Troubled actor, drug addict and alcoholic, Charlie Sheen, who was recently fired from the top rated sitcom "Two And A Half Men" is reportedly in talks for a new show. Well, there's a scary prospect, especially if he has creative control. Sheen has been replaced on "Two And A Half Men" by the unfunny and nutty, Ashton Kutcher.

Sheen is still struggling with mental illness, namely schizophrenia, which led to him being fired, after strange and well publicized outbursts, alerted the public to his problems. The producers of "Two And A Half Men" and the studio behind it, decided to fire him on a morality clause. It remains to be seen if the show will suffer due to the dismissal, but one thing is certain, Kutcher is not a good actor, where Sheen could at least claim acting ability.

Gabriel Ben Meir
30-year-old, Gabriel Ben Meir, was gunned down, off Wilshire Boulevard on Mothers Day, while going home to his upscale apartment building in Los Angeles, California. Ben Meir exited his black BMW and was shot in the back of the head execution style. Robbery is not believed to be the motive. A silencer may have been employed in the hit, as no one heard the gun shots. His body was discovered on the sidewalk five hours later by a dog walker.

Meir was a music executive on the MTV television series "Punk'd" starring Kabbalah member, Ashton Kutcher. His dad Nick Ben Meir, is a music money manager and his sister, Alexis Ben Meir, a music manager. The Wilshire corridor is the same pricey place famous Sony publicist, Ronni Chasen, was driving home along, in a black Mercedes, when she was killed execution style as well.
Ronni Chasen was killed execution style 5 months ago, in a planned hit. No valuables were taken during the killing.
The main suspect in the case, bragged to a neighbor he was going to be paid $10,000 for the hit on Roni Chasen. However, he killed himself when police closed in on him. Chasen was under surveillance by a private investigator at the time of her death and we all know how Hollywood loves to hire PIs to break the law and hire thugs to inflict grievous bodily injury on people. The authorities can continue to bury their heads in the sand on these incidents, but someone is clearly killing off Hollywood industry members.

MTV Music Coordinator Shot "Execution Style" Police Say
3:50 p.m. PDT, May 9, 2011 - MID CITY (KTLA) -- Authorities have identified a man found dead by a dog walker in the Mid-CITY area of Los Angeles. Residents reported hearing what may have been gunshots at 1a.m. Sunday, and the dog walker discovered the body around 6:30 a.m. on Packard Street between Stanley and Spaulding Avenues, police said. The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Gabriel Aron Ben-Meir.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Ben-Meir worked for MTV as a music and production coordinator on such shows as The Hard Times of RJ Berger, Parental Control and Punk'd. His sister, Alexis Ben-Meir, is a well-known figure in the music business who has worked at MCA Records, Suretone Records and is currently at Red Light Management. Their father, Nick Ben-Meir, is a longtime business manager who has represented musicians.

Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry
In past articles, the Judiciary Report has explored the topic of age differences in relationships and the impact it has on those involved. The break up of actress, Halle Berry and boyfriend, model, Gabriel Aubry, is another reminder, bringing the topic back into the forefront.
Berry is 43 and Aubry, 34. It has been reported the age difference, a wandering eye and income disparities caused the split. It is strange the age difference allegedly played a role in this particular break-up, as it really should not have impacted this couple.
They are two very good looking people. Halle is in fantastic shape and looks much younger than her age, easily passing for someone in her twenties. Aubry is very handsome and young, but surrounded by beautiful models in his age group.
Color should not have impacted this couple either. The Judiciary Report believes it was more a case of two people not being suited to each other in the personality department.
There is a bit of a double standard in society, as people do not pay much attention when a woman dates a man 10-15 years old than herself, but when it is the other way around, people talk.

For example, actress, Megan Fox, 24 dates actor, Brian Austin Green, 36 and people don't really comment on the age difference in articles. He financially supported her as an unknown at age 18, taking her into his Hollywood home and providing Fox with a stable home life.
The Judiciary Report does not promote couples living together without the benefit of marriage. Two people being married is the best solution and is more meaningful.
When actress, Demi Moore, 48, married actor, Ashton Kutcher, 31, the public commented on the 17 year age difference and many times, not in the most flattering manner. When they met, Kutcher was in his 20's and Moore in her 40's, which made the age difference even more apparent. She also got him involved in the brainwashing cult Kabbalah.

It makes women age conscious to date a younger man, more than a man would be in the same situation, if he were dating a younger woman. Women are usually realistic, while men sometimes delude themselves in such situations, believing the younger person's intentions are true, when it is not always so.
The Judiciary Report is not judgmental towards people of different ages falling in love, because at the end of the day, it is their business. This article is simply a look at the problems they face, when the age difference is very significant.
In the real world, many people with age differences have had successful marriages. However, in Hollywood, vanity and superficial conduct comes into play and destroys said unions.
People start to tell others who they should be with and what age they should be and sometimes it goes against preexisting relationships, which in turn causes break-ups.
