Rupert Murdoch Is The Definition Of A Dirty Old Man

Ten of Rupert Murdoch's prominent News International employees, mostly journalists, have been arrested, on the shameful charge of illegal wiretapping and phone hacking, utilized as a daily feature throughout his company, News Corp. These criminal acts have been undertaken for years, to perversely and secretly, present the public with lucrative broadcasts and stories straight from unsuspecting victims' private phones and email boxes.
Murdoch has shown himself to be the quintessential "dirty old man." A troublemaking, oversexed, voyeuristic vagrant that has cast all morals aside, to indulge in the seedy, sick side of life, where one illegally violates innocent people for huge financial profits, one is not entitled to in any measure. Murdoch has caused so much human misery.
Then there are his underachieving, over privileged children with no accomplishments of their own. James Murdoch, Rupert's heir apparent, so desperate to make daddy proud, he broke the law across the board, in tandem with the family patriarch. Murdoch's daughter Elisabeth, opened a production company called Shine and proceeded to infringe other people's copyrights in criminal violation of domestic and international law, to release rip-off products she touts to the world as her own.

An irritated, Rupert Murdoch, who obviously thinks he is Rocky (he deserves a legal TKO) was photographed working out with his trainer last week, whilst pointing at the camera like a rapper. Really, are we supposed to be scared, Rupert? If the wind blows too hard you'll be on the ground and in need of a new hip.
Lachlan Murdoch, Rupert's oldest son, who broke down and fled News Corp in 2005, shortly before the scandal was first reported to the Metropolitan Police, bought his way into Australian television channel, Network 10, then became its CEO, after the mysterious ouster of his predecessor. However, he does maintain a financial interest in News Corp as an heir.
Thus far, the current scandal has not resulted in the arrest of the people in News Corp that most deserve it - Rupert Murdoch and his aforementioned, equally ruthless and unethical children. The Murdochs are playing dumb and feigning surprise, at the wholesale illegality running through the belly of their family's questionable company.
However, at the end of the day, they are a clan of criminals, resorting to illegal tactics and dirty business deals, to make undue profits at a company that is so tarnished, the public will never think well of their family again. Illegally wiretapping thousands of people, including murdered school children, for scoops, exclusives and copyrighted material to steal, in acts of theft and invasion of privacy, sometimes throwing it in the targets' faces, should qualify as domestic terrorism and treated accordingly.

The Head Of The Wall Street Journal Resigns Due To Rupert Murdoch Phone Hacking Scandal

How ironic. Early this morning on my blog, in the entry Delusional Rupert Murdoch Thinks The Public Adores Him I outed the Wall Street Journal, as one of the News Corp newspapers involved in the U.S. version of Rupert Murdoch's phone hacking scandal in Britain - and several hours later, the head of the paper, Les Hinton, resigned his post.
In 2007, Hinton swore under oath in the British Parliament that only one News Corp journalist was involved in the scandal when it first went public in 2006, after a formal complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in 2005. Yet, here we have it, a number of other News Corp journalists have been arrested in the reboot of the scandal this year. At least News Corp can say they are consistent at one thing - lying (sarcasm).

Author and blogger, Andrew Breitbart, made an appearance on the Sirus satellite radio show "Anthony And Opie" to talk about the sexting scandal surrounding congressman Anthony Weiner. During the interview, Breitbart whipped out his mobile phone to show the hosts a photo of Weiner's penis, the congressman had texted to a woman, who in turn inappropriately leaked the picture to the blogger.
This lead to the uncensored penis pic being released unto the internet today, in conduct that is inappropriate and a criminal violation of Weiner's rights. Though Weiner's conduct in consensually sending said picture to a woman, who was not his wife, is unethical and a betrayal of his marriage vows, he did so privately with the "reasonable expectation to privacy" as prescribed by law.

I don't agree with Weiner's politics, but humiliating him or anyone in this manner is wrong. Adults and teenagers have committed suicide over such sexting photos going public without their consent, not able to handle the public humiliation, over what was a private moment.
In the Erin Andrews case, an innocent sportscaster suffered great emotional trauma and distress, after her privacy was invaded by a perverse person that criminally snapped photos of her, through a hotel room key hole, then illegally made it public.

Breitbart had no right leaking the picture to the world. It was perverse and cruel. Society has lost its sense of decency, decorum and humanity, when humiliating people in states of undress, against their will, for ratings, attention and sexual gratification, has illegally become common in Hollywood.
It is disgraceful and inhumane. Such conduct criminally violates international human rights charters and domestic law, as it is the act of denying another person human dignity and privacy. The Judiciary Report does not like the direction society is going in that some are proud of degrading another human being in this fashion.

To the public, a show of hands, how many of you out there would want someone to illegally take it upon themself, to post an uncensored picture of your genitals or that of your grown children online, for the world to see, without permission or consent? Think about that. The majority of you would say no, because at the end of the day, it is a degrading act of cruelty and an invasion of privacy. No one deserves that.
Side Bar: Dude, get real! You're walking around with a picture of another person's private parts on your mobile phone, that you weren't even supposed to see in the first place. It's not cool - it's creepy. What kind of mess it that. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Mobile Phone Companies Come Out Swinging At WHO Cancer Report

Telecommunications manufacturers upset with the World Health Organization's findings released yesterday, which states there is a link between cancer and mobile phones, are clinging to a two page report released by the National Cancer Institute, proclaiming there is no spike in brain cancer cases in America (http://www.cancer.gov/aboutnci/servingpeople/snapshots/brain.pdf).
This is very convenient considering many global authorities, doctors and scientists, have released a wide array of reports, stating there has been and continues to be, a very noticeable increase in cancer rates all over the world. How is it there has been well-documented and heavily publicized data (see below), illustrating a discernible spike in breast, liver, kidney, bowel and skin cancer, to name a few, yet mysteriously, brain cancer, an illness that affects such a sensitive, massive and vital organ, has allegedly shown no change in data in America, according to the National Cancer Institute.
There is something amiss concerning components of the National Cancer Institute's report. Cancer, a disease that can so permeate the body and metastasize (spread), has seen rising rates in every major organ, but mysteriously, according to the aforementioned report, there has been no increase in brain cancer rates. I am of the belief, for whatever reason, everyone is not being counted in the National Cancer Institute's report.
In light of the fact, on a government and corporate level, officials were exposed for colluding to mislead the public on the true ill effects of cigarettes and separately climate change, I question some of the findings contained in the National Cancer Institute's report, as it does not square with worldwide reports and disease developments.
Ironically, this same National Cancer Institute report that mobile phone manufacturers are touting, does acknowledge there is an increase in brain cancer cases among children in America, which mainstream outlets batting for the mobile phone companies, glossed over yesterday.
I wrote about brain cancer and kids two days ago (World Health Organization: Mobile Phones Promote Cancer), in relation to mobile phone usage and the risk it poses for said demographic. I also wrote about cancer, kids and mobile phones in 2005 on the Sound Off Column site.
The Sound Off Column article, was prompted by two of my friends' children developing strange forms of brain cancer. The only thing I found they had in common was mobile phone usage, as some young girls love to talk to each other via this method. One of the girls nearly died. The brain tumor was so rare and unlike anything local doctors had seen, she was sent to a specialist in another state and given a 10% chance of surviving the surgery.
Her condition was so dire, they administered last rites to the preteen before the operation to remove the abnormal growth in the brain of a beautiful, brilliant, normal A student. By the grace of God, she did survive the surgery and has lived another decade thus far. She is now 21 and attending a top university.
The National Cancer Institute also acknowledges, "Leukemias and cancers of the brain and central nervous system account for more than half of childhood cancers." The National Cancer Institute conceded in writing, they do not know why there is a spike in brain cancer among kids, but mobile phones are an avenue they should pursue in future studies.
I am of the belief, as are others, too many kids have mobile phones. As I wrote in the aforementioned article years ago, companies advertise family plans that allow individuals to cheaply purchase a phone for every member of the family, including children. It has become a status symbol among kids and you, as you are deemed uncool if you do not have a mobile phone. The more kids use mobile phones, the greater the risk to their developing bodies.
Some doctors believe the fact that there are consumers that text more and use the speaker phone and ear pieces, rather than holding the unit to the ear/head, directly depositing radiation into the brain in closer proximity to the organ, they are not as negatively impacted. However, the radiation is still there, just at a further distance. Still, very few would argue there is no risk in directly depositing radiation into your brain on a constant basis. How can that be a good thing, given what we know about radiation.
There is so much radiation around us in our modern world (Cancer Is Advancing). Mobile phones, wireless internet, satellite cable TV, medical imaging and airport security (Scientists: TSA Airport Radiation Doses Are Inaccurate). Not to mention, some of the items going into our food to give it a picturesque appearance and reduce caloric content, is toxic over time.

Worldwide Cancer Rates on the Rise
January 2, 2009 - Cancer is predicted to rise worldwide mainly due to the increase of tobacco use and more “Westernized” habits in developing countries. By the year 2030 cancer is expected to more than double and in 2010 it is predicted to be the world’s largest killer.
The International Agency for Research on Cancer has completed a report that examines the impact this increase will have on the entire globe.

Liver cancer on the rise, CDC says
A new study out Thursday from the Centers for Disease Control finds the most common form of liver cancer is on the rise. According to the May 5th Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, rates of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in the United States increased from 2.7 cases per 100,000 people in 2001 to 3.2 cases per 100,000 people in 2006. The report also points out that untreated hepatitis B and hepatitis C infections are responsible for about 78 percent of global HCC cases. Liver cancer is much more common in developing countries than in the United States. Worldwide, it is the third leading cause of cancer deaths. In the U.S., it's the eighth leading cause.

June 1, 2011 - A study concluded there is a possible link between cell phone use and cancer. Though a World Health Organization study concluded cell phones may cause cancer, some are wondering why, if their truly is a link, there not been a significant worldwide increase in brain cancers.
The World Health Organization (WHO), whose International Agency for Research on Cancer announced the results of its year-long study Tuesday, estimates that there are 5 billion cell phone users globally, representing nearly three-quarters of the world's population.
However, the incidence and mortality rate of brain and central nervous system cancers has remained virtually flat since 1987, according to data from the National Cancer Institute.
The most compelling evidence cited by the WHO is a multi-country study that found people who used cell phones most often, an average of 30 minutes per day over 10 years, had a 40 percent higher risk for a rare brain tumor called a glioma.

World Health Organization: Mobile Phones Promote Cancer

Confirming an item the Judiciary Report published a year ago (Cancer Is Advancing), the World Health Organization has official stated today that mobile phones increase your risk of cancer. They have reversed their former pronouncement on the matter. Previously, the World Health Organization stated, there was no known link between cancer and mobile phones.
However, a group of scientists did an extensive study for the World Health Organization and made the results public today. Their findings conclude, mobile phones are carcinogenic and emit cancer causing radiation.

This means, the more you use your mobile phone, especially close to your head, the greater the risk. It also bears reiteration, children should not be given mobile phones, as the risk of cancer is greater in minors, as their developing systems have difficulty dealing with the radiation.

Google Sued For Using Tracking On Android Phones

As stated on the Judiciary Report in the April 26, 2011 article iPhone Tracking Scandal Gives Insight To Rupert Murdoch Phone Hacking And Wiretapping, Apple is not the only manufacturer to engaging in phone tracking methods. The next day, a class action lawsuit was filed in Michigan by attorney Steven Budaj, regarding Google's Android phones doing the exact same thing, via storing real time GPS locations and other identifying data.

The Judiciary Report has maintained for years, mobile phones can be remotely hacked by others and used to trace users in real time. I've experienced it firsthand, as a victim of stalking, when the insane Hollywood cult Kabbalah, run by crazy pop tart, Madonna, who are both under criminal investigation, regularly confront me with harassing speech and threats at disparate places. Previously, they used Anthony Pellicano and his hackers to illegally wiretap and break into my phones. Now Madonna has other private investigators working for her, such as Gavin DeBecker.
Madonna has a sick habit of paying people to stalk others. She has done this to Dennis Rodman, Carmen Elektra, Guy Ritchie, Jose Canseco and several private citizens, some of whom have sued her for this sick conduct, pioneered by her private eye, Anthony Pellicano.
If you are a victim of stalking, whether you are a private citizen or public figure, your mobile phone and the internet, can become veritable enemies, due to malicious and unbalanced people exploiting and abusing technology to invasively spy on you. Mobile phone makers and internet service providers need to increase their efforts in safeguarding the public's privacy.

Media baron, Rupert Murdoch, chairman of News Corp and News International, has proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that he cannot be trusted. His companies are mired in a terrible, criminal invasion of privacy scandal, which involves phone hacking and wiretapping.
Since the time I broke the story in 2005 and was the first to out Murdoch and company on this thoroughly criminal misconduct, having experienced it firsthand and having to file a police complaint over it, small inquiries have been done by the Metropolitan Police, with few arrests being made (Rupert Murdoch Finally Admits His Company's Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Crimes).


In spite of the fact he is a family man, Murdoch has no qualms about violating the privacy of other families
Even in the face of the arrests, Murdoch, who knew of, commissioned, condoned and participated in the criminal misconduct, never once desisted engaging in said criminal behavior. He is unrepentant and stubbornly so, as Murdoch and his employees believe they are above everyone else and entitled to criminally violate the privacy of anyone they deem a profitable target.
They’ve repeatedly been caught in terrible lies throughout the scandal that negatively impacted the public. It is thought thousands of people have been illegally wiretapped and hacked by Murdoch, in conduct that is so unseemly and arrogant, it warrants the strongest criminal charges.

Sienna Miller is one of the actresses targeted by Murdoch and his insidious illegal spying. Miller, among others, have sued him in British court.
This is a man that has been sharing classified information with anyone he sees fit, in conduct that has crossed into criminal territory, via what can only be referred to as spying. He has gone into world legislatures with this criminal misconduct, spewing classified information he should not have been privy to in the first place.
He was quite foolish to do this, but such is Murdoch's arrogance that he bought into the delusion he can commit any foul crime and get away with it. Well he can’t and he shall learn that under the harshest possible terms, within the scope of the law. There is more to this scandal than meets the eye and Murdoch will answer for it within the confines of the law.

Oh, they can hear you now, as the commercial says!
Rupert Murdoch and co. have also disgraced the Metropolitan Police. People are actively asking in the press, on video and in feedback sections online, why the Metropolitan Police launched a "cover up." No one was worth the police’s name, as that means the British public losing confidence and trust in their authorities.
How can this be a good thing...and all over Murdoch. It is time he is reined in, as he is breaking the law. Murdoch is a corrupt criminal meddling in international politics, in ways that are completely illegal. This behavior must not be tolerated, as it flies in the face of democracy.

Actress Attacked By Girl That Thought She Was Justin Bieber's Girlfriend

Hollywood actress, Lucy Hale, 21, took to Twitter to write about an incident, where she says she was accosted in public by a Justin Bieber fan, who mistook her for his girlfriend Selena Gomez, 18, who is a former co-star.

Hale recently stated in a tweet on the social networking site Twitter, "Someone was seriously convinced I was Selena Gomez today and tried to take my phone because they wanted to call justin bieber. Ohh life."

Tell the truth Lucy. You saw Gomez and jumped her for her phone, because you wanted to call Justin Bieber. I'm only joking, but such stories must make Gomez wonder, with so many girls after Bieber and them being apart so often, due to work commitments, will the relationship last.

The FBI And Mobile Phone Spying

People use their mobile phones to call others for business and personal reasons, in addition to taking photos, surfing the internet and sending emails. The Judiciary Report and its sister site, the Sound Off Column, have insisted for years in articles, the FBI has been spying on Americans, in violation of the U.S. Constitution and secretly so. Scandal after scandal and official government oversight reports, later confirmed allegations first broken by the sites.
Previously, the sites stated, the FBI has been spying on Americans without warrant, via mobile phones, among other things. A report this week on the CBS4 news site in Miami, revealed cases are being thrown out of court by judges, because of warantless mobile phone wiretapping by the FBI and its parent agency, the DOJ.
Nefarious non-government workers are also getting in on the act, especially in Hollywood, infecting people's mobile phones with spyware, enabling them to illegally listen into their conversations, read confidential emails, view private photos contained on the units, see web searches and turn the device into an audio bug that allows unlawful eavesdroppers to listen into conversation taking place in the room (your home, car, office ect).
Worst of all, the spyware can be used to illegally turn on your mobile phone camera/video feature and spy on you, in what is known as a roving bug, which is sick and perverse, much like the voyeur crimes committed in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District case. The only way to stop the spying is to take out your mobile phone battery.
The FBI has been criminally misusing this technology to spy on innocent people, searching for tips and other items, to grant them a political, commercial and social advantage. U.S. Presidents have benefited from the FBI's misconduct in this regard as well.
Many writers, such as myself, whose publications and websites are stocked with scoops, have been unlawfully turned into FBI informants without our knowledge or consent, as the agency illegally spies on well-connected journalists and bloggers, to pathetically share in scoops, exclusives and tips, before they are published to the internet and in print.
This is the FBI's insane and pathetic attempt at staying ahead of the curve, whilst egregiously violating the U.S. Constitution, at innocent people's expense. Then, FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, passes around illegally obtained, invasive items gleamed from innocent surveillance targets, to whomever he feels like in government and the private sector, in conduct that is absolutely dirty and dishonorable.
The U.S. Congress has failed to stop this criminal misconduct, which some of them have benefited from and illegally so. However, whether they realize it or not, the aforementioned misuse of technology, poses a severe danger to national security.
If a non-government worker or foreign entity, secretly uses the aforementioned tactics on members of Congress, they could listen into high ranking, classified, closed session meetings, simply by targeting a senator's mobile phone, with inexpensive malware and spyware.
If they target the mobile phones belonging to the family members of Congress people, they could also spy on the entire family in their home, by default and eventually hear and see things they are not entitled to under the law, which could also damage national security. After all, many people take their work home.
Even the U.S. White House could be infiltrated in this manner, via U.S. President Barack Obama's Blackberry mobile phone or those belonging to any member of his cabinet or the property's staff.

"It takes about 90 seconds to download the spyware and you're in business," said Wilcox of some versions of this software that can be loaded onto someone's cell phone.
The spyware is a lurking danger that turns your cell phone into a secret listening device, an instrument used to spy against you. Worse yet, you'll likely never know it is on your phone.
"There could be anywhere from three to five or six million cell phones that are infected with spyware (at any one time)," said Wilcox...
To find out exactly how this all works, the CBS4 I-Team bought and installed several versions of spyware on anchor Jawan Strader's blackberry. We did all of this with his knowledge and participation...
But once the I-Team got the software working, the capability was scary. The I-Team could read all of Jawan's e-mails. The I-Team read all of his text messages.
I-Team investigator Stephen Stock also got alerts on his cell phone every time Jawan got a call, an e-mail or a text. That way Stock could monitor Jawan's incoming communication at all times.
And even though Jawan met meeting behind closed doors with news director Cesar Aldama and assistant news director Nick Bourne, even with the blackberry turned off, investigator Stock could still dial in and listen to the conversation while standing several miles away.
And the closed-door meetings' participants would never have known that Stock was listening had the I-Team not told them. Remember the cell phone was off. Despite that, Stock was able to use the spyware to dial in and listen using the Blackberry's speaker feature. Experts say that same thing can be done using a cell phone's camera feature.
The spyware also allows someone to listen in on cell phone calls in real time, as they are happening...
In fact, the federal government is using this technology to check out American citizens without a warrant.
The I-Team learned of a half dozen cases across the country in states as varied as New Jersey, West Virginia, Maryland, Texas, New York and Pennsylvania, where federal magistrates were asked to throw out cases because federal agents had tracked people in real time through their cell phone. In these cases this cell phone monitoring took place without a hearing, without a warrant without even legal probable cause.
One of the cases has now gone to a Federal Court of Appeals in Pennsylvania.
"It's an incredibly intrusive thing for the government to be able to track you," said Jay Stanley of the American Civil Liberties Union.
Stanley heads the technology and liberty program at the American Civil Liberties headquarters in Washington, D.C. The ACLU has joined some of the court cases listed above in fighting some of the federal prosecutors' actions.
"It's not that hard if you're a bad guy then they can get a warrant on you. If you're not a bad guy then why do they want to track you?" said Stanley...
"If I told somebody back in 1975, 'You know what, in 30 years every American practically is going to be carrying a tracking device with them that tells the government everywhere they go live and in real time,'" said Stanley. "That person would have said I guess that means the Soviet Union is going to win the Cold War."

Sarah Palin Hacker Found Guilty

David Kernell, the 23-year-old hacker that broke into the official email account, of then Vice Presidential candidate, Sarah Palin, was found guilty on two of three charges he was indicted for, in connection with his criminal misconduct.

Kernell, the son of a rival Democrat, was convicted of Obstruction of Justice and computer intrusion, in hacking into Republican Sarah Palin's email account, but was found not guilty on the charge of identity theft.

Kernell did actually commit identity theft. However, it may have been a hard sell to the jury, as most associate identity theft with stealing someone's credit card number or pretending to be another person online.
However, the Obstruction of Justice conviction, is the one with the highest sentencing guidelines, with a maximum of up to 20-years in prison. This young man greatly damaged his life, in trying to illegally sway a national U.S. election. He was in university, now he is in trouble, with a felony conviction under his name.
