GOP Wants Investigation Into Sestak Job Bribe

U.S. President Barack Obama: hey you, want a job?
Apparently senior Democrats so wanted Republican defector, Arlen Specter, to win his Senate race in Pennsylvania so badly, it is being stated, U.S. President Barack Obama, via his Chief-of-Staff, Rahm Emanuel and supposedly, former President, Bill Clinton, offered rival, Joe Sestak, a high ranking job within his administration to drop out of the race. Sestak declined and won the Senate race.
It is a federal crime to offer financial inducement or any promise of personal of gain, in exchange for political activity. According to political strategist, Dick Morris, these are impeachable offenses, the President has committed. What was Obama thinking. Sending an emissary, does not relieve him of culpability.
The GOP is calling for an FBI investigation. However, it should be noted, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, is a prostitute for any sitting President, the rich and famous, hence the U.S. economy being in the toilet, while he has allowed criminals to get away with crime for years. Wave the right bribe in front of Mueller and he will hide and cover up evidence and suppress cases.

Others are calling for a grand jury to convene and demanding a special investigator, regarding Obama's conduct towards Sestak and the illegality of it.
Title 18 of the U.S. Code, Section 600 states, "Whoever directly or indirectly promises any employment, position, compensation, contract, appointment, or other benefit for any political activity or for the support of or opposition to any candidate or any political party in connection with any general or special election to any political office...shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."
The Hatch Act also states employees of the Executive Branch are forbidden from abusing their, "Official authority of influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election."

Democrats Unpopular Among Voters

U.S. President Obama
Due to massive government spending, Democrats have become unpopular among voters, as attested by yesterday's elections that saw prominent Dems, such as, Arlen Specter, lose their seats in Congress. Spector held his seat for 35-years.
Progressive Republicans such as Rand Paul, son of fellow politician, Ron Paul, won their respective races, signaling a change in American politics, due to the Tea Party movement. Yesterday, U.S. President Obama was blamed for the losses, twofold, in not campaigning enough with candidates from his own party and due to his radical changes in government.

The FBI Spying On People In Their Homes

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, who is deeply perverted and unethical
With the terrible discoveries in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District case, involving members of the faculty at Harriton High school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on America's East Coast, spying on kids in their homes, through the webcams on their school issued laptops, it brings the vile Hollywood practice into the mainstream press.
Equally disturbing is the fact the U.S. FBI has been spying on some people in their homes, in the same manner and separately via hidden cameras, as one court case attested (and mobile phones). This type of sick surveillance should be strictly prohibited, as it is perverse.
However, as FBI Director Robert S. Mueller gave the green light for FBI agents to engage in this gross invasion of privacy, the Bureau has implemented it. Once again, innocent people, who have not broken the law, are being spied on in their homes, due to their chosen professions, such as science, medicine and journalism.
U.S. Senator Arlen Specter has introduced a bill entitled the Surreptitious Video Surveillance Act, but the Judiciary Report strong doubts it will curb the FBI's abuse of technology in this realm at innocent people's expense.
