Judge Wipes Smirk Of Casey Anthony's Smug Face At Sentencing

Casey Anthony, smirking whilst talking to her lawyer, Dorothy Clay Sims, believing she would go free today

Once again, Casey Anthony appeared in court inappropriately grinning, after being acquitted of the murder of her 2-year-old toddler, Caylee Anthony. However, the smirk was short lived, as she was told she would not be released until next Wednesday, July 13, 2011, when she expected to go free today.

Curiously, in court today, gone was Anthony's formal, matronly clothes she had worn throughout the trial, replaced by flowing hair she was twirling around her fingers, lip gloss, eye liner, mascara and a form fitting ensemble. Anthony looked like she was ready to go to a party - you know, like she immediately did when her little daughter she knew was dead, went missing, then didn't report it to the police for an entire month.

    Caylee Anthony

With most people, if their kids are missing for even a few minutes, they will call the police. To reiterate, Anthony waited an entire month, finally caving in to pressure from her mom, Cindy Anthony, to report Caylee missing. Another item of alarm that qualifies as a smoking gun is, before her daughter died, Anthony did internet searches on how to break a person's neck. This in tandem with other evidence found in Anthony's car, such as strands of Caylee's hair, duct tape, the presence of chloroform and DNA belonging to a decomposing human body in her trunk (boot), doesn't paint a pretty or innocent picture.

Buying Justice

    ...Or Buying Injustice

    Ted Kennedy

The death of former U.S. senator, Ted Kennedy and the release of his altered F.B.I. file, has once again brought the subject of the Mary Kopechne drowning to the forefront of the press. Kopechne was a young woman Kennedy offered a ride home from a party, with the rumored intent of sexual intercourse.

However, Kennedy was drunk whilst behind the wheel and the car went of the road into the water. He managed to escape the sinking vehicle, but Kopechne drowned. Kennedy waited hours to call for help and report the incident, leaving the scene of the accident. He was never charged with drunk driving or made to face the court's over the incident that cost a young woman her life. Many have written, his dad, who was notoriously unscrupulous, bought out the case.

Sadly, sometimes the justice system turns to injustice, due to money and fame. This ought not to be, as a two tiered justice system will be the downfall of any society, leading to poverty and financial crisis.

Another case recently brings the perils of the two tiered justice system to mind. Actress Jodie Foster, allegedly assaulted a 17-year-old boy for taking her photograph. Foster, a homosexual, mistook the 17-year-old fan for a paparazzo, shoved him in the chest, scratched and grabbed him by the arm, which is completely illegal.

She was at the Grove shopping center in Los Angeles with her sons, one of whom reportedly apologized to the teen for his mother's conduct. Foster, who is notoriously private, is a lesbian and hiding it from the world.

Lindsay Lohan is another celebrity that is constantly buying her way out of trouble

The young man filed a police report, but the security tapes from the mall showing the incident, has mysteriously gone missing. How corrupt. If Foster did indeed do what she is accused of, she should be arrested for assault. Just because you read lines off a paper into a camera, does not make one better than anyone else.

Another interesting note, according to Radar Online, Foster's name was incorrectly spelled on the police report. It appears to be a Hollywood tactic. The Judiciary Report has seen Hollywood cases, where crazy stars, such as Madonna, had representatives call up the courthouse and demand clerks misspell their names on incriminating legal cases, to block it from coming up in search results for Pacer and other legal services.

Her name was spelled correctly on the lawsuit, yet the clerk mysteriously entered the word "Madoona" into the computer and official case file, then refused to correct it when a formal request was made to do so, as such misspellings can invalidate verdicts. Stars are constantly buying their way out of trouble, which is why they behave so badly, due to the double standard. Hollywood is disgraceful, corrupt and a blight on the justice system, not to mention the enemy of AIDS and cancer sufferers.

Natalee Holloway Suspect Faces Second Murder Charge

    Justice For Natalee Holloway

    Joran Van Der Sloot

Joran Van Der Sloot, the man accused of murdering, Natalee Hollaway, the teen that disappeared under strange circumstances, while on vacation, has confessed to killing a young woman in Peru.

    Natalee Holloway

Police report Van Der Sloot confessed to killing 21-year-old Stephany Flores, after taking her to a hotel room. He is expected to detail his crimes today, during a visit to the crime scene.

    Stephany Flores

Van Der Sloot's dad, who is a prominent judge, kept getting him out of trouble and it spoiled him, leading him to believe he could rest on his father's laurels and name, rather than making something of his life.

    Joran Van Der Sloot

It is difficult for a parent to let a child face the consequences of their actions, but it is the appropriate thing to do. Had Van Der Sloot been convicted previously with sound testimony from those in the know, who remained silent, Stephany Flores, would be alive today.
