Another Rapper Squanders The Musical Opportunities He Was Given



Lil Boosie is under arrest

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a year ago, did I or did I not state, the FBI is watching Warner Bros artists, when writing about Lil Boosie, real name Torrence Hatch, the people at his local label and their parent company.

And what did he do - ONE YEAR LATER, on June 17, 2010, he goes out and gets himself arrested and indicted on murder and narcotics charges. What part of the FBI is watching you, did he not understand. What, did I post it in the wrong language (sarcasm).

When I write the FBI is watching you, that means you need to watch your butt, also known as straighten up and fly right. When the FBI has your name in their mouth or on their desk, that means they have been and are watching you, in ways you could not fathom (especially since they think the Constitution is a legal technicality and suggestion, not law).

The FBI already had the local label on their radar, over a 2005 attempted murder bid, against local rapper, Bruce “Beelow’’ Moore and a separate killing of another MC, Chris “Nussie’’ Jackson, as described in last year's article. Yet, after all that, Lil Boosie truly thought he would fly under the FBI's radar and the coast was clear to commit a whole new batch of crimes.

Boosie is now up on new charges for allegedly having another rapper murdered 4 MONTHS AFTER the Judiciary Report published the aforementioned article, warning the FBI is watching them. They are going to tear his "Lil" butt up in prison (shakes head).

Apparently, being rich and famous is not enough, as a number of rappers have been arrested on crimes they had no business committing. The lure of an unlawful lifestyle is clearly more appealing to some, even though it inevitably leads to long term trouble.

Harry Potter Actress In Attempted Honor Killing - Part 2

According to reports, Harry Potter film actress, Afshan Azad, is having second thoughts about continuing with charges against her dad and brother, for assault, in an attempted honor killing that occurred in their Manchester, England home.

Victims are often torn over the prospect of sending family members to prison, when attempted or honor killings occur in the Muslim religion. Islam places next to no value on women and those that disobey its tenets, are thought to bring shame on the family, in acts worthy of death, to allegedly restore the clan's reputation and honor.

Western authorities simply do not know how to deal with such issues, as they provoke an incendiary response from Muslims. However, when one moves to a new country, one must learn to integrate and observe the laws of the land.

Harry Potter Actress In Attempted Honor Killing

"Harry Potter" actress, Afshan Azad, was assaulted and almost killed by her Muslim dad and brother, during an attempted honor killing, where she was the victim. The incident occurred in their Manchester, England home, after they discovered she was dating a Hindu man.
It is very ironic that appearing in a film with witchcraft, which Islam forbids, is apparently okay in her family, but dating a Hindu man is not. Warner Bros is not happy with the negative press surrounding this story, as the latest installment in the "Harry Potter" film franchise is due shortly.

Honor killings among Muslims in Britain have been on the rise, presenting a very difficult challenge for authorities, as most who know of the plots within families, refuse to speak about forthcoming crimes. Sometimes, victims are not believed as well, creating a horrible home environment.

"Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince" is the six movie in the film series that sprang from the dark mind of J.K. Rowling, whose works a judge once labeled "Gibberish." Harry Potter, played by Daniel Radcliffe, finds a book of magic spells belonging to the "Half Blood Prince" and begins to use it, breeding trouble.

For a film generally marketed to small kids and teens, it certainly was violent, bloody and dark. Scenes of ungodly witchcraft permeate this film, as that is the entire concept of Harry Potter. It is easy to dismiss it as just a film, but so many of the scenes interspersed among the school banter, is not healthy for its audience's psyche. The devil is in the details.

Viacom Loses $1 Billion Case Against YouTube

Viacom has lost its copyright infringement case against video site YouTube. The judge stated the massive website did not violate Viacom's copyrights. Though, the Judiciary Report is no fan of Hollywood (i.e. Sony, Warner Bros., Universal ect), as they are horrible, unconscionable thieves themselves, with all due respect, the judge's decision is very flawed and illegal, as it strikes down the Copyright Act, Digital Millennium Act and the Berne Convention, with no legislative authority to do so.
The U.S. Copyright Act has a "Fair Use" clause that permits people to use the copyrights of others under certain circumstances, but there are limits. For example, one can use published photos or excerpts of articles to discuss a news event, as that is permitted. However, one cannot take another's whole copyrighted works and exploit them for financial gain without permission. That is completely illegal under U.S. and international law.
The Judiciary Report loves YouTube, as it is a great, entertaining website, when it is in compliance with the law, streaming videos that are furnished with the consent of the copyright holder.
However, the fact remains, on any given day, one can find illegally uploaded songs, movies and television shows, in their entirety on YouTube, posted without the consent of the copyright holder, eliminating the need to buy them at official outlets. That has got to stop. It defeats the purpose of having a Copyright or Copyright Office.
If it continues, all the labels and studios will simply close and there will be no entertainment, as they are not going to do this for free, having no revenue to pay staff and underwrite the necessary production and marketing costs. That judge's decision needs to be tossed like Britney Spears' bad weave.

Why "Jonah Hex" Bombed

The Warner Bros./DC Comic film "Jonah Hex" bombed in a massive way at the North American box office this past weekend. Several weeks ago, the Judiciary Report, unimpressed with the initial synopsis and promo photos, realized it was a failure in the making (Will Jonah Hex Sustain Megan Fox's Career). Why Warner Bros didn't come to this conclusion is a mystery.
The studio dumped over $80 million dollars into the film and took a bath when it debuted with $5,000,000 performing even lower than its initial projections this past Saturday, June 19, 2010. The film suffered from poor casting choices and a boring take on the story.

What this will mean for Megan Fox is a lower film fee for future movies, as she has had two massive bombs in a row with Jonah Hex this year and "Jennifer's Body" last year.

UPDATE 6-21-10: Jonah Hex Pulled In $5,000,000 this weekend, down from studio projections on Saturday of $10,000,000.
As predicted by the Judiciary Report weeks ago, "Jonah Hex" released this weekend, has bombed at the box office. This is not good news for one of its stars, Megan Fox, who was fired from the "Transformers" film franchise.

The box office for "Jonah Hex" is terrible, one of the worst for a comic book based film, pulling in $5,00,000, when the movie cost $100,000,000 to make and promote. Warner Bros. is taking a bath on this one.

"Jonah Hex" Not Tracking Well

According to the Los Angeles Times, Megan Fox's forthcoming film, "Jonah Hex" is not tracking well and is expected to bomb this week. This news is another blow to Fox, who was recently fired from the "Transformers" franchise which made her career.

Somewhere, Michael Bay, who was in love with Fox and had a private relationship with her, is laughing. Fox's first starring vehicle, the ill-fated "Jennifer's Body" bombed last year.

As stated several weeks ago, the Judiciary Report does not like the previews of "Jonah Hex" which comes across as a "Back To The Future 3" rip off. The clips look boring, but hey, some may like it.

Rapper Fat Joe is selling his dream home in South Florida, for $1,999,999 after spending years building it. The home is located in the city of Plantation, which is just outside Miami, Florida.

Recently released figures indicate, the property market in South Florida has hit record lows this month, with homes losing even more of their value. Properties have not rebounded after the 2008 financial crisis, as many that previously bought or built homes at premium prices, are currently saddled with devalued real estate, worth as little at 25% of their original value.

Madonna's Former Manager Found Dead

Madonna
Madonna's former manager, Caresse Henry, who got involved in the singer's sick Kabbalah cult, was found dead, from an apparent, self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. She was 44-years old.
Henry managed madwoman Madonna, until 2004, when the pop tart decided to manage herself to very poor results. Considering how insane Kabbalah is, the Judiciary Report does not doubt they hounded Henry, as they have done to many others over the course of years.

April 2, 2010 - Friend Hit Like "Ton of Bricks" Over 44-Year-Old's Death; Coroner Confirms Suicide. The 44-year-old died suddenly on March 31 in Irvine, Calif., Madonna's publicist Liz Rosenberg told CNN in a written statement.
The Orange County coroner's office says she died of a self-inflicted gunshot at her home...Henry managed Madonna from for 10 years, starting in the 1990s. She also briefly managed Ricky Martin, Jessica Simpson, Joss Stone, Paula Abdul and Andrew Dice Clay, according to Madonna's publicist.
Henry is survived by her two children, Honour Kristen Norman and Ava Caresse Hinojosa, as well as her brother, sister and parents. Funeral services will be held April 9 in Westwood, Calif.
