After putting on a very sexually overt display on a Maui beach last week, during their trip to Hawaii, it is being reported, singer Justin Bieber, 17, wants to propose marriage to his actress girlfriend, Selena Gomez, 18. The Gather website is reporting Bieber is waiting a few months to propose to Gomez on her 19the birthday. Bieber still will not be of age until March of 2012.
I think marriage is a great institution and is obviously much better than living in sin. Bieber seems like a nice young man, but somewhat impressionable and easily led. It's not a bad thing, but it can get you into trouble when you follow people you should not. He needs virtuous people in his life, regardless of their financial status, who are decent and willing to tell him the truth.
I don't know Gomez, but I know what I have heard and seen. Sadly, Gomez reminds me of Usher's former wife, Tameka Foster (the intent was not always good there). Bieber should have stuck with his ex-girlfriend, Jasmine Villegas or the young lady he dated before her in Canada. I'm not trying to hurt Gomez's feelings, but I know for a fact she is involved in not so ethical things in Hollywood and that is my primary concern in stating what I have in this article. However, it is Bieber's life and his decision to make.

"Never Say Never" is the bio documentary of 17-year-old Canadian sensation Justin Bieber. The film includes footage of Bieber as a child (no, younger than he is now) and charts his rise to fame that literally happened in the space of one year.
The childhood footage of Bieber is absolutely adorable. He was a beautiful baby and sweet toddler. The documentary features guest appearances by Usher, Miley Cyrus and Sean Kingston, in the lead up to Bieber‘s sold out concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
In watching Bieber, one can’t help but be concerned he will fall into the pitfalls of fame, such as promiscuous sex, drugs, alcohol and cults, which are ever present in Hollywood. However, if he stays true to his small town roots and keeps his feet rooted in the faith, he will not go astray. Anything less and Hollywood will gobble him up and destroy him, as it has done to so many child stars before him.

After being reproved by dozens of websites and slammed by many fans online, over their publicly lewd conduct, 17-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, continues to flaunt his relationship with 18-year-old actress, Selena Gomez, but in a somewhat less sexually overt manner. Gomez, who is apparently allergic to clothes, posed with a shirtless Bieber, who was rubbing her feet and wearing a cap that states "obey." Is the "obey" cap a subliminal message.
No one is suggesting Bieber remain single, as he is not a eunuch, but he needs to be smart about what he puts out there concerning his private life, particularly where his fans are concerned. His fans have shown him a great amount of affection and kindness, which is worth far more than a girlfriend nagging him to go public with sexually indecent conduct, to prove a relationship.
Gomez and Bieber also need to remember that he is a minor in the eyes of the law and no matter how modern Hollywood claims to be, the rest of the nation and the world still have standards, particularly where children are concerned. Had the roles been reversed and it had been a 18, soon to be 19-year-old boy, publicly engaging in lewd sexual contact with a young woman that just turned 17, an arrest warrant would have been issued. It has happened in other cases and jail sentences ensued.

Gomez needs to remember she is an adult, crossing state lines to engage in sexual conduct with a minor that is almost 2-years her junior. There's no way around that. Respect the law and public decency. Being publicly defiant in something that is illegal, is dangerous and unwise.
I shall state the same thing of Gomez I did a few years ago, regarding Tameka Foster, when she nagged Bieber's mentor, Usher, into selfishly and publicly offending and insulting his fans in favor of her - his audience is his bread and butter. Without them he has no career. It does not pay to upset and offend them, as Usher soon found out when his sales plummeted, proving the Judiciary Report correct (Usher's Fans Repay His Disloyalty). The situation was made worse by the fact his marriage to divorcee Foster, collapsed within two years.

Jermaine Dupri and Janet Jackson
Atlanta, Georgia music producer, Jermaine Dupri (Mauldin) has been having a tough time of late, with one financial disaster after another. Years ago, the IRS seized his luxury cars, for non-payment of income tax. Many thought his problems were behind him, but old habits die hard. The former hitmaker, known for producing tracks for singers such as Mariah Carey and Usher and running his now defunct subsidiary label, So So Def, has seen his fortune disappear, along with girlfriend, Janet Jackson.
Dupri's $2,500,000 home on Buckhead's Mount Paran Road, was foreclosed on by Sun Trust Bank, as he was in arrears and owes the state $500,000 in taxes. Dupri bought the home several years ago, but has lived so lavishly, he has been unable to pay his bills, among them a $17,000 monthly mortgage payment. Foreclosure was staved off at the last minute, as the house was about to be auctioned on the courthouse steps.
As a result of Dupri's spendthrift ways, which he learned from his dad, music executive, Michael Mauldin, his record label and restaurant were unceremoniously closed, with employees owed wages. They discovered he was out of business, due to locked doors and disconnected phone lines. Dupri should have used discretion and common decency, in formally telling them what had transpired.
Dupri was also fired from his job at Island/Def Jam, further removing another source of income. He was blamed for a number of flops at the label, as at the end of the day, he is not a true executive. He just likes to spend money and pretend he knows what he is doing.
Dupri began taking jobs as a DJ, a big step down for him and his ego, yet ironically could not keep himself out of trouble, as he managed to impregnate a stripper, who told all and effectively ended his relationship with Jackson. This marked another child support check he could no longer afford.
The drug taking, alcoholic, has a sordid, detailed history of negative dealings with industry writers, producers and video directors. Dupri is a notorious thief, as is his dad. The two have brazenly stolen copyrighted material from known and unknown artists and writers alike. His victims have been adults and minors, which is disgraceful. You reap what you sow.
In trying to impress Jackson, he went to great extremes, running up substantial tabs that firmly placed him further in debt, with no real income to repay his financial obligations. Jackson recently dumped him for an billionaire Arab, after Dupri's stripper infidelity was discovered.
Jackson also blames Dupri for the failure of her past few albums, as he had a hand in putting them together. The fact of the matter is, Dupri has always been an overrated producer, who heavily relies on the talents of lesser known writers to prop him up, many of whom were robbed. This coupled with Dupri's wild spending, was bound to cause a catastrophe.

Bankrupt singer, Toni Braxton, who stars in the reality show "Braxton Family Values" tried but failed to dispute claims she is a spendthrift, in a recent interview with Black Enterprise magazine. Ironically, she contradicted herself, while trying to prove to the public she does not overspend.
Braxton stated to the decades old publication, "People were reporting things like I bought Gucci flatware. Yes, I treated myself, and it was only $500. If I bought 1000 count sheets, they were from TJ Maxx for about $49, so I wasn’t living extravagantly."

However, she contradicted herself that same week, via a separate interview she gave HDNet, where Braxton stated, "I live well. But instead of having three houses like I had, it’s just not like that anymore." That's overspending, as no one needs three homes. That's a luxury, not a necessity.
Once again, one moment she states she shops at bargain store TJ Maxx, but in the next breath she reveals she had three homes. Her bankruptcy filing further reveals, she ran up massive debts at the Four Seasons, Neiman Marcus and Tiffanys, three high end luxury establishments.

Years ago, former Laface labelmate, Usher (Raymond), threw Braxton under the bus in an interview, where he stated of her, if you make one hundred dollars you don’t spend ninety-nine. He too indicated the root of her financial problems were due to overspending.
Hey, it’s Braxton’s money. She can spend it how she chooses. No one is trying to tell her how to conduct her financial affairs. But when one is a big spender, then files for bankruptcy twice, one cannot expect to be exempt from public criticism.

To refute her husband's claims they were apart for an entire year before he filed for divorce, attempting to terminate their 22-month marriage, Tameka Foster stated she had sexual relations with singer, Usher Raymond, on June 6. June 6th of this year or last year.
However, it does not mean he has been living with her. There are loads of paparazzi photos taken over the course of the past year that show Usher out and about by himself in Los Angeles, while Foster was in Atlanta, Georgia, the city of their marital home.

Tameka Raymond, 38, disputes Usher's claims the couple have been separated since July 2008. She said in court documents filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court that she "had every reason to believe her marriage was intact" and that two were "intimately together as husband and wife as recently as June 6."
Usher, whose real name is Usher Raymond IV, filed for divorce June 12, claiming there is "no reasonable hope of reconciliation" and the marriage is "irretrievably broken." He is seeking joint custody of the couple's two sons, 1 1/2-year-old Usher Raymond V and 6-month-old Naviyd Ely Raymond.
Tameka Raymond has three children from a previous marriage. She said through her divorce attorney, Randy Kessler, that she has been a faithful wife and loving mother during the marriage.

However, DeWitt, who Foster clearly asked to conduct the interview on her behalf, has been contradicted by Usher in legal filings, regarding claims she has made about their marriage, such as the two not living apart for a year.
