The FBI Busted Hiding Evidence

The FBI has been caught red-handed this month, hiding evidence and files in civil and criminal court cases, which is a serious violation of their congressional mandate. Attorney, Jesse Trentadue, flat out accused the FBI of this misconduct and stated, "They hide things." The FBI does have a secret file room the Judiciary Report exposed the existence of a few years ago, which was later confirmed by mainstream press articles (The FBI's Secret File Room).
Hiding Freedom of Information Act files and other pertinent evidence in cases, also constitutes obstruction of justice, a very serious matter that the FBI clearly takes lightly. If you as a member of the public, hid information or evidence from the FBI, you would be promptly charged with obstruction of justice and sent to prison. Yet, the FBI hides evidence and files every single day, in blatant violation of the law. Can you say hypocrisy. They ask of the public, what they themselves do not do.

The Judiciary Report is not surprised, as for years the site has complained of the FBI hiding Freedom of Information Act files, to cover the crimes of rich and famous people. Millions have read about their misconduct in this regard, on the Judiciary Report, which culminated into this case: The FBI Corruptly Granted "Sovereign Immunity" In The Aisha v. FBI Case.
The Judiciary Report wrote about it online and published a copy of the lawsuit, so the public could witness it for themselves - and even under the Obama Administration, with the President being informed of the violations of the Freedom of Information Act, in a case where there is a demonstrable threat to human life, the corruption and criminal misconduct continued. Just because a candidate says one thing, does not mean he or she will follow through. Look at their lives, track record and history of service. Have the kept the promises they've publicly made? U.S. President Barack Obama has discreetly promoted Islam above all else during his presidency and in the run up to it. Evidence of this fact has surfaced in incidents regarding NASA, the US Defense flag being adorned with Muslim symbols, bowing to a Muslim head of state, blacking out the name of Jesus, denies America's Christianity, his wife's statements and a Freudian slip during an interview claiming his "Muslim faith." Islam is in everything he does in office, repeatedly surfacing as a reoccurring theme.
These events reveal where his true loyalty lies, what he is placing above everything else and the tenants upon which he is ruling America. Did America just elect its first Muslim President. Dude, is there something you want to tell us.

Obama Birth Certificate Issue Intensifies

A recently released YouTube video casts more doubt on the authenticity of U.S. President Barack Obama's birth certificate. It appears the change in law in the U.S. state of Hawaii, facilitated a legal premise to hide the President's original birth certificate.
At the end of the day, one has to wonder, why President Obama will not present the original document to end all the speculation and argument on this issue, that has made its way into the court system.


It has set a legal precedent that anyone from anywhere can refuse to present their original birth certificate and obtain the highest office in the land. For the sake of the nation and law of the land, Obama should present the true and original birth certificate issued when he was born.

Yesterday, U.S. President Barack Obama, touted his ability to keep campaign promises, now that he is in office, but as the Judiciary Report illustrated previously, that simply is not true.

Pretty Women Don't Get Cheated On?

Some labor under the delusional belief that pretty women do not get cheated on. Some also believe, if certain men's wives or girlfriends were prettier or more glamorous, they would not get cheated on, but not only is that insulting, it is also grossly inaccurate.
Beautiful models and actresses have been cheated on. Playboy models have been cheated on as well and in very abusive relationships, as they are also deemed play things that do not deserve respect.
It's time to stop blaming the innocent parties and look at said situations for what they are, as some men will not turn down promiscuous or adulterous sex.

That's the reason some women are not fond of their husband or boyfriend's friends, as they can be the worst influence on them, leading to the destruction of marriages and relationships. In short, stop giving your friends bad advice, as it could ruin them.

It is always sad when politicians stray from what they initially claim to be their moral code, as in the end, the people suffer when they are not given what they were promised. It's the general wish of all men to have a better life. We are all striving for something better and deserve more than broken promises.

The FBI Mad At Info Leakers

The FBI has stated they are cracking down on people that leak government secrets and damaging information to journalists and bloggers. And, so (rolls eyes).
The Judiciary Report regularly leaks info on the government and other entities that is later proven 100% true and correct. However, no laws are broken in how the information is obtained.
As for the FBI whining and PMSing, maybe if they'd stop breaking the law, people wouldn't be whistle blowing left, right and center on their corrupt behinds.
It's amazing how the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other related agencies believe they are to break the law against the public, via illegal spying, which so intrudes into the American people's lives and that of the international community, engage in other criminal abuses as well, yet feel they should be granted absolute cover and immunity in these crimes, by claiming it national security and thus, must remain confidential. That's called corruption.

Obama Gets Man Arrested After Wife Writes For Help

U.S. President Barack Obama: hope you learned your lesson about writing me a letter!
Mr. Obama frequently claims he reads letters the public sends to him at the White House, requesting his help. But what he doesn't tell you is the adverse action he takes regarding said communications.
American citizen, Caroline Jamieson, wrote to Obama asking for help regarding her hardworking husband, Herve Fonkou Takoulo and his immigration case and he was arrested and shackled by the police shortly after. The story is making headlines for its cruelty. It's particularly ironic, as if you believe the lawsuits and the rumors, Obama is an immigrant himself.
The Judiciary Report made the same mistake of writing to Obama for help, as one's life has been at stake in a terrible way . The crooked FBI/DOJ and the corrupt president did nothing, which paved the way for me to be subjected to further criminal harassment, an incident of attempted sexual assault on a public street by a Kabbalah cult member and an attempted burglary a few weeks ago, to steal more Copyrighted DVD-ROMs with original, unpublished, preexisting copyrights on them.
However, a great and extremely reliable source that knows politics inside out informed me, Obama is beholden to the FBI/DOJ, as the Federal Bureau of Investigation spies on selected people for Obama, for political gain, even passing him copies of surveillance subjects' illegally obtained emails, computer documents and telephone call wiretap transcripts, among other things.

Have these individuals committed any crimes to be placed under surveillance by the FBI? No, but the President is following in George W. Bush's footsteps and accepting FBI Director Robert S. Mueller's offer to spy on others for political gain.
Previously, former President Nixon did something similar in illegally using the FBI to spy on innocent, connected and or high profile Americans, searching for useful inside political or derogatory info and it ended very badly with world history recording it forever in a shameful manner. Some things never change
Therefore, the press needs to stop wondering out loud in articles why Obama is Team FBI, when they so consistently mess up and have such an astonishing track record of failure. They are providing a politically useful service to him that he nor anyone else in America or the world is entitled to, as it violates the Constitutional rights of innocent people, who have committed no crime worthy of surveillance.
The nice guy routine Obama projects is just an image. He could care less about people. Obama is about money, power, campaign donations and changing America into his own image.

Leyla Ibrahim, falsely accused men of rape in Britain, by slashing her face and battering herself, then falsely reporting the crime to police. The men were detained and one became so despondent, he regrettably committed suicide. Shortly after the truth came out that she had made up the entire story. A judge has now ordered she be jailed and rightly so.

Many women have been raped in this world. They need to be taken seriously with justice prevailing. They do not need anyone inventing stories, making it more difficult to be heard and believed.

Department Of Justice Still Shielding Rich Criminals

The Judiciary Report has remarked for several months, there has been a very low number of arrests by the Justice Department of criminals in Corporate America that caused the unprecedented financial crisis of 2008 that is still negatively impacting the economy.
Some of the nation's richest citizens, brought America to this terrible point of financial ruin, robbing many of their life savings, pensions and homes and should be held accountable in a court of law.
The sad fact of the matter is the Obama Administration is following in the footsteps of the Bush Administration, in protecting high profile, wealthy criminals in the corporate sector, who continue to engage in egregious financial crimes. The nation and the world expected more from Obama.

U.S. Jobs Report Exaggerated

Several mainstream news outlets are reporting, U.S. President Barack Obama touting today's national job report, as proof the recovery is working, is a fraudulent claim. The economy added 500,000 jobs, but the majority of those positions, 411,000 posts, were for seasonal Census report workers. Translation, those were very temporary jobs.
Obama's claims have thus been disproved. The President needs to stop relying on artificial results and get to the root of the real problem at hand, as pretending the unemployment problem is solved, when it is not, will only cause more damage in the long run and do greater harm to the American people.
It is time to develop a sensible job plan, where the nation can create the maximum amount of jobs for the money allotted by Congress, without waste and misappropriation occurring again.
May jobs report: Census inflates payrolls
June 4, 2010: 2:20 PM ET - NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- A flood of temporary Census workers in May led to the biggest jump in jobs in ten years, the government reported Friday. Employers added 431,000 jobs in the month, up from 290,000 jobs added in April. It was the biggest gain in jobs since March 2000.
But Census hiring was responsible for 411,000 of May's increase in employment. Private sector employers also added 41,000 jobs in the period, well below the 218,000 private sector job gains in April. Government payrolls other than Census declined by 21,000 jobs in May, due largely to job cuts by state and local governments.
It was a disappointing number for private sector hiring, as economists surveyed by Briefing.com had forecast an overall gain of 500,000 in May. U.S. stocks traded sharply lower on the report, with the Dow Jones industrial average down more than 200 points in midday trading...

Obama Violated Another Campaign Promise - Part 2

U.S. President Barack Obama has violated another campaign promise, via giving a $500 million dollar no bid contract to Halliburton. One of Obama's campaign promises was not to issue government contracts without bids, as bidding gives the taxpayer the best value for their dollar.
President Obama violated this promise in February 2010 as well, rewarding a campaign donor with a lucrative no bid government contract, as acknowledged by the U.S. State Department.
Considering enriching Halliburton via stolen oil and rebuilding contracts, under former President George W. Bush, is the sole reason the war in Iraq has been fought in the first place, this latest decision is a real slap in the face to taxpayers.
