As if that wasn't enough, another Democrat has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

The freshly installed congressman, Mark Cusack, is in hot water for sexual misconduct in the halls of Congress with a female aide. Did they learn nothing from Bill Clinton. If she's not your wife, keep it zipped! I don't know why some people insist on learning things the hard way.
