Reality star and cheating husband, Jon Gosselin, has sued ex-wife, Kate for spousal support and custody of their eight children, after abandoning his family for two sexual affairs.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief custody should remain with Kate Gosselin and her ex-husband is not entitled to any of her earnings from television shows, such as Dancing With The Stars. Regrettably, Gosselin has shown via past actions, he cannot be counted on to be there for his children, having abandoned them for women he barely even knew.

He distressed and humiliated his ex-wife with his conduct and owes her an apology, not a legal writ demanding a chunk of her income he had nothing to do with.

Divorce was not the answer. He is most likely jealous as well, to see her new makeover, replete with hair extensions, a new smile and new body. You go girl.

The papers, filed in Pennsylvania, claim Kate has yet to document her child expenses. Of course, we all saw this coming — Just yesterday, Jon described Kate as an “absentee parent” while announcing his intent to sue for custody.

Usher's Wife Claims They Had Sex On June 6th...

Therefore, They Were Not Living Apart For A Year

To refute her husband's claims they were apart for an entire year before he filed for divorce, attempting to terminate their 22-month marriage, Tameka Foster stated she had sexual relations with singer, Usher Raymond, on June 6. June 6th of this year or last year.

However, it does not mean he has been living with her. There are loads of paparazzi photos taken over the course of the past year that show Usher out and about by himself in Los Angeles, while Foster was in Atlanta, Georgia, the city of their marital home.

Tameka Raymond, 38, disputes Usher's claims the couple have been separated since July 2008. She said in court documents filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court that she "had every reason to believe her marriage was intact" and that two were "intimately together as husband and wife as recently as June 6."
Usher, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, filed for divorce June 12, claiming there is "no reasonable hope of reconciliation" and the marriage is "irretrievably broken." He is seeking joint custody of the couple's two sons, 1 1/2-year-old Usher Raymond V and 6-month-old Naviyd Ely Raymond.
Tameka Raymond has three children from a previous marriage. She said through her divorce attorney, Randy Kessler, that she has been a faithful wife and loving mother during the marriage.
In Monday's filing, Tameka Raymond asked a judge to ensure that Usher continues to support his family while the divorce works its way through the courts, including paying her legal fees...

Nyeisha DeWitt, a friend of Tameka Foster, the wife of Sony Music singer, Usher, did an interview with Essence magazine, acting as a spokesperson, to tell her pal's side of the story, regarding her divorce from the R&B artist.

However, DeWitt, who Foster clearly asked to conduct the interview on her behalf, has been contradicted by Usher in legal filings, regarding claims she has made about their marriage, such as the two not living apart for a year.

Of course, she knew that there were challenges in their relationship and had been some discord since March and was aware there were some things that needed to be worked through. But did she know that divorce was imminent? No. It was a total surprise.

Tameka Foster, 38, the wife of Sony Music singer, Usher Raymond, has hired an attorney to respond to her husband's petition for divorce.



Through her lawyer, she stated she has been a faithful and loving wife... *cough* even though she cheated on her former husband with Usher, then left him for the R&B crooner. The first hearing in the case is set for July 15. 2009.

She married him for the wrong reasons and he married her because he had no choice...

Can The Older Woman Younger Man Coupling Work

In light of the recent break-up between singer Usher, 30 and his wife Tameka Raymond, 38, does the older woman younger man pairing really last.

In some cases it has, but in many it has not. You often see older men and younger women in relationships, as women are more sensitive than men and will look pass age. However, there are many men that are age conscious when it comes to these things and do not date older women.



Can generational differences destroy a relationship. When one person looks older than the other, does society put undue pressure on them, causing internal tensions.

Does it cause the older member of the relationship to be self-conscious. Does it cause the older member of the relationship to become insecure, due to younger people that could pose temptation for their partners. Does age matter in a relationship.

Clearly, some care about age and some don't, but it is on a case by case basis. Some generalizations do not fit.
