Box Office King and matinee idol John Lloyd Cruz has topped YES! Magazine’s 100 Most Beautiful Stars in the Philippines 2011. A press conference was held last week at the Ruby Ballroom of Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ortigas. John Lloyd Cruz said that he was intrigued being chosen to lead this year's list of the country's most beautiful stars.
"It’s a very intriguing and interesting recognition but I’m hoping na there’s more to this handsome face and godly body kaya niyo ako pinili,"he said.
For the first time, a male has been named "Most Beautiful" by the magazine since it was launched in 2007 were it was Judy Ann Santos followed by KC Concepcion in 2008, Marian Rivera in 2009, and Kim Chiu in 2010.
John Lloyd Cruz also took the second spot among the Top 20 Endorsers in the list of YES!
