A wise judge has declined a custody request by Hollywood drug addict and schizophrenic, Charlie Sheen. The actor petitioned for custody of his young twins Bob and Max and was turned down today. Sheen saw an open window of opportunity this past weekend, when his wife pawned $60,000 in property and proceeded to visit a drug infested Los Angeles neighborhood.

Paparazzi were trailing her the entire time and as she bought the highly addictive drug crack. A local drug dealer spoke to the press about the illegal sale. Mueller then refused to take a drug test, which resulted in her forfeiting custody and heading back to rehab.

Sheen wanted to take the twins on tour with his two live in, drug addicted girlfriends, one of whom is a porn star. This couple has serious problems and the Judiciary Report retains its position of the past few months that custody should go to the twin's grandfather.

Her drug addicted ex-husband, Sheen, continues his poorly reviewed Torpedo of Trash "Torpedo of Truth" tour, being booed all over America by angry audiences that shelled out money to see him. As stated previously, the care of the former couple's children, should be left to their grandparents.

Miami Heat basketball player, Dwayne Wade, was in Miami Circuit Court today, regarding a business deal gone sour. His restaurants, D Wade's Place, unceremoniously folded, after a business dispute with his partners, who have now sued him for damages, as he backed out of the deal.

Millions of dollars have been lost by both parties in this dispute and we can now add legal fees to that tally, as the two week trial will prove costly.

In other Wade legal news, his wife, Siohvaughn Wade, was arrested two days ago in their acrimonious divorce case, for failing to appear at a judge ordered hearing in their native Chicago, Illinois, due to her attorney having met in an accident. She paid a $10,000 bond and was released hours later. The two have been engaged in a bitter custody battle as well.
