Mobile Phone Companies Come Out Swinging At WHO Cancer Report

Telecommunications manufacturers upset with the World Health Organization's findings released yesterday, which states there is a link between cancer and mobile phones, are clinging to a two page report released by the National Cancer Institute, proclaiming there is no spike in brain cancer cases in America (http://www.cancer.gov/aboutnci/servingpeople/snapshots/brain.pdf).
This is very convenient considering many global authorities, doctors and scientists, have released a wide array of reports, stating there has been and continues to be, a very noticeable increase in cancer rates all over the world. How is it there has been well-documented and heavily publicized data (see below), illustrating a discernible spike in breast, liver, kidney, bowel and skin cancer, to name a few, yet mysteriously, brain cancer, an illness that affects such a sensitive, massive and vital organ, has allegedly shown no change in data in America, according to the National Cancer Institute.
There is something amiss concerning components of the National Cancer Institute's report. Cancer, a disease that can so permeate the body and metastasize (spread), has seen rising rates in every major organ, but mysteriously, according to the aforementioned report, there has been no increase in brain cancer rates. I am of the belief, for whatever reason, everyone is not being counted in the National Cancer Institute's report.
In light of the fact, on a government and corporate level, officials were exposed for colluding to mislead the public on the true ill effects of cigarettes and separately climate change, I question some of the findings contained in the National Cancer Institute's report, as it does not square with worldwide reports and disease developments.
Ironically, this same National Cancer Institute report that mobile phone manufacturers are touting, does acknowledge there is an increase in brain cancer cases among children in America, which mainstream outlets batting for the mobile phone companies, glossed over yesterday.
I wrote about brain cancer and kids two days ago (World Health Organization: Mobile Phones Promote Cancer), in relation to mobile phone usage and the risk it poses for said demographic. I also wrote about cancer, kids and mobile phones in 2005 on the Sound Off Column site.
The Sound Off Column article, was prompted by two of my friends' children developing strange forms of brain cancer. The only thing I found they had in common was mobile phone usage, as some young girls love to talk to each other via this method. One of the girls nearly died. The brain tumor was so rare and unlike anything local doctors had seen, she was sent to a specialist in another state and given a 10% chance of surviving the surgery.
Her condition was so dire, they administered last rites to the preteen before the operation to remove the abnormal growth in the brain of a beautiful, brilliant, normal A student. By the grace of God, she did survive the surgery and has lived another decade thus far. She is now 21 and attending a top university.
The National Cancer Institute also acknowledges, "Leukemias and cancers of the brain and central nervous system account for more than half of childhood cancers." The National Cancer Institute conceded in writing, they do not know why there is a spike in brain cancer among kids, but mobile phones are an avenue they should pursue in future studies.
I am of the belief, as are others, too many kids have mobile phones. As I wrote in the aforementioned article years ago, companies advertise family plans that allow individuals to cheaply purchase a phone for every member of the family, including children. It has become a status symbol among kids and you, as you are deemed uncool if you do not have a mobile phone. The more kids use mobile phones, the greater the risk to their developing bodies.
Some doctors believe the fact that there are consumers that text more and use the speaker phone and ear pieces, rather than holding the unit to the ear/head, directly depositing radiation into the brain in closer proximity to the organ, they are not as negatively impacted. However, the radiation is still there, just at a further distance. Still, very few would argue there is no risk in directly depositing radiation into your brain on a constant basis. How can that be a good thing, given what we know about radiation.
There is so much radiation around us in our modern world (Cancer Is Advancing). Mobile phones, wireless internet, satellite cable TV, medical imaging and airport security (Scientists: TSA Airport Radiation Doses Are Inaccurate). Not to mention, some of the items going into our food to give it a picturesque appearance and reduce caloric content, is toxic over time.

Worldwide Cancer Rates on the Rise
January 2, 2009 - Cancer is predicted to rise worldwide mainly due to the increase of tobacco use and more “Westernized” habits in developing countries. By the year 2030 cancer is expected to more than double and in 2010 it is predicted to be the world’s largest killer.
The International Agency for Research on Cancer has completed a report that examines the impact this increase will have on the entire globe.
The report’s findings are disturbing and include an increase in cancer cases to 27 million and an increase in cancer deaths to 17 million. China, Russia and India are expected to have the highest rate of increase of cancer incidence and deaths and the overall global increase is expected to be 1% per year. The report also points to tobacco use and obesity as the leading causes of cancer in poorer countries in the years to come.

Liver cancer on the rise, CDC says
A new study out Thursday from the Centers for Disease Control finds the most common form of liver cancer is on the rise. According to the May 5th Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, rates of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in the United States increased from 2.7 cases per 100,000 people in 2001 to 3.2 cases per 100,000 people in 2006. The report also points out that untreated hepatitis B and hepatitis C infections are responsible for about 78 percent of global HCC cases. Liver cancer is much more common in developing countries than in the United States. Worldwide, it is the third leading cause of cancer deaths. In the U.S., it's the eighth leading cause.

Study Finds Cellphones May Cause Cancer, but Brain Cancers Have Not Spiked
June 1, 2011 - A study concluded there is a possible link between cell phone use and cancer. Though a World Health Organization study concluded cell phones may cause cancer, some are wondering why, if their truly is a link, there not been a significant worldwide increase in brain cancers.
The World Health Organization (WHO), whose International Agency for Research on Cancer announced the results of its year-long study Tuesday, estimates that there are 5 billion cell phone users globally, representing nearly three-quarters of the world's population.
However, the incidence and mortality rate of brain and central nervous system cancers has remained virtually flat since 1987, according to data from the National Cancer Institute.
The most compelling evidence cited by the WHO is a multi-country study that found people who used cell phones most often, an average of 30 minutes per day over 10 years, had a 40 percent higher risk for a rare brain tumor called a glioma.

World Health Organization: Mobile Phones Promote Cancer

Confirming an item the Judiciary Report published a year ago (Cancer Is Advancing), the World Health Organization has official stated today that mobile phones increase your risk of cancer. They have reversed their former pronouncement on the matter. Previously, the World Health Organization stated, there was no known link between cancer and mobile phones.
However, a group of scientists did an extensive study for the World Health Organization and made the results public today. Their findings conclude, mobile phones are carcinogenic and emit cancer causing radiation.

This means, the more you use your mobile phone, especially close to your head, the greater the risk. It also bears reiteration, children should not be given mobile phones, as the risk of cancer is greater in minors, as their developing systems have difficulty dealing with the radiation.

Scientists: TSA Airport Radiation Doses Are Inaccurate

This week a group of scientists came forward to contend, despite the claims of the Transportation Security Administration, that their full body X-ray scanners at airports are safe, they could pose a danger to the health of passengers, namely cancer. Scientists are accusing the White House of a cover-up in denying them access to data on the scanners, while releasing documents so heavily redacted, they cannot make sense of them.
It has been revealed, the basis for measuring the radiation emitted from the scanning machines are scientifically inaccurate and unreliable. It was also discovered each dose of radiation is constantly changing, not rendering a fix result.
This concurs with what the Judiciary Report first stated on February 2, 2010, regarding the scanners placing flyers at an increased risk of cancer. In all the governments claims of the scanners effectiveness in detecting bombs and incendiary devices, there are items such as the highly potent plastique, which evade detection.

But some scientists with expertise in imaging and cancer say the evidence made public to support those claims is unreliable. And in a new letter sent to White House science adviser John Holdren, they question why the TSA won't make the scanners available for independent testing by outside scientists...
But the letter to the White House science adviser, signed by five professors at University of California, San Francisco, and one at Arizona State University, points out several flaws in the tests. Studies published in scientific journals in the last few months have also cast doubt on the radiation dose and the machines' ability to find explosives...

The FBI Corruptly Granted "Sovereign Immunity" In The Aisha v. FBI Case

South Florida Federal Judge, Jose E. Martinez, a former Department of Justice (DOJ) employee, who maintains ties to the FBI/DOJ, has granted the FBI "sovereign immunity" in the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit, filed under the Freedom of Information Act, dismissing the case. His presence on the case was questionable to begin with, as there is a conflict of interest present, due to his well established ties to the defendants FBI and DOJ.
This conflict of interest dictated he recuse himself, but he never did, in violation of judicial cannons. "Sovereign Immunity" is a fancy way of saying the government can commit any crime it wants to against innocent citizens and get away with it. The concept is a shameful and dishonorable criminal violation of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code.
The documents I properly requested under the Freedom of Information act pertain to an illegal wiretapping, hacking and criminal copyright infringement case I reported to the FBI in 2005, regarding pop singer, Madonna and her equally insane Kabbalah Center, who are now under criminal investigation by the IRS, in a separate federal probe (Report: Kabbalah Cult Under Grand Jury Investigation).
For the record, Kabbalah is nothing but a sick, severely mentally ill, thieving cult and Madonna's had a major hand in the crimes they have been committing, greatly profiting from their lawless behavior, via ill gotten gains (Newsweek Outs Madonna As The Criminal Behind Kabbalah). Members of Kabbalah have been arrested for committing cold-blooded murder against innocent people they stalked and harassed.

The FBI interviewed me twice in November 2005, regarding my complaint, promised me they would investigate the case and turn over their findings in a customary report, assigned it case numbers and sent me a letter in the summer of 2006 stating they've discovered I am a victim of crime. The FBI also used items in the documents I gave them in 2005 and VERBATIM excerpts from this site in the criminal indictment and trial of Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, which resulted in a conviction.
However, for years they have refused to furnish me with a copy of their findings, which is a brazen violation of the Freedom of Information Act. They reneged on their promise of furnishing me a report of their investigation, as has been done in other similar cases.
They acknowledged in writing more than once that the files exists, but stated in a letter they are unwilling to give them to me, clearly due to the incendiary contents. This left me with no choice but to file a lawsuit under the Freedom of Information Act, in a bid at obtaining the documents, as I have been greatly damaged by their criminal negligence and corruption.

I also reported Madonna and co.'s criminal misconduct to the Metropolitan Police in London, England, who opened a case that later resulted in criminal convictions against Madonna's cohorts at News Group Newspapers, now known as News International, owned by Rupert Murdoch. His daughter Elizabeth Murdoch, is in the Kabbalah cult and is frequently seen at their events Madonna hosts at her home.
Last month, after nearly six years of cover-ups, Rupert Murdoch, finally publicly admitted and apologized for the illegal hacking and wiretapping crimes I filed a complaint against his company for in 2005, which led to arrests by the Metropolitan Police in 2006 and 2011. However, even in the face of the case being reopened by the Metropolitan Police this year, I know for a fact, Murdoch is still engaging in illegal, commissioned hacking and wiretapping, using a new private investigator, targeting citizens in Britain and America.
As a matter of fact, on April 11, 2011 I alleged in this column that Murdoch's Fox News has benefited from unlawful hacking and wiretapping. A few weeks later on May 3, 2011, Media Matters confronted him on camera about Fox News engaging in illegal hacking and wiretapping and a shaken Murdoch and his wife, hastily fled from them, not denying the claim (Murdoch Ducks Questions On Phone Hacking Scandal).
Once again, I am telling the truth about every single thing I have stated and my claims have consistently proven true after I publicly made them. However, I was denied justice by the FBI. An unimpeachable source responsible for much of my exclusives that later proved 100% true and correct, informed me that he had it on very good authority Madonna presented FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, with a $1,000,000 bribe to stonewall and impede the case, regarding her criminal conduct against me. As such, Madonna and Kabbalah brazenly continue in said misconduct to this day.
OBAMA

In light of Madonna and Kabbalah's ongoing, commissioned criminal harassment, hacking, wiretapping and chronic copyright infringement, I decided to write to President Obama in 2009, as I read others in America had done so. He is, after all, charged with the sworn duty of upholding the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code. You see, I bought his nice guy act, wrote him a very polite and respectful letter, only to find out he is a complete and utter fraud.
Members of Kabbalah have repeatedly stalked, harassed, threatened and even assaulted me, in well documented incidents, with witnesses present. However, each time, the police stands down, deferring to the FBI, allowing the criminal conduct to continue, unimpeded and unpunished. Under U.S. and international law, no one is to rob, stalk, harass, assault and invade the privacy of another person. It is thoroughly and universally illegal.
Since the time of writing to President Obama regarding the Madonna and Kabbalah's sick conduct towards me, things have gotten exponentially worse, which is a testament to the fraudulent state of his presidency. As a matter of fact, after I sent him the letter, I was almost sexually assaulted by a member of Kabbalah on a street in Downtown Miami adjacent to the court house. He was spewing all sorts of threats regarding Madonna, then tried to grope my chest. If I didn't back away from him quickly, I would have been sexually assaulted. She is sending them to stalk and harass me, as they've passed on very detail threats from her.
Regarding Obama, I just do not understand how any decent human being, with the power to stop terrible crimes being committed against an innocent person, looks the other way, in favor of well-documented campaign donors. As such I will not be voting for Obama in 2012. To you, my millions of readers, I ask when you go to the polls, remember this story, what has been done to me and what he has allowed, when you cast your vote in the 2012 election. You should vote for someone with integrity and virtue, not someone bowing to pop stars and corporate donors engaging in ripping off everyday people.
ONGOING INFRINGEMENTS
Items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog, which contains 13,500 songs, 1000 movie scripts, movie treatments and short stories, 15 book manuscripts, 300 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 100 photo treatments, perfume, clothing line, nano-technology, a solar cell phone and thousands of other items, it is still criminally being infringed by Madonna and her associates in Hollywood.
Both Rihanna and Beyonce (Sony), affiliated with Madonna's Kabbalah cult, as is Jay-Z, continue to criminally steal preexisting copyrights from my Copyrighted Catalog. Madonna's Material Girls fashion line, Beyonce's "Girls That Rule The World" Rihanna's "Man Down" "Willow Smith's "21st Century Girl" (Jay-Z's label Roc Nation) are a few examples of thefts from my preexisting copyrights.
SONY
Sony, who tried to make contact with me twice by email and phone prior to stealing copyrights, has been a major infringer in the case, as they share the same lawyer as Madonna at the Manatt law firm in New York. They have plundered my Copyrighted Catalog for music and films, in criminal violation of the law.
"Salt" is among the Sony infringements - a movie they befriended me on Twitter regarding, knowing what they had done in criminally stealing it from my catalog, which I thought was pretty sick and low. There are hundreds of millions of people on Twitter and the film "Salt" was only following a few, yet managed to find my page out of all those people (sarcasm).
Sony is also one of Obama's biggest campaign donors, who threw a bash for him last month, which he gladly attended and swilled champagne for the cameras, toasting the treacherous company, who is constantly sued by many for stealing. As such, Obama has embraced Sony, condoning their financial crimes.
JESSICA SIMPSON
Jessica Simpson is also a member of Kabbalah and Madonna has criminally passed her a digital copy of an extensive fashion line that is apart of my Copyrighted Catalog. Simpson has brazenly stolen a number of items from it for her rip off fashion line and made herself very rich in the process. Simpson is a woman that was referred to on television by a famous actor as "dumb as rocks." Yet all of a sudden, over the past couple years, she has an extensive fashion line that is a complete rip off of one I copyrighted in Washington DC years prior. My mother is a seamstress and my grandmother was as well.
MACYS
Another incriminating fact is both Madonna and Simpson signed deals with Macys for their fashion lines that criminally stole items from my preexisting copyrights as their basis. In 1998 and 1999 I worked for Federated, which is the company that owns Macys. I worked in a store Federated turned into a Macys. I have the tax returns to prove I worked there. In my preexisting copyrights, I had items that referred to Macys as the store I would seek to stock my copyrighted fashion line. Madonna and Simpson ripped off the entire thing.
Jessica Simpson and the frequently sued thief Beyonce are both Sony singers, who the Obamas have publicly promoted in recent White House events. Championing lawbreaking criminals is not a good look on any administration. However, it does explain why so many corporate criminals continue to run free with impunity, while the U.S. economy deteriorates and innocent, hardworking people suffer as a result of being financial defrauded.
GOOGLE

Google has also been harassing me over my articles on the Judiciary Report, read by millions, in attempts at censoring what I write. This is ironic, as it is the exact same thing they publicly accused the Chinese government of doing to them in China. Not only was Google running millions of ads on my websites, it was recently discovered I WAS NOT BEING PAID FOR THEM. Multi-billion dollar Google, has also refused to pay me for said ads, though they made tens of thousands of dollars off my sites each year for the past 4 years, due to millions of ads they ran.
Google have now removed the ads, because I refused to bow down to their censorship attempts. Bloggers need to be very careful of Google. When politicians and pop stars start nagging them via email to remove articles critical of them and financially punish bloggers by deactivating their ads, the company complies.
If it were not for bloggers, there would be no sites to run their ads on, which have netted them a fortune. Obama's relationship with Google has come under fire recently, as others have complained they are being punished for writing anything critical of him (Obama's Relationship With Google Under Fire Over Blocking Free Speech And Free Press).
Needless to say, I will not be voting for Obama and I don't suggest you do either, as there is something very wrong there.
KABBALAH HARASSMENT EXTENDS TO MY MOTHER
Something very negative and vile occurred regarding my mother's job that I do believe Kabbalah is behind, as it bears a pattern of criminal misconduct they have utilized before that was traced back to them. The person responsible even admitted she took a bribe against my mom to engage in said misconduct.
PATENTS
The worst thing in all of this is my viable, very promising research work, regarding AIDS and cancer, has been delayed because of the aforementioned criminal conduct in this case, as I have been and continue to be robbed of my music and film copyrights, which would have completely underwritten my pharmaceutical drug patents.
The White House, FBI and DOJ, among others, routinely read this website according to site statistics. They are also well aware of my research work (I mentioned it in the letter to the President) . However, they would rather it be delayed, to clear the way for Hollywood stars to continue engaging in serious, egregious acts of copyright infringement, which are financial crimes, in order to line their pockets with ill gotten gains. People are dying of AIDS and cancer everyday, but the government and Hollywood do not care.
Their actions state they do not care about the public's health, putting stars ahead of it and are extraordinarily poor at making proper, pertinent decisions, to render such a terrible choice. Nonetheless, I will peacefully and lawfully continue with my work and rely on God to bring justice regarding all the aforementioned misconduct that has been committed against me, by the most disgraceful and thieving set of individuals in existence.

Physically Ill Toni Braxton Antagonized By Her Jealous Sister On Reality Show

UPDATE: Correction, "If You Don't Wanna Love Me" was released in 2000. The version of the song I heard had the incorrect date on it. However, Tamar debuted in 1989 with her sisters "The Braxtons" on the track "The Good Life" which predates Beyonce. Tamar's husband Vincent Herbert also produced music for Destinys Child, the group Beyonce debuted with in 1998.

Tamar Braxton's jealousy over sister Toni Braxton's success in the music industry, became very apparent in the third episode of "Braxton Family Values." Tamar was not camouflaging her envy and resentment, turning Toni's birthday dinner into a massive whine about her non-existent solo career. Everything was about her and the sisters showed their exasperation, as did Tamar's husband.
In fact, Tamar ruined Toni's birthday, by insulting all her sisters about their marriage problems, bragging that she is the one that knows what she is doing in relationships, as she is married to rich record executive, Vincent Herbert, who signed Lady Gaga. But with the way she treats Herbert, one wonders how long their marriage will last.

Braxton Family Values
Tamar nags him incessantly about re-launching her as a solo artist, after her self-titled debut album in the mid 90s failed to go gold, selling 100,000 copies, resulting in her being dropped from her record deal. In listening to the 90s song "If You Don't Wanna Love Me" by Tamar, it is very apparent, she is the singer Beyonce has been trying to emulate for over a decade, when she debuted with Destiny's Child in 1998.
Tamar also insulted and berated Toni for not wanting to go out much, labeling her the "Fun Police." However, she needs to remember her sister has been battling breast cancer, lupus and heart issues. When one is physically sick and on medication, it drains the strength from one's body and one's desire to go out and have fun, due to literal fatigue and sometimes malaise. Pushing a sick person to go to the club is not a good idea.

Some may be wondering about the slight puffiness of Braxton's face on the reality show, which is most likely due to the fact, people on medication and those who have undergone many medical procedures, sometimes retain water and other fluids in the face. Medication sometimes alters the way the body stores and processes water.
And speaking of faces, the shot of Tamar's wedding photo with Herbert, shown on last nights episode, confirms what I have thought from the show's debut, she had a nose job. Tamar has the same altered nose Lil Kim, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson and Latoya Jackson had at one point. The sad thing is there was nothing wrong with their noses. Being in an industry with flashbulbs constantly going off, poor lighting and the wrong make-up, will make black, Jewish and Hispanic people's faces, particularly the nose, look different than in person. This leads to many getting a nose job.

Obama Rep Equates Economy With Cancer

On July 11, 2010, the co-chairman of U.S. President Barack Obama's Debt Commission, Erksine Bowles, compared the declining American economy to cancer. He said the current national budget and debit is and I quote, "a cancer that will destroy the country from within."

Yes, I know. I said that already 2-years ago in the article The Global Bush Effect: "It's a financial cancer, that due to international cross collateralization and open-end monetary instruments, is metastasizing, when the problem should have been detected early, and there were symptoms, isolated, contained, then the appropriate treatment applied."

It's amazing that 2-whole-fiancially-painful-years later and the government still has not improved and is in the same financial sinkhole, only deeper. It's astonishing that it's taken all that time for the government to realize this fact. However, the question is, what are you going to do about it, as talk is cheap.

Side Bar: Don't talk about cancer around Obama. He will break out a shovel and dig up his best manure in your direction. You would think with someone that smokes the way he has and does, he'd have a vested interest in curing the disease.

Obama's debt commission warns of fiscal 'cancer'

Monday, July 12, 2010 - BOSTON -- The co-chairmen of President Obama's debt and deficit commission offered an ominous assessment of the nation's fiscal future here Sunday, calling current budgetary trends a cancer "that will destroy the country from within" unless checked by tough action in Washington.

The two leaders -- former Republican senator Alan Simpson of Wyoming and Erskine Bowles, White House chief of staff under President Bill Clinton -- sought to build support for the work of the commission, whose recommendations due later this year are likely to spark a fierce debate in Congress.

Bowles said that unlike the current economic crisis, which was largely unforeseen before it hit in fall 2008, the coming fiscal calamity is staring the country in the face. "This one is as clear as a bell," he said. "This debt is like a cancer."...

FBI Laughably Talks About Transparency

The head of the Washington FBI field office, , recently did a hypocritical interview about transparency at the law enforcement agency, which is such a lie, it is ludicrous. You better hope you don't get struck by lightening lying like that. The FBI is anything but transparent.
The FBI has a terrible track record with complying with the Freedom of Information Act, also known as FOIA. They lie and hide or destroy documents, to keep the truth from the public on a regular basis.
Which is why people have to sue them and even then, they still fight like junkyard dogs, to hide incriminating documents they are Congressionally obligated to release, under the Freedom of Information Act. Who could respect such corruption and treachery.
Side Bar: It has been 11 months since I filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the FBI, to obtain documents they informed me in writing they are withholding, giving no basis for doing so and to this day, they still have not released them, in violation of FOIA. The next time the FBI tells you they are above board and transparent, do remember this case and know they are not. They are corrupt, inefficient, taxpayer money wasting liars, who have let America down time and time again and worst of all disease sufferers.

Cancer Is Advancing

The disease cancer is advancing, due to the fact, there is so much radiation everywhere, via hospital equipment, scanners at government buildings, airports and department stores, mobile phone and other satellite signals, beaming through the air (ever increasing technology).
Cancer poses a massive threat to humanity, as it is advancing and can wipe out scores of the population, greater than ever before. Additionally, some very unusual cases are popping up, due to the increased radiation in our world, confounding doctors and scientists worldwide.
However, one thing that is not advancing is cancer research funding. You'd be surprised to learn many advances have not been formalized, due to lack of funding. It's the same story regarding AIDS.
However, at the end of the day, the Judiciary Report is of the belief, the government does not care, as they could not do so and in good conscience allow copyrights to be unlawfully stolen to profit underachieving, unintelligent Hollywood stars, that was to go towards producing cures to the aforementioned deadly diseases.

There Are Too Many Television Talent Shows

Aren't you sick of television talent shows. I know I am. There are so many of them and Simon Cowell is behind several programs in that genre, including his forthcoming, idiotic "X-Factor." It's pathetic. The idea for "American Idol" and its subsequent spin-offs, was stolen from a man in Texas. Then Cowell and co. slapped it together with songs and other items from my Copyrighted Catalog.
The man is a complete loser and thief, so are those that help him rip people off. He goes around, parading like he is some captain of industry, when he is a total fraud and leech. Cowell and co. have no talent and what they are calling talent in others is not.

All they've done is turn soulful, preexisting copyrighted music into soulless karaoke garbage, while encouraging people to call into a stupid show, "American Idol" as people die from AIDS and cancer, due to him having stolen copyrights that a portion of their proceeds were meant to go towards produce cures to the aforementioned diseases.

Buying Justice

The death of former U.S. senator, Ted Kennedy and the release of his altered F.B.I. file, has once again brought the subject of the Mary Kopechne drowning to the forefront of the press. Kopechne was a young woman Kennedy offered a ride home from a party, with the rumored intent of sexual intercourse.

However, Kennedy was drunk whilst behind the wheel and the car went of the road into the water. He managed to escape the sinking vehicle, but Kopechne drowned. Kennedy waited hours to call for help and report the incident, leaving the scene of the accident. He was never charged with drunk driving or made to face the court's over the incident that cost a young woman her life. Many have written, his dad, who was notoriously unscrupulous, bought out the case.



Sadly, sometimes the justice system turns to injustice, due to money and fame. This ought not to be, as a two tiered justice system will be the downfall of any society, leading to poverty and financial crisis.

Another case recently brings the perils of the two tiered justice system to mind. Actress Jodie Foster, allegedly assaulted a 17-year-old boy for taking her photograph. Foster, a homosexual, mistook the 17-year-old fan for a paparazzo, shoved him in the chest, scratched and grabbed him by the arm, which is completely illegal.

She was at the Grove shopping center in Los Angeles with her sons, one of whom reportedly apologized to the teen for his mother's conduct. Foster, who is notoriously private, is a lesbian and hiding it from the world.

The young man filed a police report, but the security tapes from the mall showing the incident, has mysteriously gone missing. How corrupt. If Foster did indeed do what she is accused of, she should be arrested for assault. Just because you read lines off a paper into a camera, does not make one better than anyone else.

Another interesting note, according to Radar Online, Foster's name was incorrectly spelled on the police report. It appears to be a Hollywood tactic. The Judiciary Report has seen Hollywood cases, where crazy stars, such as Madonna, had representatives call up the courthouse and demand clerks misspell their names on incriminating legal cases, to block it from coming up in search results for Pacer and other legal services.

Her name was spelled correctly on the lawsuit, yet the clerk mysteriously entered the word "Madoona" into the computer and official case file, then refused to correct it when a formal request was made to do so, as such misspellings can invalidate verdicts. Stars are constantly buying their way out of trouble, which is why they behave so badly, due to the double standard. Hollywood is disgraceful, corrupt and a blight on the justice system, not to mention the enemy of AIDS and cancer sufferers.

MTV "Jersey Shore" reality TV star, Snooki, has slammed U.S. President Barack Obama for putting a tax on tanning beds. She said Obama wants everyone to be pale and former Presidential candidate, John McCain would not have done that. McCain agrees with her. Obama's talking smack, because he's already brown (just kidding).

What Snooki must understand is the government is broke and looking to raise money anyway it can. Not to mention, tanning beds are cancerous. It's safer to use a gentle tanning product that is applied to the skin to give a brown or golden glow.

31 Dead In Jamaica After U.S. DOJ Extradition Demand

Mentally deficient Attorney General, Eric "I Don't Read The Law" Holder, who heads up President Barack Obama's Department Of Justice, was warned repeatedly by community activists and columns such as this one, regarding the extremely poor handling of an extradition request, for suspected drug dealer, Christopher Michael Coke, in that it could cost innocent people their lives.
Holder, acting on Obama's behalf, used what has been labeled "illegal wiretaps" to submit the extradition request. As such, it was heavily disputed, leading to the standoff we see today, leaving 24 police officers and seven civilians dead yesterday, which is what the Judiciary Report warned two months ago would happen.
And what was the Obama administration's response to the deaths of the police officers and civilians, "It is the Jamaican government's responsibility to apprehend Mr. Coke."
What a vile message of condolence to the families of the civilians and innocent police officers that died trying to fulfill your botched, poorly handled extradition request, Mr. Holder. But to you their deaths were acceptable collateral damage. Neither you or Mr. Obama would find it so if it were your family members laying in the morgue.
The Obama administration's ongoing abuse of innocent Jamaican-American citizens, who have complained of being arrested for simple traffic offenses that would normally not warrant such action (a harassment technique American doctor Steven Hatfill exposed as an FBI tactic) along with other forms of harassment and canceling the visas of Jamaican business people buying U.S. goods to sell on the island has continued.
It is being described as a means of putting the squeeze on the Jamaican government during the extradition and it is ugly and un-American. Hundreds of thousands of law-abiding Jamaican-Americans voted for Obama in 2008 and they should not make that mistake again in 2012.
Your family in Kenya would be so proud of you abusing innocent black people (that have nothing to do with the suspect in question) to settle a political vendetta (not). As the first black President, I expected you to conduct yourself in a manner more appropriate and equitable to all, but you have shown your true colors.
This is not against the American people, but the Obama administration, as they were warned to be careful in how they went about this, yet they so poorly and carelessly handled it in a manner that needlessly created a situation that has left 31 people dead.
I don't believe the Obama administration is about law and order for one second, otherwise 99% of the individuals that committed felonies, which created the U.S. financial crisis of 2008 that went global, harming the rest of the world, wouldn't be walking around free and fleecing more Americans and international citizens.
Madonna and co in Hollywood would not be walking around free either, after engaging in well-documented illegal wiretapping, criminal hacking, computer abuse, emailed death threats and threats of violence and attempted murder, whilst stealing AIDS and cancer cure money, via stealing copyrights, meant to go towards producing cures. The Judiciary Report is 1000% certain, significant breakthroughs would have been implemented already.

As the Judiciary Report's exclusives have proven true repeatedly, you can be assured the site is telling the truth regarding Mueller (and everything else).

Rule Of Law?

The government consistently touts its adherence to the "rule of law." However, does the government practice what it preaches? The answer to that would be no. Many wealthy and famous men and women in Corporate America that flagrantly broke the law across the board, racking up a laundry list of crimes that range from financial fraud to racketeering, causing the U.S. financial crisis of 2008 that greatly damaged the global economy as well, remain free.
Not only have they been given a pass by the government for committing crimes that have brought so much suffering and financial loss in the nation and all over the world, their conduct has not been reined in one iota by the authorities, as it is business as usual in the corporate sector, creating new dangers waiting to explode in another intensified economic crisis.
To arrest a small time thief on the street, for what is petty theft, while allowing rich and famous criminals to continue in financial crimes that pose a danger to the world, constitutes a massive double standard, endangering the economic health and survival of the domestic and international community.
The Judiciary Report has seen it firsthand, as the FBI allows miscreants in Hollywood to engage in egregious financial crimes, stealing preexisting copyrights worth billions of dollars.
It's bad enough the FBI is unconstitutionally supporting Hollywood in these terrible crimes of blatant theft, they wouldn't even rein in the stalking, harassment and invasion of privacy being committed against me, as the head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, a known racist, who has been sued by many for his Nazi styled conduct, has convinced himself that because I'm a black immigrant citizen, it is acceptable collateral damage, so Hollywood stars can line their pockets and award shelves thanks to the stolen Copyrighted Catalog.
Even the Obama administration was notified about it last summer and looked the other way to the crimes being committed against me by his campaign donors in Hollywood, while his Department Of Justice, headed up by the incompetent Eric Holder, continues to hide incriminating Freedom of Information Act documents and an investigative report into the matter. In short, Obama is a fraud.
As a result, they felt so cocky and arrogant about their criminal misconduct, I was nearly sexually assaulted on a public street by a member of Madonna's Kabbalah cult.
The worst part of all of this is a portion of the proceeds from my copyrights were meant to go towards producing cures to cancer and AIDS. It is estimated several million people die each year of the two aforementioned diseases. Scientists and researchers have been attacking the problem from the wrong angle, regarding curing the diseases. There have also been complaints regarding lack of funding.
In the end, with the government, it is all about hypocrisy, greed and money, not human decency and saving lives.
