Obama Could Rebuild American Cities If...

Many cities in America have been negatively impacted by the turbulent economic times we live in. However, the city of Detroit, Michigan, has fallen into a state of disrepair, blighted by urban decay, more than any other major city in America. This is due to the ongoing financial crisis that hit the Motor City hard, as many of its citizens' worked in the automotive industry.
Years ago, GM (General Motors), employed 600,000 workers in Michigan. Fast forward to the present and the company has far less employees. Many beautiful buildings in Detroit, are now dilapidated and disintegrating, as there are no revenues and earnings to maintain them.
If President Obama ended the wars in the Middle East and Libya, he could use a portion of the funding from said military action, to build up Detroit, providing jobs and refurbished churches, homes, schools and businesses. Isn't it better to build up America, than bomb other nations.

The Tooth Fairy

Title: The Tooth Fairy Year Of Release: 2009 Review Date: June 30, 2010 Rating: PG-13 Running time: 102 minutes Box Office Gross: $101,670,897 Site Rating: 2 out of 10 stars This movie went to DVD fast and for a reason - it was painfully awkward and went in so many directions you couldn't wait for it to end. Dwayne Johnson, also known as "The Roc" is a very funny comedic actor, but only when he has something to work with and this script wasn't it. He stars as, Derek Thompson, a second-tier hockey player in Lansing, Michigan, that has settled for mediocrity, after a career changing injury knocks him out of the big leagues. Due to Thompson calling himself "The Tooth Fairy" the real so-called tooth fairies, based on the childhood myth that people con their children into believing, make an appearance in his life. They force him to become a tooth fairy, with his wings and very, er, delicate blue satin suit, replete with tights, involuntarily appearing on him at the worst times. This affects Thompson's relationship with his girlfriend and his mentoring of her two children, not to mention his career. Furthermore, the presence of the word "fairy" coupled with that of a very effeminate, limp-wristed sidekick, a dude named Tracy, this film was begging for certain types of jokes to kick off at this movie's expense. "The Mighty Ducks" was a more entertaining, age appropriate hockey film that didn't try to force kids to believe in something that doesn't exist - the tooth fairy.

FBI Lying About Imam Killing

This week one of America's foremost pathologists, Dr. Cyril Wecht, indicated the FBI is lying about the death of Detroit Imam, Luqman Ameen Abdullah. The FBI stated he was confrontational and attacked them, forcing them to open fire, shooting him 25 times.
The Judiciary Report viewed the Imam's autopsy photos online and they are horrible (the site does not recommend viewing the photos). The FBI really abused this man.

The autopsy indicates the Imam was bitten on the face and neck by the FBI's dog, who fractured his jaw. The Imam was also shot in the back. If he was charging at them and being confrontational, how did the FBI manage to shoot him in the back.
If someone is charging at you to attack, the self-defense bullet wounds would be to the front of the suspect's body, not the back. Someone's lying...and it appears to be the FBI. COINTELPRO is alive and well under a new name and is still being used on black people. Some things never change.

Posted: June 3, 2010 - A noted pathologist raised questions Wednesday about how the FBI handled the 2009 shooting death of a Muslim leader in Dearborn, saying that Imam Luqman Ameen Abdullah was mauled by a dog and did not receive emergency medical assistance.
Dr. Cyril Wecht of Pittsburgh has handled a number of high-profile cases. He said Abdullah was shot twice in the back -- not once as Wayne County Medical Examiner Carl Schmidt's report said. Schmidt did not comment Wednesday.
Abdullah was killed by FBI agents during a raid Oct. 28. He had bites and claw marks from an FBI dog used during an attempt to arrest him and his followers on suspicion of dealing in stolen goods, Wecht said. He concluded the dog fractured Abdullah's jaw...

7-Year-Old Killed By Police During Raid

7-year-old Aiyana Jones was shot and killed by police, during a raid on the duplex her family resides in, as a 34-year-old man was arrested in an upstairs apartment, but not charged. The incident occurred in Detroit, Michigan in the United States.
The Detroit Police hurled an incendiary device through the window, then fired a shot into the ground floor unit, killing the child. The family contends the police deliberately fired the shot, while law enforcement states it was an accident.
The public is not sure what to believe, as a child should not lose their life, under any circumstances, during a police raid. As such, the police should be required to pay substantial financial damages to Aiyana's family, who have filed two lawsuits against them.
The police maintain they had warrants for both apartments and witnessed a resident visiting both units. However that does not justify in the least, the tragic loss of life that has occurred.

The eye-catching hat legendary singer, Aretha Franklin, wore to the inauguration of U.S. President, Barack Obama, is the subject of a lawsuit, filed by milliner, Luke Song, as numerous rip-offs of his original creation have been released in the marketplace.
As it is his original design, he is the one that is legally entitled to profit from it. The companies that pilfered it should pay damages for stealing, as such conduct is unethical and unfair.

Milliner sues over knockoffs of Aretha Franklin inauguration chapeau - MAY 10--The Michigan milliner who created the hat worn by Aretha Franklin to President Barack Obama's inauguration has filed a federal lawsuit against competitors for knocking off the distinctive design.
In a U.S. District Court complaint filed Friday, Luke Song claims that his "lavish and ornate" creation "gained instantaneous fame and notoriety, attracting much more media attention than even Aretha Franklin's performance itself" at the January 2009 ceremony.
In the wake of the grey hat's stirring debut, Song alleges, the item has been improperly copied and sold by several firms with which he had previously done business...
