A demeaning clip has been making its way around the internet, provoking anger from some, as Eric's conduct towards chatty Jennifer was excessive. It didn't look right. The show is consistently putting such negative images out there and due to the fact it is reality TV, it comes across even worse, as these are real people, not television characters.

The Douglas' divorce settlement reached a few sticking points when they arrived at the issue of dividing marital assets and future royalties from the actor's films.

However, Judge Matthew F. Cooper denied the appeal stating it is a matter for the California courts to decide.

According to reports, now that the marriage of Miami Heat basketball player, Dwayne Wade, is dissolved via divorce, homewrecking actress, Gabrielle Union wants to marry him. Clearly, this was her plan all along.

She has been seen several times in the company of rapper TI, who is supposed to be getting married shortly. That's the thanks Cottle gets for waiting for him, while he was in prison on gun charges. Hoopz is sadly comfortable with her role as a homewrecker. Hopefully she will change her conduct, as that is not God's will for her life. She is one of many in the entertainment industry all too glad to play that part, regardless of who gets hurt. So many high profile marriages and relationships end in disaster and usually due to infidelity. Former Vice President, Al "Global Warming" Gore, 62, has been accused of sexual assault, by a 54-year-old masseuse. She was called to his hotel room to give him a massage, when she stated in a police report, he began fondling her and unzipping himself. The bill came to $540, which was included in the evidence.

A tabloid has gained images from inside the home of deceased "Different Strokes" actor Gary Coleman and he was living in filth, while struggling with illness, as his able bodied 24-year-old wife was clearly not taking good care of him.
Coleman's $350,000 house in the U.S. state of Utah, was nice from the outside, but due to neglect, his wife, Shannon Price, allowed the inside of the home to be strewn with blood stains, soiled adult diapers, garbage and dirty laundry.

Sick people need proper care. Coleman married her, took her on expensive trips, bought her a car and put a roof over her head and food on the table.
The least she could have done, was gotten up off her butt and made sure the blood stains were cleaned up with bleach, a proper pale existed to dispose of his dirty diapers, help him get a daily bath and the house was cleaned on a regular basis. She wasn't working, so what was her excuse.

If you love someone, you'd take care of them when they are sick. I've seen many people do so for spouses, parents and children.
It's very sad but Price was only in it for the money and Coleman's ties to show business. As such, she does not deserve his multi-million dollar pension, his home, truck, furnishings, cash and rights to his name.

Gary Coleman's Ex-Wife Is Scheming

After disobeying his will, that instructed the plug not be pulled in the event he fell into a coma, Shannon Price, the ex-wife of "Different Strokes" actor, Gary Coleman, is scheming to gain his entire estate, including his body. However, a monkey wrench was thrown into her plans, via a woman named Anna Gray.
Gray is Coleman's former manager and ex-girlfriend. He wrote a will in 2005 basically leaving her everything. Then he married Price and authored a new will, leaving his wife the bulk of the estate. But then they got divorced, which under Utah law, make the will null and void, with all assets now reverting back to Gray's ownership in the event of his death.
Considering Price's avarice, Coleman's complaints about it while he was alive and the manner in which she cleaned out his house, immediately after his death, taking all the furniture, electronics, computers and knickknacks, it is just her will has been invalidated.

Shaq's Wife Shaunie Is Provoking Him

Shaunie O'Neal, 35, the soon to be ex-wife of NBA basketball player, Shaquille O'Neal, 38, has been throwing her new relationship in his face. She has been photographed several times with her 23-year-old model boyfriend, Marlon Yates.
Shaunie does not seem intent on being low key, taking the model to numerous high profile events, where she knows they will be photographed. One particular red carpet appearance featured Marlon with his hand on Shaunie's butt, as they smiled for the camera. This was rather distasteful.

She also took Marlon to an MTV swag suite event, where famous attendees were informed they would be photographed. Then there were the pictures of her canoodling on the beach in Maui, Hawaii with the young man, all on Shaq's dime. She also has the model around her children she has with Shaquille, which is some what concerning, as she just met Marlon.
The publicity seeking new couple's high profile appearances, clearly are not sitting well O'Neal, who is being provoked. How do we know this? Shaunie accused Shaq in court papers of instructing their son to tell Marlon his daddy will kill him.

Shaunie also violated a confidentiality agreement, which stipulates she is not to discuss their marriage or the terms of her divorce from O'Neal, but used private details thereof, as a publicity tool for her show "Basketball Wives." O'Neal slapped the show with a legal threat if the breach of contract did not desist.
In short, Shaunie needs to stop provoking Shaq. It's not funny or kind. Based on reports, neither party was faithful during the marriage, but considering you made off with a chunk of his fortune, via a divorce settlement and custody of his kids, you could show some restraint in this publicity parade.

You should not push people over the edge, as in a moment of anger, they may loose their cool and lash out. It is not an excuse for potential violence, but why provoke the father of your children to such extremes, putting him in a detrimental position.

"Basketball Wives" Lacks Substance

The reality show, Basketball Wives, which premiered last month, lacks substance and has not improved with newer episodes. There is a significant emphasis on wealth, rather than what is truly important in life.
The women on the show are emotionally wounded and bitter, due to unfaithful basketball players. It is natural to feel hurt by such infidelity, but they are not working through their problems and pain in a productive manner.
The show didn't contain the substance of the unrelated, but similarly titled, February 2010 hour long documentary "Basketball Wives" which aired on E and focused on the unexpected pitfalls of becoming a professional basketball player.

That program added stories of sadness, such as an NBA wife developing cancer before her wedding and having to undergo chemotherapy, which made her hair fall out. Her finance, who is now her husband, shaved his head to show his support and solidarity with her.
Another curious item is Shaunie O'Neal's disappearance from this week's episode. Her husband, Shaquille O'Neal, sent a legal notice to the makers of the reality show, informing them her appearance and discussion of their marriage, would be a violation of their divorce confidential agreement.

Miami Heat basketball player, Dwayne Wade, was in Miami Circuit Court today, regarding a business deal gone sour. His restaurants, D Wade's Place, unceremoniously folded, after a business dispute with his partners, who have now sued him for damages, as he backed out of the deal.

Millions of dollars have been lost by both parties in this dispute and we can now add legal fees to that tally, as the two week trial will prove costly.

In other Wade legal news, his wife, Siohvaughn Wade, was arrested two days ago in their acrimonious divorce case, for failing to appear at a judge ordered hearing in their native Chicago, Illinois, due to her attorney having met in an accident. She paid a $10,000 bond and was released hours later. The two have been engaged in a bitter custody battle as well.

The Judiciary Report does not believe Wade's relationship with Union will last and it is sad his marriage has disintegrated. The 10-year age difference between the two and numerous women propositioning Wade as a multi-millionaire basketball player, will prove difficult.

Siohvaughn previously accused Wade of transmitting an STD to her, which she stated he contracted via extramarital affairs. However, Wade sued for defamation. It is now being claimed Siohvaughn contracted Chlamydia from a boyfriend she began dating after her separation from Wade.

Siohvaughn also complained in court documents of inadequate access to Wade's funds, claiming he bought his mom, who is a pastor, a $2,000,000 church and gave his sister money. At the end of the day, it really is his money and they are his family. As long as he adequately provides for his children and gives you reasonable alimony, his money is his domain.
