Thiruvananthapuram Telcom District has installed 11-digit toll free numbers for the benefit of the customers. This facility, introduced for the first time in India with unique numbers, will enable the public to access the service numbers of Trivandrum district free from any fixed /mobile number. These seven numbers shall be operational from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all working days, said a press release.
�The toll free numbers are 18004250250, customer service centre at CTO,� Statue. This will be the first CSC in India to become operational on all days from August 15 with all BSNL services.
�The other numbers are 18004251251- public grievance redressal helpline; 180042253253 - MNP and mobile services helpline; 18004256256 - for all needs regarding BSNL fixed or mobile services; 180004257257 - DSA mobile cell for delivery of BSNL products at the doorsteps of direct selling agents; 18004258258 - for broadband core group and 18004259259 - data circuits core group, said the release.
