U.S. President Barack Obama is being slammed for going golfing, while the unprecedented BP spill continues to spew millions of gallons of oil into the ocean, destroying the environment and businesses in Louisiana.
A few months ago, papers noted Obama has taken more vacation time than any other President in U.S. history, just a year and a half into his troubled and turbulent presidency.

Porn Star's Son Not Tiger Woods' Child

A DNA test has disproved porn star Devon James' claims, the world's top golfer, billionaire, Tiger Woods, fathered her 9-year-old son, Austin T. James. She allegedly had a threesome with Woods and another woman years ago, for which she said they were each paid $2,000.
She claims she fell pregnant shortly after and Woods is the father - in spite of what a DNA test states to the contrary, regarding who sired her son. James' mother obtained the DNA test, whilst having custody of young Austin.

However, James claims Woods was the only African American man she slept with during that time, even though the DNA test states otherwise. It is believed the father of her child is another man from Florida.

James has sold very embarrassing stories about Woods, but her latest discredited claim is casting doubt on all she has stated. Still, James continues to demand Woods to be legally forced to submit to DNA tests to determine paternity.

BP Unsuccessful In Plugging Oil Spill

BP used a "top kill" solution of mud and golf balls, among other things, in an attempt to plug a massive oil spill in Louisiana, emanating from 5,000 feet beneath the sea.

However, BP put more golf balls in the water than U.S. President Obama on vacation, in trying to stop the terrible spill, but to no success thus far, as the black gold continues to waste in the Gulf of Mexico.

For years, people have drilled for oil in Louisiana, but this is the first time they attempted to do so this far beneath the sea and it has proven disastrous.

In news certain to upset Tiger Woods' wife, a 22-year-old neighbor of the family, bisexual Raychel Coudriet, has come forward claiming an affair with the golfer, stating it transpired one year ago. She is claiming to have met Woods at age 14.

Why she would like this type of publicity is a mystery, but it seems the women involved in this saga all want their 15 minutes of fame and undeserved checks for impropriety and notoriety in the press.

Tiger Woods made a return to golf at the Augusta National today, after facing months of controversy, due to a road accident, stream of infidelity stories and a stint in rehab for sex addiction. Considered the best golfer in the world, who is closing in on all-time records, Woods appeared calm, focused, yet somewhat sad.

The Judiciary Report is sure some are not happy he is back, believing his previous troubles had him down for the count and out of contention for the all-time greatest title in golf history. However, Woods is still young and if things go well, can continue to prove himself on the course.

It is another bid by James to gain more exposure and shake Woods down for money, via an undeserved settlement. The Judiciary Report is not a fan of this style of law.
