Obama's Ratings Down Across The Board

U.S. President Obama and Russian President Medvedev eating hamburgers (why is it called hamburgers, when there's no ham in it).

U.S. President Barack Obama's approval ratings are down across the board, with everyone from liberals to moderates to independents. Clearly, conservatives would not embrace his ideals, as they view them as flawed.

However, according to a recently released Gallup poll, over the last year, Obama's approval ratings have fallen significantly, down among independents, from 48% to 36%. This cannot be good.

It's a shame, really. The Judiciary Report had such high hopes for Obama, as he swept to victory on the platform of being a virtuous person. All he had to do was keep his promises and not overspend, but he has done the exact opposite.

The U.S. And Russia Swap Spies

The U.S. And Russian governments, have agreed to swap spies. The exchange is set to begin today, in response to the FBI arresting 12 alleged Russian spies, who have plead guilty and are being deported, in lieu of prison in America.

The U.S. Government will in turn receive people that were arrested in Europe on charges of spying on America for Russia. They're just exchanging stuff like it's Christmas.

China Arrests U.S. Spy And Obama Shows Double Standard

    U.S. President Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama has been privately pleading with the Chinese government, regarding the arrest and sentencing of a naturalized U.S. spy, Xue Feng, 44.

Feng obtained a classified disc, containing information about the Chinese government's oil program and passed it to U.S. intelligence. How hypocritical of the Obama administration to lock up 11 alleged "Russian Spies" on charges most do not understand, which have become the butt of many jokes on television and the internet, yet try to excuse the conduct of, Feng, who spied on China, on behalf of the U.S. government. That's called a double standard.

U.S. President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama

Feng has committed clear cut crimes of espionage, as he actually obtained national secrets. Whereas, the Russian spies observed the American way of life and tried to befriend U.S. politicians, to promote their national interests.

Entrapment entered the picture, when one of the Russian spies was set up by an FBI agent, to receive a fraudulent U.S. passport. Having written that, it was a clear cut crime to do so, but not one relating to national secrets. The FBI has failed to illustrate to the public what national secrets said Russian Spies stole from the U.S. government.

Xue Feng took a massive risk that did not pay off

If other nations arrested U.S. spies on the same premise used in the case against the Russians, the majority of the CIA would be behind bars all over the world. Compiling and publishing the CIA Factbook would constitute a number of international crime.

Obama Under Fire Over "Russian Spies" Arrest

Russian President Dmitri Medvedev (left) and U.S. President Barack Obama (right)

People do not seem to be buying the FBI's story that they arrested 11 real "Russian Spies." Some in the Russian government are attributing it to the FBI attempting to sabotage talks between U.S. President Barack Obama and their Government, led by President, Dmitri Medvedev.

The U.S. press is highly skeptical as well, with journalists and bloggers laughing in derisive articles, barely able to contain their sarcasm. The Russian media is enraged at the allegations.

If said spies were caught hacking into U.S. government computer systems to steal national secrets, planting bugs in government offices or attempting to corrupt government officials using bribes, then by all means, lock them up. But this story seems to be a group of men and women collecting data on the American way of life and seeking to befriend and influence politicians, without paying them.

You must effectively show how they have harmed the American government and the American people or this case will continue to be the butt of jokes on talk shows.

Considering the U.S. government has spies in Britain, Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Australia and South America, collecting data on said respective regions, it seems hypocritical of the FBI to take this stance, prosecuting others for the same thing they and the CIA do on a daily basis.

"Russian Spies" Used Their Looks

    Anna Chapman

The alleged "Russian Spies" arrested by the FBI this week, in a raid in the tri-state area, are attractive young people that used their looks to make connections in America.

A cute, I mean bad spy, Mikhail Semenko, was seen outside the White House, supposedly doing research...when he could have just used Google Maps

One is even said to have befriended a close friend of Hillary Clinton. Is close friend codeword for Bill Clinton, because you know all it takes is a wink and a smile and Bubba is a goner.

The FBI Arrests 11 "Russian Spies"

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), has arrested 11 people that have been living and working in America for a decade, as spies for Russia. This comes on the heels of Russian President, Dmitri Medvedev's visit to America, where he met and dined with U.S. President, Barack Obama.

Today, the White House insisted the arrests of the aforementioned agents will not impact America's relationship with Russia, but how can it not. Russian Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin, has slammed the arrests, labeling the FBI "out of control."

Russian President Dmitri Medvedev (left) and U.S. President Barack Obama (right)

Americans interviewed about the alleged spies, referred to it as out of place and strange in this day and age, stating they noticed nothing odd about their neighbors. Not the reaction the FBI was hoping for, but it is the one they received, nonetheless.

It is strange that Russia is spying on America at this point in world history, as China has all the money. What they were hoping to gain from the alleged spying is still a mystery, as their nation has made strides in the world as well.

President Sarkozy, President Obama, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Prime Minister David Cameron

Then again, the alleged spying began while former President Bill Clinton was still in office and America was quite prosperous. Then George W. Bush took office and the deterioration of the nation began, creating problem after problem that has yet to be fixed.

Putin says U.S. police "out of control" in spy case

June 30, 2010, 12:48 am - MOSCOW (Reuters) - Moscow angrily rejected U.S. accusations Tuesday that Washington had cracked an undercover Russian spy ring, and said the Cold War-style cloak and dagger saga seemed timed to wreck a recent thaw in relations.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said U.S. police had gone "out of control" after 10 suspected spies were arrested in the United States in the biggest espionage case for years.

"I hope that all the positive gains that have been achieved in our relationship will not be damaged by the recent event," he told visiting ex-U.S. President Bill Clinton...

    BLOW TO OBAMA

Russian analysts said the timing suggested it was an attempt to undermine the "reset" which Obama's administration has hailed as a major foreign policy achievement, citing Moscow's support for sanctions against Iran and cooperation on Afghanistan.

"It's a slap in the face to Barack Obama," said Anatoly Tsyganok, a political analyst at Moscow's Institute of Political and Military Analysis. He predicted Russia would follow Cold War etiquette and uncover an equal number of alleged U.S. spies...

Adopted Russian Child Sent Back Home Alone

A family in the U.S. state of Tennessee, headed by Torry Hansen, adopted a 9-year-old boy from Russia named Artem Saveliev (renamed Justin Hansen), only to send him back to his native country, by plane and alone, with a note stating he is crazy and they cannot keep him.

The case has sparked an international incident. Hansen stated the Russian agency lied to her about the boy, not disclosing he has "psychological" problems. She says he threatened to burn their house down. She makes him sound like the boy from the movie "Problem Child."

After being questioned in Russia, the boy told the government his adoptive mother, Torry Hansen, has not been hitting him, but has been abusing him by constantly pulling his hair. Authorities in both nations are investigating the allegations.

Adopted Russian boy, 7, returned by US mother on one-way flight to Moscow... alone

Published: 6:23PM BST 09 Apr 2010 - A US nurse put a seven-year-old Siberian boy she had adopted from a Russian orphanage on a one-way flight to Moscow with a note saying "I no longer wish to parent this child", when she found she could no longer cope with him.

A confused and upset-looking Artem Saveliev arrived unaccompanied in Moscow on a flight from Tennessee via Washington, on Thursday...

On his arrival, he gave immigration officials a typed note from his adoptive mother, Torry Ann Hansen, a nurse from Shelbyville, Tennessee, explaining in two succinct paragraphs why she no longer wanted a boy she adopted in September last year.

Russia’s foreign minister said that Moscow planned to halt the adoption of its children by US citizens after the case provoked widespread anger in Russia. Dmitry Medvedev, the Russian president, called the boy’s treatment a “monstrous deed”.
