsequently, during that time, the young girl who had been kidnapped, was murdered and her body thrown into the woods.
Her body was found several months after she went missing. News Corp's conduct is being labeled obstruction of justice and the Judiciary Report believes strong prison sentences are warranted for this insidious conduct that may have cost a young girl her life. News Corp has also been outed this week for depravedly hacking and wiretapping deceased victims of terrorist attacks and soldiers that died in the Middle East, for scoops and exclusives to print in their papers.

The tactics News Corp have been employing, were learned from Murdoch's daughter's friend, Madonna, whose private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, pioneered this nasty, invasive breed of spying. Pellicano utilized the same illegal hacking, wiretapping, stalking and burglary tactics, when he was an employee of the tabloid the National Enquirer and worked for stars such as Madonna, as revealed in his criminal trial a few years ago. Madonna befriended Murdoch's daughter Elisabeth and drew her into the Kabbalah cult, which is under criminal investigation in America.
Andy Coulson, the former editor of News of the World, was arrested this week and booted from his job as communications chief to Britain's new prime minister, David Cameron. It was also announced, the 168-year-old newspaper, News of the World, will be shutdown beginning today.

Murdoch and company's madness has brought this storied paper crashing down. The Sun (UK), also owned by News Corp, is guilty of the aforementioned criminal misconduct as well. The police's criminal probe is also widening to other papers, as the Daily Star was raided yesterday.
News outlets announced this week, Rupert Murdoch's son James Murdoch, is in legal trouble over the scandal and could face criminal charges. Previously, the Judiciary Report slammed James Murdoch's nonchalant attitude towards criminal invasion of privacy, in trying to excuse the inexcusable being committed by News Corp, under his family's watch (Mr. Murdoch, Your Viagra Prescription Is Ready).
Murdoch and company are holding members of the public hostage, via criminally abusing technology to spy on people in terrible, deeply invasive ways that are abominable. Murdoch and his crooked little family believe they are better than others and have an illegal right to know what privately goes on in people's homes, on their phones, in their computers and email boxes. This must desist once and for all.

It is the Judiciary Report's belief, the Murdoch family need to be removed from News Corp, retaining their financial stake (for now) and replaced with law abiding people, for the sole sake of preserving 51,000 jobs, during a financial crisis, which represents the number of people they employ.
Another formal complaint I made regarding Madonna and News Group Newspapers YEARS AGO, is their chronic misconduct of hiring private investigators to not only illegally wiretap, hack and stalk people, but to stage break-ins to properties as well, to steal items (The FBI Corruptly Granted "Sovereign Immunity" In The Aisha v. FBI Case).
Years later, in June 2011, my allegations have been proven correct again, as it was revealed private investigators Glenn Mulcaire and Jonathan Rees, routinely broke into people's homes and offices, then stole items for rich clients, such as Madonna and News Corp. Rees is a Kabblah member, who was charged with the murder of a man using an axe. As stated in previous articles, Kabbalah members have a thing for using sharp weapons to kill people, indicative of schizophrenia (Another Kabbalah Cultist Kills Family Member).
I had no choice but to call the police when Madonna's private investigators repeatedly broke into my home and home office/studio, then stole CD-ROMS and DVD ROMs right off my desk, which contained valuable copies of my copyrights on them, that Madonna and her equally sick cronies later criminally utilized for financial gain.

The FBI was also informed of this misconduct from 2005, but have been too cowardly and corrupt to make the necessary arrests that are easily provable, due to bribe taking. Coincidentally, Metropolitan Police officers are now under investigation for taking bribes from Murdoch and co, to cover up his reckless criminal conduct. Parliamentary hearings have begun on the matter.
Madonna has a 25-year history of criminally stealing copyrighted material, removing the real writers' names from it and illegally re-registering it with the Copyright Office as her own. I wrote a stern letter to the U.S. Copyright Office the other day, asking in writing, why they continually allow Madonna and co., to commit these egregious financial crimes, via them making duplicate registrations of preexisting copyrights belonging to others.
The Copyright Office knows what Madonna and those in her circle like News Corp are up to, as members of the public have paid excessive copyright fees to register their original creations/content, then comes that loser Madonna (and her cronies) months and years later, stealing then re-registering other people's already copyrighted items in their names, in conduct that is completely criminal under domestic and international law.
I received no response to the letter (which was a response to one the Copyright Office wrote to me) but the head of the Copyright Office did resign shortly after. However, this matter will be revisited and in a very public forum with legal consequences. It's because of things like this why the U.S. economy can't recover - too much corruption in government - allowing lazy degenerates that won't work to rip-off hardworking people.

It is the Judiciary Report's view, James, Lachlan, Elisabeth and Rupert Murdoch need to be incarcerated for criminal invasion of privacy, hacking, wiretapping, computer abuse, computer intrusion, fraud, theft, obstruction of justice and racketeering, among other things. This family keeps bribing its way out of trouble, only to turn around and do something heinously worse to members of the public. Enough!
I know for a fact Murdoch and his family are deeply involved in the criminal invasion of privacy, utilizing the contents of the commissioned illegal surveillance of many, for their own personal and financial gain. I have documents to prove it and others are in possession of comparable data illustrating the same as well.
Why couldn't the Murdoch family satisfy with being wealthy, with comfortable homes, cars and more money than they could spend in a lifetime - rather than turning to this perversion in prying into the lives of others on such a sick level, which is voyeurism - a psychiatry defined mental illness. At the end of the day, the public should not be getting its news from crazy people.

An investigator who worked for Rees claims he was also occasionally commissioning burglaries of public figures to steal material for newspapers. Southern Investigations has previously been implicated in handling paperwork that was stolen by a professional burglar from the safe of Paddy Ashdown's lawyer, when Ashdown was leader of the Liberal Democrats. The paperwork, which was eventually obtained by the News of the World, recorded Ashdown discussing his fears that newspapers might expose an affair with his secretary.

The FBI Being Called Corrupt For Letting Mobster James Bulger Go

The recent capture of mobster and FBI informant, James "Whitey" Bulger, has brought to light the fact, the FBI acted improperly in a case that led to the murder of many innocent civilians. The FBI deliberately let a known criminal and murderer run loose, to the public's detriment, as he murdered 17 people.
The FBI even gave Bugler a heads up, in conduct that led to the murder of an innocent fisherman, which is completely inexcusable. They've also refused to make amends, having a financial judgment against them for criminal negligence in the death of one of Bulger's victims, thrown out of court.

As his poll numbers worsen, U.S. President, Barack Obama, received a dressing down two days ago from billionaire, Jim Rogers, who called for his resignation, over the poor state of the economy. Rogers stated many sound principles the Judiciary Report has as well over the past few years, but the President has not been listening, sticking to an unsafe financial course that spells sailing into disaster.
For example, last week, Rogers warned of something the Judiciary Report wrote of on December 8, 2010 - the possibility of revolt, via violence and rioting erupting in America, if the nation's financial condition continues to deteriorate (Ben Bernake Didn't See The Financial Crisis Coming).
The site wrote this before all the uprisings and riots occurred around the world this year. While the Judiciary Report is not advocating violence, if the situation reaches boiling point in America, problems of a new violent breed will ensue. Rogers stated two days ago, "The administrations failure to cut spending, and halt skyrocketing inflation, will lead to violence and rioting in America, similar to what has been taking place in Greece, and other parts of Europe."
Another point Rogers mentioned on June 26, 2011, is cutting the national budget. The Judiciary Report has written about cutting the budget for years, but Washington apparently thinks it is novel and quaint, when it isn't obscure. It's not a revolutionary concept. Nations and companies have been doing so for decades when things go financial sour.
However, Obama reiterated his position last week and is refusing to cut the swollen budget, ram packed with luxuries and non-necessities. President Obama continues to spend like a gay man at a glitter store and it just is not going to work.
On June 24. 2011, the Judiciary Report stated, "You cannot spend your way out of debt and into prosperity" (A Majority Of Americans Feel They Were Better Off Before President Obama).
A day later on June 25, 2011, President Obama stated, "We can't simply cut our way to prosperity." Paraphrased, that's the exact opposite course of action to what I wrote a day earlier (oh no he didn't!).
Hypothetically speaking, if you have $1 trillion dollars coming in as accounts receivable and you spend $1.1 trillion dollars under the tag of accounts payable, mathematics tells you, that shall leave you in debt and in the red. If you cut the budget (accounts payable), you will have a surplus. Repeat process until the money sufficiently builds up in the black, pardon the pun (hey, I'm black too, so I can write that pun).
There are American companies generating revenues and paying taxes on those profits, but said money is being squandered by the government in Washington, eroding any attempts at rebooting prosperity. This is why many articles this week have proclaimed the U.S. economy is "stalling."
As stated before, the defense budget needs massive cutting. It's not really a "defense" budget, more like a "let's start some doo doo stuff" budget. The Pentagon, DOD, CIA and FBI, use a significant amount of taxpayer money, to engage in adversarial conflicts in the world that are not necessary and completely fruitless.
Their employees have huge salaries, first class accommodations and all the perks. Many of them live like Fortune 500 CEOs - and ironically for a government job that's not bringing in any revenues. The total expenditures for these misguided adventures, costs the U.S. taxpayer billions of dollars per year that could be better used elsewhere.
Many of President Obama's green and solar initiatives, which can wait, are sucking up billions of dollars in taxpayer money and at a very inopportune time. His high-speed rail initiatives can also wait, but he has signed away billions for those projects as well. Let's not forget Obamacare, which has usurped so much taxpayer money, it would give any accountant worth their salt, a very bad case of diarrhea.
A number of people have been offering the President sound advice, but he has tuned it all out, in favor of his agenda that America currently cannot afford. However, the President must remember, at the end of the day, he will be held accountable for his actions in the history books.

Mainstream Newspapers Finally Realize The FBI Has Become A Law Unto Itself

Barack Obama is presiding over a massive power grab that defies the U.S. Constitution
Mainstream newspapers such as the New York Times and the New Jersey Star Ledger, have slammed the FBI's new investigative rules, as unconstitutional and lacking oversight. The FBI has so changed its guidelines for agents investigating individuals and organizations, they have eliminated the need to file paperwork, which means there will be no paper trial, thus foiling every Freedom of Information Act request filed by anyone.
As the Judiciary Report first revealed, the FBI has a Secret File Room, where the agency hides files, such as those containing terrible wrongdoing they committed, but the maneuvering has become so complicated, they seek to eliminate the need to do so once and for all, lest a terrible file accidentally gets misfiled. They are going to provoke hackers into raiding their files, if the FOIA treachery, secrecy and defiance, continues on its current path.
The FBI has gotten tired of answering to the press and public and want it stopped, as they believe themselves above the law. It was an extraordinary step to take, in a terrible leap towards a full fledged, undemocratic police state. FBI employees are about to become some of the most powerful people in America and inappropriately so.
They will be able to secretly investigate the President, Vice President, members of Congress, the aforementioned people's family members and significant others, not to mention, everyday Americans, with absolutely no probable cause, oversight or record of any kind. That is chillingly perverse and screams totalitarianism. To grant a secretive, law flouting investigative agency of 30,000 people, absolute power and no accountability in prying into others lives, with the ability to bring criminal cases, is begging for calamity to strike.

The FBI has repeatedly been cited over the past several years, in Congress and by the Justice Department's Inspector General, for abuses of congressionally invested authority, as they used the agency's resources to inappropriately spy on girlfriends, wives, objects of their affection, rivals, politicians, scientists, doctors, entertainers, journalists and bloggers. FBI agents have been imprisoned for accepting cash and or sexual bribes, in exchange for privileged agency information, due to the paper trial that used to exist.
Under the new rules, if FBI agents choose to secretly moonlight and accept large sums of money, for improperly investigating people without cause and passing on the information for payment to the highest bidder, they will be able to do so without penalty or any paper trail. Considering FBI agents have betrayed America in the not so distant past, in well documented cases, selling national secrets to the nation's enemies, it is going to be a free for all with the agency's new rules that have removed oversight. They think they're slick.
Agents will have full access to the agency's investigative tools, such as your telephone wiretap transcripts, emails, computer contents with the FBI's CIPAV trojan, web cam images and videos, conversations in your home and office, bank account statements, video surveillance recordings of your home and GPS data from your phone and vehicle.
Almost as bad is the Obama Administration and Congress letting the FBI do this. But don't worry, when this breed of unaccountable surveillance burns some high ranking politicians in Washington, with domestic and foreign rivals finding out all their deepest personal and political secrets, at the hands of FBI agents supplementing their incomes, they'll know it was a bad idea.

The FBI's Secret Spying Is Unnerving The Public

Barack Obama has allowed the FBI free reign in conduct that violates the U.S. Constitution
Privacy advocates are up in arms over the FBI's newly announced investigative rules, as documented in their revised "Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide." The FBI has undertaken an invasive initiative, in an extraordinary power grab that openly defies the U.S. constitution.
FBI headquarters has stated, they have granted agents the ability to summarily and secretly investigate whomever they feel like, if the target attracts their attention. That is the language being used. Therefore, to clarify, one does not have to commit a crime to be invasively investigated. There need be no evidence or probable cause. One simply has to attract the FBI's attention with lawful or unlawful behavior.

One of the new categories that have been added to the FBI's operations manual, is the classification "prominent bloggers" - a term the Judiciary Report used on this website, prior to the agency's announcement (May 19, 2011's Obama's Relationship With Google Under Fire Over Blocking Free Speech And Free Press and in the 2009 Aisha v. FBI lawsuit in paragraph 9).
The FBI has deemed "prominent bloggers" will be included as members of the media, with alleged protections. As the Judiciary Report and other sites see it, the FBI has illegally done away with the Fourth Amendment. Therefore, what protections can there be in the face of such lawlessness and hypocrisy.

Tuesday, 14 June 2011 12:45 - The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing a new edition of its manual, the Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide, the New York Times reports. The 2011 edition, the paper says, gives “significant new powers” to FBI agents, allowing them “to scrutinize the lives of people who have attracted their attention.” Read that again: “... people who have attracted their attention.”
Not just those suspected of actual crimes, but anyone an FBI agent feels like investigating, is now fair game under the agency’s official guidelines. As a matter of fact, FBI general counsel Valerie Caproni (left) “rejected arguments that the FBI should focus only on investigations that begin with a firm reason for suspecting wrongdoing,” according to the Times. In other words, Caproni dismissed the Fourth Amendment, which requires the government to obtain a warrant based on probable cause before searching a person’s body, house, or other possessions....
Second, and more ominously, only certain members of the news media and the academic community are singled out for kid-glove treatment. “Prominent bloggers would count,” the Times avers, “but not people who have low-profile blogs.” Prominent bloggers, of course, tend to be affiliated with the mainstream media, who are nothing if not friends of the government. Furthermore, they would have the ability to draw attention to an FBI investigation of themselves that they knew to be politically motivated.
Low-profile bloggers, on the other hand, have no such friends in Washington, would largely be ignored if they complained of being investigated, and — perhaps most importantly — don’t have the wherewithal to hire high-powered attorneys to defend them against unethical investigations. Likewise, scholars who work for U.S.-based institutions are covered, while foreigners, whose plight in the case of an unwarranted FBI investigation would get scant attention in the U.S. news media and even less sympathy from most Americans, can be investigated with little oversight...
