The Department Of Justice's Double Standard

The Department of Justice, sued the State of Arizona this week, for enacting a discriminatory immigration bill that tramples the Constitution and racially profiles minorities, namely Hispanics.

The bill does indeed need to be struck down, as there is a significant amount of room for racial harassment, bias and human rights abuses, under said legislation. Hispanics are bound to be unjustly and unconstitutionally harassed with it in effect statewide.

However, the Department of Justice, faltered in a massive way in declining to press charges, against a group of weapon wielding Black Panthers in Philadelphia, who intimidated voters during the 2008 election, Barack Obama won.

This conduct was wholly inappropriate and legal censure is warranted. In crooked Attorney General Eric Holder declining to press charges, it sends the message that voter intimidation is permissible and acceptable, though it constitutes blatant violations of federal law in the United States.

The double standards must go from the FBI and Department of Justice, regardless of whether it is coming from blacks or whites. Justice knows no color.

Obama Battered By The Press At The White House

U.S. President Barack Obama
U.S. President Barack Obama faced an onslaught of heavy criticism today from journalists, during a formal press conference held at the White House, in Washington, D.C.
The press contingent hammered the President on a number of topics, such as his administration's weak response to the oil spill in Louisiana, comparing it to the Hurricane Katrina fiasco.
It has been revealed, more oil is spilling into the ocean, than originally estimated, creating massive pollution that could reach Western Europe. The press slammed Obama for ignoring help from 15 of the 17 nations that offered assistance, not "vacuuming" the area using ships to soak up excess oil, as well as disregarding the ideas of a local Louisiana politician, who seeks the construction of a barrier island to mitigate the damage from the spill.
Democratic Congressman Sestak was also mentioned, as a politician that was allegedly given some form of incentive not to run, during a congressional race for public office. The subject of the U.S./Mexico border was also discussed, as a number of troops have been deployed to the area.
It was by far, President Barack Obama's worst press conference. At times he seemed lost, while in other moments he appeared disheartened and embarrassed. The questions were hard hitting, but a number of issues have been inadequately addressed by his administration and the press seized on the opportunity to get some answers. Needless to say, the gloves came off.

U.S. A.G. Slammed In Congress Again Providing No Meaningful Answers

U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, was slammed in Congress again, as his recent appearance before the legislative body, showed him to be ill-prepared, incompetent and unread.
He displayed a woeful ignorance of the U.S. Constitution and when pressed why he dislikes Arizona's new immigration law, with a Congressional Representative inquiring why Holder has criticized it, his answers were lacking.
Then came the moment of truth, when Holder was asked if he'd even read Arizona's new immigration law and he responded no. This explains much and Holder's failures as an Attorney General, enabled this racially offensive law to make its way to the forefront.
As a result of his latest, poor showing in Congress, many publications are calling for Holder's ouster, proving what the Judiciary Report has stated for months, he is in over his head and not right for the job.

Los Angeles Boycotts Arizona Yanking $58 Million

The City of Angels, thinks Arizona's new immigration law is devilish. The City of Los Angeles, California, has announced the pending cancellation of contracts with the U.S. state of Arizona, due to its new immigration bill that racially profiles Hispanics. The loss of contracts from the City of Los Angeles will total at least $58 million dollars.
A number of people have slammed the inhumane measure being promoted in Arizona, as it is unconstitutional and will open Hispanics up to human rights abuses. The U.S. Justice Department, headed by Obama pick, Eric Holder, failed to act in a timely manner to head off this crisis.

Arizona Governor Changes Immigration Law

U.S. President Barack Obama's Department of Justice dropped the ball and the economy is paying a price for it

The Governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer, made change changes to the controversial Arizona immigration bill in America, hoping to pacify public outcry, that has gone international, while the Department of Justice, continues to waste time. The amendments only stipulate racial profiling is illegal, but that will not stop some from engaging in it, under the color of law enforcement.

When most people think of immigrants in America, they assume it is in reference to non-white people. Hispanics compose the largest number of immigrants to America and as a result, they will be unfairly targeted, via racial profiling in Arizona.


Numerous people, businesses and the state of California, have threatened a sweeping boycott of Arizona, in light of the inhumane immigration bill that violates the U.S. constitution.

Some of the features of the contemptible bill include, as mentioned previously, racial profiling, which will largely target Hispanics in the state of Arizona, whether they are legal or illegal immigrants, spontaneous searches demanding people produce proof of U.S. citizenship, in violation of the Fourth Amendment and six months incarceration if one is found to be in the United States unlawfully.

All lawmakers in Arizona have managed to do is give the state a bad name on a national and international level as human rights abusers, run up taxpayer tabs, via imprisoning illegal immigrants for 6 months, cut their statewide work force, damaged a number of local businesses relying on cost effective labor and removed massive sums of money from their state's coffers, by unjustly putting hard working illegal immigrants in prison, who were paying their way in America.

If you are an illegal, it is very hard to get benefits and live off the U.S. taxpayers. Therefore, you have to pay your way, feeding, clothing and housing yourself, by shopping at local supermarkets, eating at local restaurants, buying clothes from Arizona businesses and fuel from local gas stations.

That's money, which was going into the Arizona economy, while jobs many Americans do not want to do, such as working in the farming industry (picking produce in the fields all day), construction field (assisting on construction sites and handyman type jobs), the garment industry (sewing clothes several hours a day) and the hospitality and food service industries.

This bill was a terrible, ill-conceived idea that only stands to hurt Arizona and America. In closing, locking someone up for six months, because they were seeking a better life in another country, is appalling.

Obama's DOJ Dropped The Ball In Arizona

U.S. President Barack Obama

How did U.S. President Obama's Department of Justice, headed by his friend, treacherous, unjust, Attorney General, Eric Holder, fail so miserably in the Arizona immigration law scandal, that is disgracing America all over the world. One check of the international news, both print and television, reflects this undeniable fact.


How were lawmakers in Arizona able to get this terrible, inhumane piece of legislation off the ground, that violates the U.S. Constitution, which is the law of the land.

They have literally created a police state, where citizens are subject to harassment and spontaneous searches, based on racial profiling that will largely target Hispanics, illegal immigrant or not.

Illegal immigrants in Arizona, are also being thrown in jail for six months, punished for searching for a better life in America, all on the taxpayers' tab.

Items in the Arizona Immigration legislation, resemble Nazi tactics, Hitler utilized on Jewish people. The Justice Department and its enfant terrible, the FBI, are so busy illegally spying on innocent Americans, without cause, this bit of legislative racism was able to get off the ground.

This incident is going to financially damage Arizona two-fold. Not only will it hurt the food and construction industry, among others, in Arizona, which has greatly benefited from the labor of illegal immigrants, the economy shall lose many millions, potentially billions, when they are deported and not spending their paychecks to live in said state anymore.

The U.S. state of California is also threatening a sweeping boycott of Arizona that will greatly damage it, due to the poor choices of the latter's lawmakers, who are in essence, abusing immigrants.

Other business sectors worldwide are threatening to boycott Arizona as well, costing the state billions in cancelled contracts, conventions, product orders and tourist related activity. If the Justice Department had been on the ball regarding this issue, things could not have reached this terrible point.

The officials in Arizona that passed these measures should be voted out and fined for violating the Constitution, as they have brought the world's wrath down on the state, drawing terrible comparisons to Hitler's Nazi regime.

Obama Denounces Arizona's Immigration Law

U.S. President Barack Obama, has denounced the state of Arizona's new immigration law, which contains text that permits officials to summarily demand a person's papers and I.D. anytime or place they choose, to confirm they are U.S. citizens or lawful residents. And Obama would know, as based on popular belief, he is reportedly an immigrant too.

Said law resembles former Nazi tactics that saw authorities feverishly searching for innocent Jews to persecute and prosecute, solely for being Jewish. Immigrants are not the problem. Many immigrants do jobs most Americans do not want to do, especially farm work.

Hispanics in Arizona, are going to be subjected to offensive searches, without warrant, in violation of the Fourth Amendment, based on this new law. Not every immigrant is an illegal and individuals lawfully in America shall have their Constitutional rights violated, when the authorities racially profile them and spontaneously initiate a search of the person, demanding documents. Irrespective of this fact, the Constitution is the law of the land and should not be violated on American soil.

If all the illegal immigrants disappeared from America, the U.S. economy would face a catastrophic collapse, that would hit the food and construction industries the hardest.
Furthermore, based on studies that have been conducted and data that has been released, many illegal and legal immigrants have been leaving America voluntarily over the past few years, returning to their homelands.
