A Second News Corp Whistle Blower Died

George Webley feared revenge by Rupert Murdoch for whistle blowing last year

According to reports, a second whistleblower in the News Corp phone hacking scandal died. British journalist, Sean Hoare died this week at his home in North London, but George Webley, the radio personality, professionally known as Big George, died in May 2011, as the scandal began to rage.

This has some journalists calling for a criminal investigation into whether the men died naturally or if they were murdered by News International/News Corp, using items such as, virtually untraceable meds known to cause death, via heart attack or respiratory failure. An no, I haven't been watching too much "MI5."

20/07/2011 - Remind anyone of the David Kelly thing, or even Princess Diana? According to the Police, who have also been found to be involved in the hacking saga, two whistle blowers in relation to the News Of The World Hacking thing have died. Sean Hoare was dismissed from News Corp because of drinking problems. It has been said that detectives from Hertfordshire police’s major crimes unit are running the investigation because of the high profile of Hoare’s death, which seems to suggest that the normal process is not being followed.

George Webley has also died aged 53 of which the cause is not known. He had also been whistle blowing on NoTW and News Corp. “Before his death this past May, BBC radio presenter and musician Big George Webley alleged that a News Corp. entity bugged dressing rooms of celebs and politicos as far back as 1990. The allegation, if true, would show that News Corp. had a pattern of bugging/hacking over a long period of time that went far beyond a rogue editor or reporter for News of the World.”

In the article quoted above, George Webley in a phone call John Romano had on April 29, 2011 had apparently made his concerns clear. “Mr. Webley was quite concerned that he would suffer retribution from Mr. Murdoch’s organization for allegedly revealing this information to the British government during the BSkyB (Sky TV’s parent company) buyout review...

Rupert Murdoch Hypocritically Launching Whistleblower Site

In an act of pure hypocrisy and arrogance, Rupert Murdoch, owner of News Corp, has launched a whistleblower site called Safehouse. Wherever did you get that name from for the site (he knows exactly what I mean by that jab, which will be revealed shortly).
There’s nothing wrong with whistleblowing, but when it is a man that has criminally commissioned the hacking and wiretapping of thousands of innocent people, then illegally printed the contents of their personal lives in his newspapers and streamed it on TV, as scoops and exclusives, all for greedy profit, there is something very disturbing about it.
Murdoch has a penchant for breaking the law and should not be hosting a whistleblower site…unless it’s to tell on himself, regarding the laundry list of crimes he has committed in numerous countries of the world. He has already confessed to illegal wiretapping and hacking, attempting to pay settlements on criminal misconduct that deserves imprisonment (Rupert Murdoch Finally Admits His Company's Phone Hacking And Wiretapping Crimes). However, that's just the tip of the iceberg and it's about to get really cold.

AP: Federal Judges Have Ties To Oil Companies

According to the Associated Press, "More than half of the federal judges in districts where the bulk of Gulf oil spill-related lawsuits are pending have financial connections to the oil and gas industry, complicating the task of finding judges without conflicts to hear the cases."
This conflict of interest is terrible, because at the end of the day, the American people's best interest will not be protected.
Whistleblower lawsuits, whose objective is to alert the public to dangers associated with certain industries and sectors of the government, negatively impacting the public - in addition to other legal actions, where everyday Americans have sustained damage, will be tossed out of court by a judge looking out for their own pocketbook. It has happened many times.
Any judge with ties to the oil industry, whether it be stocks, board memberships or relatives, should immediately recuse themselves from said cases.
There have been notable cases where judges did not separate their best interests from that of the public and voted in favor of their stock in companies, rather than observing people's rights, in accordance with the law.
The U.S. court system should have a failsafe that if a case meets a certain criteria, no judge can toss it from court.
The Judiciary Report has seen corrupted judges invent technicalities, not based in U.S. or international law, to toss legitimate cases from court, because said jurist had stock in a defendant's company.
This needs to stop. You'd be surprised how financial fraud would decrease if it did, as corporations would think twice before they engaged in misconduct, knowing the cases would go to trial and they could lose their shirts, if they did not make a proper settlement.

MIAMI — More than half of the federal judges in districts where the bulk of Gulf oil spill-related lawsuits are pending have financial connections to the oil and gas industry, complicating the task of finding judges without conflicts to hear the cases, an Associated Press analysis of judicial financial disclosure reports shows.
Thirty-seven of the 64 active or senior judges in key Gulf Coast districts in Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida have links to oil, gas and related energy industries, including some who own stocks or bonds in BP PLC, Halliburton or Transocean — and others who regularly list receiving royalties from oil and gas production wells, according to the reports judges must file each year. The AP reviewed 2008 disclosure forms, the most recent available.
Those three companies are named as defendants in virtually all of the 150-plus lawsuits seeking damages, mainly for economic losses in the fishing, seafood, tourism and related industries, that have been filed over the growing oil spill since the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig exploded April 20, killing 11 workers. Attorneys for the companies and those suing them are pushing for consolidation of the cases in one court, with BP recommending Texas and others advocating for Louisiana and other states...

U.S. President Barack Obama: stop snitching!
U.S. President Barack Obama is cracking down on whistleblowers that expose misconduct within his regime government. A former employee of the NSA, Thomas A. Drake, was indicted for leaking confidential government documents to a journalist, revealing criminal conduct by the U.S. government.
The FBI recently did the same regarding another whistleblower that worked for the Bureau. Because if there's one thing Obama can't stand it's a snitch.
