U.S. Unemployment Benefits Stalled

The U.S. Senate has refused to renew the unemployment benefits of 1.3 million people, which is a mistake. Taxpayers bailed out banks and other financial institutions, in addition to U.S. corporations, to the tune of billions. Now, when the taxpayers need the help, it is being denied. This is not right.
People could go lose their homes or end up homeless without the unemployment checks, they are depending on to get them through this rough time in U.S. history. This is not an area to be making cuts. Once again, the poor and middle class are being trampled in favor of the rich.
As the average American did not create the terrible financial crisis that continues to negatively impact the nation, they should not be made to pay the price for Corporate America's greed.
Side Bar: The public just may remember who voted against their unemployment benefits during mid-term elections. That's 1.3 million angry voters.

Elena Kagan Talks Twilight

Supreme Court nominee, Elena Kagan, was asked in the U.S. Congress, about the latest "Twilight" film, as apart of the nomination and confirmation process. Glad you guys stick to the important issues concerning the nation.

What a soft question! That's why the country is in trouble. They didn't ask important and more troubling questions, such as why someone, who was clearly smoking weed, greenlit Tom Cruise's box office turkey "Knight and Day." And more importantly, who actually turned on a camera and decided to film box office bomb "Jonah Hex."

The Kennedys, Marilyn Monroe And Sex Parties

The late U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy is the subject of much speculation, as his FBI file that was released this week reveals, he and his famous brothers, John and Robert, were thought to be engaging in sex parties with stars such as actress, Marilyn Monroe and actor, Frank Sinatra.

Monroe famously had sex with President John F. Kennedy and conducted an affair with his brother as well. Her behavior was wholly inappropriate and very scandalous. She was so brazen with the infidelity, it caused the Kennedys much embarrassment.

To this day, many believe Monroe was killed by the U.S. government, when she wanted to go public with her sexual affairs with President John F. Kennedy. She was found nude in her bed, overdosed on pills, but the details of the crime scene did not add up.
