The FBI Busted Hiding Evidence

The FBI has been caught red-handed this month, hiding evidence and files in civil and criminal court cases, which is a serious violation of their congressional mandate. Attorney, Jesse Trentadue, flat out accused the FBI of this misconduct and stated, "They hide things." The FBI does have a secret file room the Judiciary Report exposed the existence of a few years ago, which was later confirmed by mainstream press articles (The FBI's Secret File Room).
Hiding Freedom of Information Act files and other pertinent evidence in cases, also constitutes obstruction of justice, a very serious matter that the FBI clearly takes lightly. If you as a member of the public, hid information or evidence from the FBI, you would be promptly charged with obstruction of justice and sent to prison. Yet, the FBI hides evidence and files every single day, in blatant violation of the law. Can you say hypocrisy. They ask of the public, what they themselves do not do.

The Judiciary Report is not surprised, as for years the site has complained of the FBI hiding Freedom of Information Act files, to cover the crimes of rich and famous people. Millions have read about their misconduct in this regard, on the Judiciary Report, which culminated into this case: The FBI Corruptly Granted "Sovereign Immunity" In The Aisha v. FBI Case.
The Judiciary Report wrote about it online and published a copy of the lawsuit, so the public could witness it for themselves - and even under the Obama Administration, with the President being informed of the violations of the Freedom of Information Act, in a case where there is a demonstrable threat to human life, the corruption and criminal misconduct continued. Records show FBI practice of hiding evidence in secret databases
Friday, May 13, 2011 5:15 p.m. - SALT LAKE CITY — A federal court hearing regarding allegedly hidden Oklahoma City bombing videotapes raised questions about the FBI evidence filing system that a Salt Lake attorney says shows a pattern of deception. FBI Laughably Talks About Transparency

The head of the Washington FBI field office, , recently did a hypocritical interview about transparency at the law enforcement agency, which is such a lie, it is ludicrous. You better hope you don't get struck by lightening lying like that. The FBI is anything but transparent.
The FBI has a terrible track record with complying with the Freedom of Information Act, also known as FOIA. They lie and hide or destroy documents, to keep the truth from the public on a regular basis.
Which is why people have to sue them and even then, they still fight like junkyard dogs, to hide incriminating documents they are Congressionally obligated to release, under the Freedom of Information Act. Who could respect such corruption and treachery.
Side Bar: It has been 11 months since I filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the FBI, to obtain documents they informed me in writing they are withholding, giving no basis for doing so and to this day, they still have not released them, in violation of FOIA. The next time the FBI tells you they are above board and transparent, do remember this case and know they are not. They are corrupt, inefficient, taxpayer money wasting liars, who have let America down time and time again and worst of all disease sufferers.

Obama's Birth Certificate Battle Continues

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, a military medical doctor, has brought a lawsuit against, U.S. President Barack Obama, for refusing to furnish the country, with the true and original document that is his highly disputed birth certificate, a prerequisite for becoming Commander-In-Chief, of America. Many believe Obama was born in Kenya (Africa).
Several legal challenges have been mounted in this regard, the most prominent, by former U.S. Ambassador, Professor Alan Keyes. In each instance, the copy of the President's birth certificate provided, does not specifically state he was born in the U.S. state of Hawaii and the duplicate online, bears markings of the software, Photoshop, often used to alter documents and photographs.

At this point, with all the fuss and mounting legal fees, one has to wonder, why Obama does not simply present the original birth certificate. It would put an end to all the legal and social disputes.
Obama's corrupt, Attorney General, Eric Holder, who heads up the Department of Justice, continues to block Freedom of Information Act requests, regarding the President's birth certificate.

The Judiciary Report has a very low opinion of Mr. Holder, for similar reasons, as he continues to violate the Constitution and U.S. Code, by spying on innocent people and stonewalling many that seek documents under the Freedom of Information Act, he deems embarrassing and or incriminating to the government and others that financially contribute to the President.
This makes the Freedom of Information Act useless in principle and practice. That's not transparency in government. This constitutes a gross lack of accountability, posing serious ethics and legal violations.
People are not stupid. When you hide items it does not make them believe the contents are innocuous. It makes them think you are corrupt and pulling the wool over the public's eyes, as you have something to hide.

Obama Angers The Gays With DADT U-Turn

U.S. President Obama: what I said was...
U.S. President Barack Obama has angered homosexuals in America, by promising to repeal the U.S. Military's "Don't Ask Don't Tell" which bars gays from openly serving in the forces.
Engaging in what has become habit with President Obama, he says one thing to be popular, then has another segment of his government do the dirty work for him. This time, it is again the Department of Justice (DOJ), who have stated they will not repeal "Don't Ask Don't Tell."

Previously, Obama released a memo proclaiming his government is one of transparency and on this accord, Freedom of Information Act documents must be released to the public.
Then in the next breath, the Department of Justice, headed by Obama's questionable, bumbling pick, Eric Holder, continues to vigorously fight the nation's citizens and organizations like a junkyard dog, who request documents under the Freedom of Information Act. Not to mention, haughtily strolling into court on other cases and obstinately refusing to answer questions, deeming the DOJ is above the law.
This dear friends, is an old trick crooked politicians use, to garner votes and public sympathy, by appearing to be a damsel in distress at the hands of their cabinet, while secretly sending their lackeys out to quietly do their dirty work, which reflects their true agenda.

April 06, 2010 9:36 PM - White House press secretary Robert Gibbs Tuesday suggested a Justice Department brief upholding the “don’t ask,don’t tell” ban on gays and lesbians serving openly in the military was “odd,” given that it used 17-year-old language from Gen. Colin Powell (ret.) that the former Joint Chiefs Chairman says he no longer believes.

On June 29, 2009, during his speech in front of an audience attending the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered Pride Month Reception, held at the White House, President Obama said:
"As I said before--I'll say it again--I believe 'don't ask, don't tell' doesn't contribute to our national security. In fact, I believe preventing patriotic Americans from serving their country weakens our national security."
In the lawsuit, Justice Department attorneys admitted that the President made this statement. So, using President Obama's exact words, Log Cabin's lawyers then asked the government to admit that what the President said about DADT was true. Justice Department lawyers objected, and refused to answer -- Log Cabin filed and won a motion to compel the government to answer the questions, the government appealed, and the court rejected the appeal.
Consequently, on Monday, April 12, 2010, the government finally had to answer the questions and, when the Justice Department lawyers answered, they told the court that the President of the United States, Barack Obama, was wrong about DADT.
Specifically, when asked to admit that Don't Ask, Don't Tell "does not contribute to our national security", the government's response was "Deny." Meaning, DOJ disagrees with the President -- DOJ thinks the gay ban does contribute to our national security. So they're not only contradicting the President, they're not only saying that the President is wrong, they're actually putting out an anti-gay argument that hurts our efforts to repeal DADT because it defends the underlying basis for the law.
When asked to admit that Don't Ask, Don't Tell "weakens our national security", the government's response was again "Deny". And, when asked to admit that discharging service members pursuant to Don't Ask, Don't Tell "weakens our national security," the government's response was "Deny".
The government's responses attempt to explain why these denials differ from what the President had said but they candidly admit that the government's position in this case differs from the President's view of Don't Ask, Don't Tell.

FBI Destroyed Terrible File On Obama's Grandfather

The Federal Bureau of Investigation destroyed an incendiary file on, Stanley Armour Dunham, the controversial grandfather of U.S. President Barack Obama.
The President's grandfather was a close friend of communist and national security risk, Frank Marshall Davis, a Chicago journalist and poet, who sold marijuana and cocaine, in the presence of a young Obama and granddad Dunham.

"In response to a Freedom of Information Act request, the FBI has formally acknowledged a file existed on President Barack Obama's grandfather, Stanley Armour Dunham, that was destroyed May 1, 1997.

The FBI previously released some 600 pages of the FBI file of Frank Marshall Davis, the Chicago -based journalist and poet who as a member of the Communist Party USA retired in Hawaii and befriended Dunham.

Obama frequently sought advice from Davis during the future president's elementary and high school years.

Until the FBI's response to the FOIA request, there was no public disclosure of the existence of a file on Obama's grandfather.

The file raises the question whether the FBI considered Dunham to be a national security risk, possibly because of his association with Davis.
