Polls Show Pippa Middleton Is More Popular Than Sister Kate Middleton

    ...Still Grabbing Headlines
    Pippa Middleton
Polls and other popularity contests in Britain reveal, Pippa Middleton, is more popular with the people than her sister, Kate Middleton, who married Prince William, now the Duke of Cambridge. Plastic surgeons have revealed, clients have been coming in requesting her bottom (ok, that doesn't sound right - but you know what they mean).
A new poll indicates Pippa's tan, a shade of mocha, has been voted the most popular in Britain as well. Her sister was not among the finalists in the poll, chosen by the public. As the new documentary "Crazy About Pippa" is set to air, it is clear she has become more famous than the royal couple.
It remains to be seen if the Palace will attempt to limit her role in the public eye, to allow the royal couple more press coverage, which could prove difficult, as a number of websites report on Pippa's day to day activities, as they would other celebrities.

Amy Winehouse's Funeral Held In London

    Amy Winehouse

The funeral for British singer, Amy Winehouse, was held in London, England today, as the singer was found dead on Saturday, July 23, 2011, of a suspected drug overdose. Dozens of Winehouse's family and friends, came out to pay their respects and bid her farewell.

    Crowds gather outside the funeral

Winehouse's ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who publicly admitted he introduced the once healthy singer to heroin and crack-cocaine, marking a massive downward spiral in her life and career, was barred from the funeral by her family and denied permission to leave prison to attend the funeral.

    Amy Winehouse's dad Mitch Winehouse

No official cause of death has been determined at this time, due to the autopsy being branded "inconclusive." Standard toxicology tests are underway, with the results expected in several weeks. Winehouse leaves behind an estate worth millions and numerous unreleased songs.

    Amy Winehouse's family and friends

Her story should serve as a sobering reminder to many of the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse, as Winehouse had so much to live for, but due to not embracing the importance of remaining sober, lost her life. This really is a tragic waste of life, because as accomplished as she was in her chosen profession, there was still so much more she could have done over time, with the talents God gave her. Drug and alcohol abuse brought it to a halt.

    Amy Winehouse's back up singers

It is full time the entertainment industry started doing more to keep artists drug free. It is ridiculous the number of entertainers that have overdosed. The National Basketball Association in America has taken a proactive role in educating athletes on the dangers of fame and wealth. It's time the music, film and television industries in Britain and America do the same.

Harry Potter Actress In Attempted Honor Killing

    Harry Potter

"Harry Potter" actress, Afshan Azad, was assaulted and almost killed by her Muslim dad and brother, during an attempted honor killing, where she was the victim. The incident occurred in their Manchester, England home, after they discovered she was dating a Hindu man.

It is very ironic that appearing in a film with witchcraft, which Islam forbids, is apparently okay in her family, but dating a Hindu man is not. Warner Bros is not happy with the negative press surrounding this story, as the latest installment in the "Harry Potter" film franchise is due shortly.

    Afshan Azad

Honor killings among Muslims in Britain have been on the rise, presenting a very difficult challenge for authorities, as most who know of the plots within families, refuse to speak about forthcoming crimes. Sometimes, victims are not believed as well, creating a horrible home environment.

Andy Murray Into Wimbledon Semi-Finals

    Andy Murray

British tennis player, Andy Murray, roared into the semi-finals of Wimbledon in his native Britain, to the glee of Britons worldwide. The tournament has been full of surprise victories.

Gentleman to Kim Sears: If you ever get tired of the young whippersnapper, give me a call!

However, the real show was going on in the stands, where his girlfriend, Kim Sears, was being ogled by a handsome senior citizen working for the tournament.

FIFA World Cup 2010 - Part 2

English National Team celebrating goal by Jermaine Defoe

England and America won their respective matches and are through in the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Both nations are pleased with the victories staving off relegation.

A much talked about match in the World Cup is North Korea v. Portugal, with the latter scoring 7 goals against the competition. This was remarkable.

    Maradona's many expressions:

Even more entertaining was an anxious Maradona coaching the Argentinean team. They won their match against Greece, 2-0, but Maradona clearly had many Maalox moments throughout the match.

    Maradona: I am not gay!

With his raven hair and diamond earring glistening on the sidelines, Maradona was very animated on most plays, especially those that did not go as he wanted.

Vintage Maradona dancing on the pitch:

Watching him made one jokingly think, if Maradona does one more spin he is going to dig a hole in the ground with his shoes. But joke about him all you want, he got the results and the team went through.

FIFA World Cup 2010 - Part 1

The FIFA 2010 World Cup is going quite well, despite the fact a few nations have been experiencing internal troubles (France). The Judiciary Report wishes the French team well and hope they work out their differences with the coach.

The sweetest goal thus far was by Uruguay's Diego Forlan, during his nation's game against gracious South Africa (see video posted above).

    Diego Forlan

Brazil is playing beautifully as always, though KaKa did not deserve to be sent off over that fake foul Kader Keita drew. Many commentators stated their displeasure at the fake foul, noting Keita ran into KaKa's elbow, connecting with his chest, yet fell to the floor holding his face. Ghana has played well and turned in enjoyable matches that Africa is certain to be proud of.

    KaKa

The English team is having a rough time, but I'm still proud of them. There was a tough moment, where a few British fans booed, but they shouldn't do that, as it will demoralize the team. Continue to cheer for and encourage them, as it is the right, supportive thing to do, as the nation's representatives in the stands. Two of England's top players are injured and one, Theo Walcott, was left in England *looks at Capello.*Still, they are trying their best.

The USA vs. Slovenia game caused an enormous amount of controversy, due to the referee, as the officiating was very poor. Many believe America was robbed of a goal and wrongfully called for fouls that were not so. Such blatant errors and poor calls cannot be made on an international level.

Daily Mail Says They Know Why Obama Hates Britain

    U.S. President Barack Obama (left)

The Daily Mail newspaper in Britain has today alleged, U.S. President Barack Obama, hates the United Kingdom, due to the fact his grandfather, from Kenya, was imprisoned and beaten by the British, for opposing their rule of the former colony.

President Obama has formally snubbed Britain many times since taking office, in very noticeable ways that have been publicly written about in numerous newspapers, in spite of the fact the United Kingdom is America's closest and most loyal ally.

Muslim Protesters Attack British Soldiers

This week, anti-British, Muslim protesters in England, Muslims Against the Crusades (MAC), booed and spat at returning UK soldiers, who were stationed in Afghanistan.

The protest at the homecoming parade for the soldiers erupted into violence. Protesters should have had the decency to stay away from this particular event.

While the Judiciary Report does not agree with the wars in the Middle East, as George W. Bush lied to everyone about their true purpose, disrespecting soldiers by booing and spitting at them, is completely inappropriate and disgraceful.

Just One Sting And I'll Be King

Prince Harry trying to take out Prince William

Prince Harry Windsor of England, tried to sting his brother, Prince William, second in line to the throne, with a snake (bite). LOL that's not what happened. The two were joking around in Africa, whilst holding a massive snake, under the careful eye of its tamer.

William to Harry: put the snake down or I'll tell Granny!

In short, Prince Charles, first in line to the throne, better make a run for it if he sees Prince Harry approaching him with a snake and a tape measure tied around his head for a crown fitting. It can only mean one thing (kidding).

Conservatives Win Most Seats In U.K. Election

    David Cameron and wife Samantha

The Conservative Party, headed by David Cameron, won the most votes and the greater number of seats in the U.K. Parliament. However, the number was slightly short of the 326 needed for a Parliamentary majority. This is known as a hung Parliament.

As such, Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, is trying to remain in office, in spite of the fact, his opponents have won more of the popular vote and the most seats in Parliament.

Many are calling for electoral reform, as it is regrettable the people have spoken, via record voter turnout, with one side, the Conservative Party, winning millions more votes than Labour, yet the Prime Ministership is not settled. This ought not to be.

    Gordon Brown

The options currently available are for Prime Minister Gordon Brown to resign, as the Conservatives won millions more votes than he and his party did in this election, even surpassing the number that duly elected him to office in 2005 or either party can form a new government with the third runner up, the Liberal democrats.

The main problem with the second option is the Labour Party would still lack the required number of seats to form a working government, even when paired with the Liberal Democrats. The choice is clear. The Conservatives have it.

The British people have spoken. They chose the Conservative Party this go round. For the Prime Minister to stay on is to go against the will of the people. Governing will be extremely difficult and world history will record it as a defeat, rather than a victory.

Liberal Democrat, Nick Clegg (left) Conservative, David Cameron (center) and Labour's Gordon Brown

How are they going to get anything done in Parliament, under the circumstances, with Brown still in office, toiling under a minority number of Labour seats. It shall prove detrimental to the British people and a waste of their time and tax dollars.

It shall also damage the interests of the Liberal Democrats, if history records they sided with the party, Labour, that won the second highest number of votes, rather than the first, the Conservatives, which clearly signals the latter side is the will of the people.

At least in pairing with the Party that garnered the most votes, the Liberal Democrats could improve their stature, after what they've labeled a disappointing showing.

The Judiciary Report's main concern is years more of the Labour Party, under its current spending practices, shall bankrupt Britain and negatively impact the pound and neighboring nations, as the financial crisis that began in America and spread to the rest of the world, is still raging out of control. The storm is not over. The government needs to change course and Labour had years to do so, but have not.

Greece is already having massive trouble. Neighboring Europe needs Britain to be at its financial best. A continuation of the policies of the past several years, will not be beneficial in this regard.

David Cameron Vows To Bring Troops Home From Afghanistan

    David Cameron and wife Samantha

David Cameron, the head of the British Conservative Party, seeks a withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, if he is elected Prime Minister of Britain. The national elections are slated to take place Thursday, May 6, 2010.

Cameron has made his presence felt, in a race between incumbent, Gordon Brown and Liberal Democrat, Nick Clegg. Cameron has also offered sensible economic ideas, to help revamp Britain, during this terrible global economic crisis.

David Cameron looks to Afghan withdrawal

British troops would start coming home from Afghanistan during the next Parliament under a Conservative government, David Cameron has suggested.

In the party's clearest signal yet of a timetable for withdrawal, Mr Cameron rejected the idea of setting an "artificial deadline".

But he added: "We've been there already for eight or nine years. That's already a long time. We can't be there for another eight or nine years...

David Cameron Won Economic British Election Debate

    David Cameron and wife Samantha

According to polls conducted in the United Kingdom, Conservative party chief, David Cameron, won yesterday's third and final debate, in the British national elections.

The debate centered on economics and Cameron has the more sound policies in this realm, which can benefit the British economy. This is not the time in world history for liberal and wasteful government spending. Cameron stated he intends to make spending cuts, reform the benefits system and promote British business, which would be beneficial to the economy and nation as a whole.

Here's hoping next week's election, scheduled to be held on May 6, 2010, will bring positive change to Britain. God bless.

Gordon Brown's Bigotgate

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown: woops!

A radio microphone betrayed British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, as he forgot it was on after he left a public engagement and it picked up embarrassing conversation between the incumbent and an aide. He referred to a citizen, Jillian Duffy, as a "bigoted" woman that used to support his Labour Party.

As a general rule, live microphones should be removed by a member of staff, when speaking engagements are over, as one day it could jeopardize the national security of a world government.

    David Cameron

Next Thursday, May 6, 2010, is the British national election and based on polls, Conservative party chief, David Cameron, who has the better ideas for Britain, is currently the frontrunner, with Liberal Democrat, Nick Clegg, a close second.

Man Loses License Over Drunk Driving Barbie Car

Because You Just Can't Make Stuff Like This Up

    Paul Hutton

A 40-year-old man in Britain, Paul Hutton, was arrested and charged with drunk driving, for being inebriated whilst getting behind the wheel of a kids Barbie car that goes the speed busting pace of 4 miles per hour.

According to reports, "The car runs on a 12v battery and has got two wheels. It can change its colour from pink to white." That's a hardcore set of wheels (from rolling on 22s to rolling on 2s). Not a vehicle for suckers.

Seriously, this is more proof one should not get drunk, as embarrassing stories of the above mentioned variety, can appear in the press. Hutton has been banned from driving, with a one year suspension placed on his license.

04/20/2010 - 17:42 - A 40 year-old man, who was spotted by the police for drunk driving, failed in running away as the maximum speed allowed in the toy car doesn't exceed 4mph. The man named Paul Hutton was trying to take the car to a friend's house.

British Election Debate

The first televised debate in the British national elections aired this week on television and it was quite engaging. Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, Conservative, David Cameron and Liberal Democrat, Nick Clegg squared off on a number of national topics concerning Britons.

It was a healthy, informative debate that shed light on a number of items the public had not received sufficient answers to in the past. According to polls, incumbent Gordon Brown placed last at the debate.
