The Public Wonders If Old Gangster Rupert Was Involved

Scandal ridden CEO, Rupert Murdoch, is at the center of conspiracy theories tonight, as one of his journalists, Sean Hoare, who was the first employee from the News Corp, to blow the whistle on him in a September 7, 2010 article, was found dead in his Watford, England home this evening. Police were called to Hoare's home in northwest London, in an incident they have described as, "Unexplained, but not suspicious."

Hoare told the Watford Observer newspaper in 2010, that former News International/News Corp employee, Andy Coulson, 43, who was arrested arrested this month, encouraged him to illegally hack and wiretap people's phones for stories to publish. Hoare's 2010 interview, as a former employee of News International/News Corp, confirmed the written claims I made to the Met Police YEARS PRIOR in 2005 (formal complaint).

As much as Murdoch tries to deny the scandal, he is a man that foolishly went into the U.S. Congress over a year ago, spouting off items from illegally hacked email and text messages, during an open hearing. Murdoch knew, commissioned, orchestrated and personally profited from the illegal phone hacking and he should go to prison for it, as should his grown children, who are involved in the scandal.

Mark Halperin Calling Obama A "Di*k" On Television Revealed The Limits On Free Speech

Barack Obama's office made a call to MSNBC about Mark Halperin, who was suspended shortly after
Yesterday, Time magazine editor and television political pundit, Mark Halperin, called U.S. President, Barack Obama, a "di*k" on national television. MSNBC suspended him, after receiving a call from President Obama's representative at the White House, complaining about the comment that made it onto the air, due to a MSNBC technician pressing the wrong button in the control booth (smooth). Halperin is being punished for exercising his right to free speech, revealing the limits being placed on the Constitution.
President Obama's office did what he instructed them to, as he does not take criticism well. Obama has even employed an individual on the taxpayers' dime, Jesse Lee, to argue with people on Twitter, when they write unflattering stories about him. Journalists and bloggers have publicly complained of President Obama, having blogs and other websites, penalized or shutdown for writing unflattering pieces about him.

Many have rightly labeled this conduct censorship and a violation of free speech, as prescribed by the Constitution. The Judiciary Report has experienced this firsthand and can attest, the President is actively trying to shape his press via censorship, by pulling strings at companies such as Google, to punish those that freely publish the truth.
Under the law, it is the President's job to, "Preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" - not impede, thwart, violate or destroy it out of self-interest, when one does not like what is being said or written.

Ryan Gigs Sues Twitter Over Users Breaking Super Injunction

Manchester United football player, Ryan Giggs, has sued popular social networking site Twitter, for the release of identifying information, regarding the user that defied an anonymous super injunction he obtained in British court. The married father of two, had a six month affair with nude model and reality star, Imogen Thomas.
Based on court documents online, it seems Thomas contacted Giggs, either seeking a pay off or to distress him over not leaving his wife for her (for court case file click here). Giggs appears to have panicked and obtained a super injunction, in an attempt to conceal the affair. However, with Thomas' approval, her pals dropped so many hints in the UK's leading tabloid, people guessed he was the unnamed football player she had sex with in a string of hotels, over a six month period.
Prior to the story breaking, I'd read items online for over a week, stating Ryan Giggs is the footballer in question. Though the Judiciary Report does not reside on UK shores, I did not want to defy the court order or hurt him, as he hasn't done anything to me.

However, yesterday, it was so jarring to view online video of Liberal Democratic MP, John Hemming, officially outing Giggs in Parliament, as having cheated on his wife. Giggs must have been mortified at the excessive measures Hemming undertook, invoking immunity rules in the house of Parliament, to put his life on display. That's when the Judiciary Report decided to write about the scandal, as the cat was out of the bag and stunningly so.
Thomas and her family have been receiving death threats over the case. Journalists and paparazzi were also attacked by fans outside Giggs' home in Manchester, England. They have intruded on his personal life and such backlash was to be expected. However, the Judiciary Report urges calm and for people to follow the law.
I've never regarded Giggs as a mean celebrity, so I don't understand why some stars are seemingly relishing what has happened in this incident. I do feel sorry for him and his family. He only signed up to play football. He didn't sign up for people to broadcast his personal marriage problems. I don't agree with infidelity, but I'm not going to condemn the man and I hope he asks God for forgiveness. Hopefully, he and his family will stay together and get past this.

Freedom Of Press Act

U.S. President Barack Obama is touting his new "Freedom Of Press Act" and using it to chastise other nations that penalize democratic, honest and free reporting by journalists and bloggers. The U.S. Constitution guarantees Freedom of the Press. Therefore, the Judiciary Report is baffled why this latest Act by the Obama administration, is even necessary.
Furthermore, as many journalists and bloggers can attest, including the Judiciary Report, our sites have been illegally and inappropriately, yanked off the internet, by abusive, spoiled, bratty, irrational, celebrities, politicians and government employees (The FBI), trampling on the Constitution.
They file fraudulent complaints with hosting companies and blog service providers, in attempts at silencing critics. Websites and blogs have been unconstitutionally taken off line, de-listed and or removed from search engines, news searches and topic timelines, in illegal bids at achieving censorship.
It is immature, disgraceful and pathetic to attempt to suppress free speech in this or any manner, especially considering webhosting providers, ISPs and blog services are legislatively protected from lawsuits arising from users' conduct. Therefore, to censor websites or remove them from the internet for free speech, is to do favors for someone in office or a Hollywood celebrity on TV that dislikes what is being written about them.
The tricks and schemes used by some trying to silence bloggers are very underhanded and dirty. There are even companies in existence that promise to shut up journalists and bloggers for a fee, by attacking their sites, illegally manipulating search results and waging personal vendettas against writers.
Obama's latest move is being attributed to the fact, many blogs slammed him something awful last week, for insulting the genre as one filled with "crazy stories" when so many bloggers are whistleblowers, providing a true public service. Many bloggers shot back that Obama dislikes the blogosphere, because it disseminates truth he cannot control and censor.

Obama Trashes The iPad

U.S. President Barack Obama, using computer technology to make a phone call
U.S. President Barack Obama launched into a tirade against modern technology, notably slamming Apple's iPad, which the Judiciary Report thinks is a nifty little piece of hardware. Mr. Obama labeled it, "A distraction...rather than a tool of empowerment." As a result, many blogs and websites are slamming the President.

Is Obama mad at Apple's Steve Jobs? Is Mrs. Obama having an affair with Jobs? (kidding - she better not!). One has to wonder about the motivation behind the slam of one of America's most profitable companies that makes good products many enjoy.

Let's not forget, Apple is putting money into the U.S. Treasury, via tax revenues, for the President to spend...and spend he has. At least Apple didn't need a bailout and once again, you're spending their money, Mr. President.
Mr. Obama should remember, doctors, scientists and inventors use computers and other forms of technology, to formulate works that cure disease and make life better for everyone. You're not against curing disease, are you Mr. Obama?
Backlash Over Obama Insulting the Precious iPad
Bloggers and techies are booing Obama's commencement speech at Hampton University, where he took shots at the iPad and social media for being a "distraction...rather than a tool of empowerment." The notoriously Blackberry addicted president, who gives his weekly address on YouTube and has his own Facebook page, claimed he didn't know how to use most of the tech toys and warned against blogs perpetuating the "craziest claims." Now, the blogs are revolting.
Blogger Stowe Boyd thinks Obama was avoiding the real issues, writing, "Is he kidding? We have a world in chaos—ecological mess, wars, a wounded economy, unemployment—and he decides to warn college seniors about overuse of shiny mobile devices?"
Finance blog The Streets saw a lot of Obama bashing on their message boards, with commenter CedricT saying, "Obama is just another out of touch middle aged man set in his ways too early in life...He needs to be mocked and pitied not used as a role model." The blog says Obama should credit these companies for turning American brands into global icons and facilitating his goal of transparency in government.
Of course, one blogger had the guts to tweet what everybody was already thinking: "Why does Obama hate iPad's and blogs and anything else U get information from? He can't control it!" That or he's just jealous he got on the Blackberry bandwagon before the iPad came out.

The FBI Spying On People In Their Homes

With the terrible discoveries in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District case, involving members of the faculty at Harriton High school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on America's East Coast, spying on kids in their homes, through the webcams on their school issued laptops, it brings the vile Hollywood practice into the mainstream press.
Equally disturbing is the fact the U.S. FBI has been spying on some people in their homes, in the same manner and separately via hidden cameras, as one court case attested (and mobile phones). This type of sick surveillance should be strictly prohibited, as it is perverse.
However, as FBI Director Robert S. Mueller gave the green light for FBI agents to engage in this gross invasion of privacy, the Bureau has implemented it. Once again, innocent people, who have not broken the law, are being spied on in their homes, due to their chosen professions, such as science, medicine and journalism.
U.S. Senator Arlen Specter has introduced a bill entitled the Surreptitious Video Surveillance Act, but the Judiciary Report strong doubts it will curb the FBI's abuse of technology in this realm at innocent people's expense.

The FBI - Contractors Of Crime

The FBI likes to bill itself as above reproach, but often operates outside the law, to achieve its investigative goals, which are sometimes very dubious. The FBI has caused the deaths of many innocent civilians, in the pursuit of their twisted brand of justice, that often leaves victims of crime in grave danger and dire straits.
The FBI has outsourced its work many times to criminals, thugs, hoodlums, thieves and murderers, labeling them informants, whilst allowing said individuals to break the law at innocent people's expense. The FBI are contractors of crime.
How are you keeping America safe by spying on law abiding journalists and bloggers. That's self interest, as you dislike scoops whistleblower journalists and bloggers publish about your criminal misconduct, the nation and world needs to know about, as it violates domestic and international law.
How are you keeping America safe, by hiring criminals, thugs, hoodlums, thieves and murderers, on taxpayer money, to be so-called informants, getting into dangerous situations that pose a great danger to the public, which you deem collateral damage. Once again, you can't break the law to uphold it.

FBI Reproved For Spying On Journalists

According to DOJ Inspector General, Glenn A. Fine's testimony in Congress this week, the FBI, headed by psycho, Robert S. Mueller, has been spying on journalists and bloggers in America, in violation of the U.S. Constitution, as the Judiciary Report and its sister site, The Sound Off Column, have stated for years.
Fine's report stated FBI agents, under instructions from headquarters, routinely lied to telephone companies to spy on journalists and bloggers, clearly with no probable cause.
However, the issue of the FBI spying on innocent people in their homes visually (hidden cameras, spyware surreptitiously installed on computers to access webcams, as in the Blake Robbins case that has now been proven true) and audibly (roving mobile phone bugs) needs to be addressed.
These thoroughly perverse forms of spying have been utilized by the FBI against innocent Americans, such as scientists, doctors and professors (who do groundbreaking research and patents) and journalists and bloggers (who write exposes or unflattering articles about the Bureau or their affiliates).

As stated in the April 17. 2010 article, Obama Plays Scientist, the FBI/DOJ and NSA, scan and copy the emails (and computers) of select American people, without warrant, evening using their contents to compile reports for then President George W. Bush and now President Barack Obama. Doctors, scientists, professors, politicians, journalists and bloggers are often selected for this massive invasion of privacy. U.S. President Barack Obama: stop snitching!
U.S. President Barack Obama is cracking down on whistleblowers that expose misconduct within his regime government. A former employee of the NSA, Thomas A. Drake, was indicted for leaking confidential government documents to a journalist, revealing criminal conduct by the U.S. government.
