$2.4 Trillion Increase In U.S. Debt Ceiling Passes In Congress

One Day Ahead Of Schedule, But The Benefits Are Negligible

The U.S. Congress has passed a bill raising the debt ceiling by by $2.4 trillion dollars, to avoid the nation defaulting on its many debts. The proposed spending cuts, to take place over 10 years, not to commence until 2013, are weak and insufficient to tackle the national debt. There is also the very high probability the government will spend even more money, via miscellaneous and emergency costs, that will completely derail the entire budget.

The bill is not particularly helpful to the U.S. economy, makes paltry cuts in government spending that will have no real impact on the deficit and lacks the tax increase on the rich, necessary to help financially pull America back in the black.

The economic numbers are in for July 2011 and they do not look good. Job creation is going at a very poor pace, leaving 14,000,000 Americans unemployed. U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders insists unemployment is actually at "16 percent" not "10 percent." There was next to no growth in the U.S. manufacturing sector, which is bad, as the nation needs exports as one of several key revenue sources.

As mentioned above, another key revenue stream that is missing from the bill, is tax increases on the nation's wealthiest citizens. It's only fair, if the rich are going to live in America, they should help clean up the financial mess Wall Street's greed spree made on their behalf and that of their bulging bank accounts.

Sensible cuts to the government's budget would have made a great impact, such as closing a number of U.S. bases abroad, selling the land/buildings and equipment to the host countries, saving the nation billions in upkeep costs per year. The defense budget is too big, yet as we have seen repeatedly, terrorists can get into America if they want to and engage in evil acts that need to desist.

Therefore, you may as well close many of the bases and bring the U.S. citizens back to America. It is cheaper than keeping them open, which is causing further offense in a number of places in the world. It also seems the cuts in the current bill target the poor and middle class, which is a bad idea. How did Congress get it so wrong again.

For the aforementioned reasonable reasons, the Judiciary Report is not in favor of the bill that was just passed in the U.S. Congress. Any sensible person with moderate views and a grip on reality will realize, it is not going to work and after all that wrangling and arguing it sad that this is all they came up with.

Obama's Poll Numbers Implode Into Disaster

U.S. President Barack Obama is having a hard time in the polls. Numbers in every area of polling indicate, the American people are fed up with the debt ceiling debacle and the economy in general. There has been no recovery in the U.S. economy, only massive spending that is drying up and revealing all the cracks and flaws the government tried to camouflage.
But wait, Obama isn't the only one on the hot seat. The U.S. Congress saw its poll numbers drop to an all time low, with approval rating sitting at an uncomfortable 6 percent and it is deserved. They have passed ludicrous spending bills and can't, excuse me, won't even agree on a plan for the debt ceiling, by taking the best parts of both political parties' proposals and merging them into one bill, for the good of the nation.

U.S. House Speaker and Republican, John Boehner, has accused Obama of caring more about reelection, than resolving the debt ceiling crisis that is gripping the nation. The clock is ticking and in less than a week, if no decision is reached, America will default on its debts. According to the Los Angeles Times, Obama's own Democrats are abandoning him on this issue, as they have been pushed to the point of anger.

Senator Demands FBI Investigate Rupert Murdoch For Hacking Rival And Stealing The Contents Of Their Business Computers

In 2005, U.S. Senator, Frank Lautenberg, privately wrote to the FBI, in his official capacity as a lawmaker, referring a computer intrusion, copyright infringement and trade secret theft case, regarding a company in New Jersey called, Floorgraphics, which was hacked by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.
The FBI looked the other way to the complaint and crimes being committed, due to bribery and their belief that major corporations can commit any crime they want with impunity. It has been confirmed in London that News International/News Corp bribed officers in the Metropolitan Police. They were not the only ones, as the FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, took a bribe as well.
News Corp criminally broke into Floorgraphics' computer systems to steal. They hacked, then copied the entire contents of Floorgraphics' business computers and used the propriety, copyrighted data contained therein for financial gain in commerce.
After stealing the company's copyrighted products and databases via hacking, News Corp, then went about destroying Floorgraphics, via a smear campaign, which included maligning the company's executives to the public, destroying its business equipment and paying and in some cases, threatening people and companies not to do business with them. In short, News Corp had arrogantly stolen the smaller company's business products and data and now wanted them gone.
In 2009, Floorgraphics, went public with the story, via suing News Corp, as the FBI had looked the other way to the felonious crimes being committed against the company, which in itself, constitutes felonies by the law enforcement agency. The civil case, that should have been a criminal filing, was rocky, settled for less than it should have been, reopened, then declined by sitting judge, also known as corruption.
This month, U.S. Senator Lautenberg, this time made public a second letter he has written to the FBI and DOJ, demanding they reopen the Floorgraphics case. It remains to be seen if the FBI/DOJ will or continue down the corrupt path they've tread for years, to the public's detriment.

The aforementioned story should sound very familiar to my readers, as it is the exact same thing that happened to me, due to Madonna and News Corp, criminally hacking my computers, which I reported to the FBI in 2005.
I also filed a complaint with the Metropolitan Police in October 2005 (formal complaint), who took the information and did actually make two arrests six months later. However, in October 2005, the Met Police said due to the fact I am on U.S. shores, my case is in the FBI's jurisdiction, but don't hold my breath, because the FBI is not very good with these cases and the sum of money involved in the case would be a factor.
Two weeks later in November 2005, the FBI told me they would investigate, but along the way, took a bribe, as told to me by the source of many of my exclusives that have later proven true. Sadly, the Metropolitan Police is now on the hot seat for taking bribes in the same News International/News Corp case, as revealed in the mainstream British press. I do give them credit that they did at least make some arrests, though they could have done more, but as a person of British lineage, I am disappointed that they let criminals like Murdoch and Madonna destroy their name. It could not have been worth it.
In 2009, I sued under the Freedom of Information Act (The FBI Corruptly Granted "Sovereign Immunity" In The Aisha v. FBI Case) to obtain the results of the FBI's investigation and any other files being kept regarding me, but the judge in the case, Jose E. Martinez, who used to work for the FBI's parent agency, the DOJ, corruptly granted the FBI "sovereign immunity" which is a fancy way of saying a nation's government can commit any crimes it wants to against citizens and be allowed this despicable privilege, as it is sovereign. When federal judges issue such corrupt rulings, the government should embrace the fact it has lost all credibility in the world and should stop lecturing domestic citizens and foreign governments on how to behave and follow the law.
Even if the FBI/DOJ did not want to pay damages, which under the law they are supposed to, due to the lasting damage (I became deathly ill with a brain hemorrhage from being harassed and terrorized) and massive loss (a fortune in copyrights stolen) their unlawful conduct facilitated, during Obama's so-called era of transparency, why didn't they release the legally requested files under the Freedom of Information Act.
The law says they are supposed to but they did not. Why hide the FOIA files, which they admitted in writing exist, but repeatedly refused to release. What are they hiding (rhetorical). You call that transparency? I call that blatant hypocrisy, lawbreaking, bribery and obstruction of justice. The contents of the files show the crimes Madonna, News Corp and ironically, the FBI committed, via aiding and abetting criminals.

Even the scum bucket assistant U.S. attorney they assigned the case in Miami, nastily informed in a written motion that the U.S. Civil Rights Act did not give black people equal rights under the law in America and thus the FBI did not violate it by discriminating against me in the case in not bringing justice. That's the kind of arrogance and evil emanating from Obama's FBI/DOJ.
The most ironic part of their misconduct is the FBI/DOJ and assistant U.S. Attorney in Miami, being smug and cocky about their conduct in legal filings, because they basically own the judge, yet it ended up costing Obama and his fellow Democrats votes in the 2010 election. I wrote many articles online, decrying their conduct, in the lead up to the 2010 election that reached millions of voters. People got to witness the case being filed and corrupted by Obama's FBI/DOJ, who had promised to run a clean organization, but as the case showed, did not. Looking forward to the 2012 election.
When you corruptly and deliberately look the other way to cases such as mine and that of Floorgraphics (and I know there are more) you send the nation and the world the unforgettable message the government is illegally aiding and abetting large corporations in stealing the hard earned property and proprietary assets of smaller companies, which in essence, is criminally nationalizing people's property, as America is supposed to be a democracy. Nationalizing hardworking citizens' property against their will is only legal in socialist and communists governments. You think about that, while you do your level best to ignore the Constitution.
As I see it, I warned you in writing and during the two interviews at the FBI's office in Miami, that Madonna/Kabbalah and her cronies at News Corp, were violating people through illegal wiretapping, hacking and corporate theft, among other things, but you looked the other way, to the point many other innocent people, among them children, were violated by this invasive form of spying.
None of you deserve to be in office, as you failed the people across the board, due to bribery and campaign donations. In 2012, you deserve to lose by a landslide, because you knew of the crimes and abuses and looked the other way.

Published reports indicate congressional Senator, John Boehner, has walked away from the debt ceiling debate, against President Barack Obama, exasperated that they have been unable to come to a final agreement. There is talk that Obama's own Democrats are angry with him over the lack of progress. The press and public had hoped the issue was almost resolved, but the latest on the negotiations illustrate otherwise.

Republicans Develop Economic Plan And Await Response From Obama

Prominent Republican senator, John Boehner, took to the podium today, to announce the Republican party has developed a financial plan for America, but await a response from U.S. President, Barack Obama, regarding the course of action he intends to take. The clock is winding down to the August default deadline, in the debt ceiling debacle Congress is currently presiding over.

The regrettable fact regarding the congressional fighting, excuse me, debates, is neither side has been able to take the better ideas from each party and merge them into one proper solution. Overall, the Republican party has the better, more prudent economic plan save for the no taxes clause, which, frankly, is a problem.

The Democrats' financial plan has too much spending, but its true redeeming factor is the tax increase on the rich, which would make a big difference (provided the money isn't squandered by too much spending again). Really, is it that hard to compromise with each other. Even the government had to admit this week that the talks have become unusual and strangely stalled, in comparison to past negotiations. Something is wrong.

The Republicans Say Obama Has No Economic Plan Only Speeches

In a jab at U.S. President, Barack Obama, leading Republican, John Boehner, outlined his party's economic and political plans for America, in the wake of a terrible financial crisis. Boehner also went on to state, President Obama has no financial plan for America, only issuing speeches in the face of serious issues.

As the deadline for the debt ceiling nears, the President and his fellow Democrats, are locked in negotiations with rival Republicans and it appears they have made very little headway. Here's hoping both sides will accomplish something in the coming days.

Obama Administration Admits Financial Hardships In America To Last A Long Time

But It Doesn't Have To Be That Way

Timothy Geithner, the Treasury Secretary of U.S. President, Barack Obama, admitted in a candid interview last week that the financial hardships besetting America, shall last for a long time. Wrong answer! The people don't want to hear that and the sad thing is, the economy could be repaired, but the Democrats and Republicans refuse to agree on a financially sensible plan.
At the beginning of his presidency, bankers representing Americas top banks, went to the White House to meet with Obama and basically blew smoke up his butt. They talked up their dubious plans and walked away with truckloads of U.S. taxpayer money, only to hoard it, which does not benefit the nation.

President Obama and his team, due to naiveté, inexperience and lobbyists, had such poor oversight, this massive swindling of the American people's tax money, was able to transpire without impedance or accountability on any real level, which is regrettable. Some of the stimulus money also illegally stimulated off shore bank accounts.
It is the Judiciary Report's belief, a line needs to be drawn in the sand with banks and other financial institutions, formally notifying them, if they are not going to productively use the stimulus money in the U.S. economy, they must return the funds or face criminal charges. Taxes also need to be raised on the rich, to help combat the sky high deficit, with some of the funds used to create new jobs, but in a sensible manner (Obama Calls For Job Summit).

Geithner says hard times to continue for many
WASHINGTON (AP) — Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner (GYT'-nur) says many Americans will face hard times for a long time to come. He says President Barack Obama rescued the United States from a second Great Depression and will keep working to strengthen the economy. But Geithner says will be some time before many people feel like the country is recovering.
Geithner tells NBC's "Meet the Press" that it's a very tough economy. He says that for a lot of people "it's going to feel very hard, harder than anything they've experienced in their lifetime now, for a long time to come."

New Negative Jobs Report Is Bad News For Obama

The Numbers Keep Getting Worse

Proving his political policies are not working, the latest U.S. jobs reports indicates, the economy added jobs at a very slow pace, which has alarmed government officials in Washington. As many polls have revealed, the economy ranks as the top concern of most Americans. The latest weak economic data coming out of the nation's capitol, is throwing a serious monkey wrench in President Obama's reelection plans, as the economy refuses to stabilize, due to the dangerous and unwieldy spending he continues to engage in.
Congress, on both sides of the aisles, has a responsibility to tell the President no, regarding his substantial spending initiatives. It can't continue like this. Someone needs to press the brakes on all this mad spending that makes no fiscal sense whatsoever. It's time to be sensible about this.

It's time to stop spending so much taxpayer money
When one watches news reports on the subject, the Democrats and Republicans, are fighting and telling everyone within earshot they are doing the right thing and the other party is not. However, what message does each side think it sends the nation, when they cannot even agree on a middle ground, to strike a simple compromise.
The Democrats in Congress are the biggest spenders, as they are liberals bordering on socialists, engaging in financial waste. The Republicans in Congress, are more prudent when it comes to money, but they need to stop holding out for no tax increases on the rich, also known as their friends, because the Treasury needs the money. There needs to be a temporary tax increase. Where else is the money going to come from, with businesses posting declines in revenue.

The FBI Being Called Corrupt For Letting Mobster James Bulger Go

The recent capture of mobster and FBI informant, James "Whitey" Bulger, has brought to light the fact, the FBI acted improperly in a case that led to the murder of many innocent civilians. The FBI deliberately let a known criminal and murderer run loose, to the public's detriment, as he murdered 17 people.
The FBI even gave Bugler a heads up, in conduct that led to the murder of an innocent fisherman, which is completely inexcusable. They've also refused to make amends, having a financial judgment against them for criminal negligence in the death of one of Bulger's victims, thrown out of court.

Many are also skeptical of the FBI story, regarding how Bulger was apprehended last month, stating the agency is lying to the public. Congressman Stephen Lynch is demanding a full investigation into the FBI's conduct in this matter.

Alcee Hastings: oh no she didn't just file a complaint against me!
Trouble prone Miami politician and former judge, Alcee Hastings, who is no stranger to allegations of impropriety, is the subject of a congressional probe, for sexually harassing a member of his staff, Winsome Packer. She filed a complaint against him that is being investigated (Alcee, have you been chasing that woman around her desk!). Hastings is the third Democrat to get caught up in a sex scandal over the past few weeks (why are Democrats so horny).

It seems like since I was a kid Alcee Hastings has been in some controversy or the other. He was impeached by Congress for bribery in the 1980s. Homeboy was paid a $150,000 by two brothers, Frank and Thomas Romano, who were trying to stay out of prison on racketeering charges, as they had stolen $1,000,000.

Anthony Weiner was at the center of a media storm over his habit of texting lewd pictures to women on social networking sites. Mark Cusack was also caught with an aide in a compromising situation. The Democrats clearly need to lay off the Viagra, because it is getting them into trouble. Meanwhile, Republicans are too busy gleefully trying to plan a parade route through Washington after the 2012 elections.

Mainstream newspapers such as the New York Times and the New Jersey Star Ledger, have slammed the FBI's new investigative rules, as unconstitutional and lacking oversight. The FBI has so changed its guidelines for agents investigating individuals and organizations, they have eliminated the need to file paperwork, which means there will be no paper trial, thus foiling every Freedom of Information Act request filed by anyone.
As the Judiciary Report first revealed, the FBI has a Secret File Room, where the agency hides files, such as those containing terrible wrongdoing they committed, but the maneuvering has become so complicated, they seek to eliminate the need to do so once and for all, lest a terrible file accidentally gets misfiled. They are going to provoke hackers into raiding their files, if the FOIA treachery, secrecy and defiance, continues on its current path.
The FBI has gotten tired of answering to the press and public and want it stopped, as they believe themselves above the law. It was an extraordinary step to take, in a terrible leap towards a full fledged, undemocratic police state. FBI employees are about to become some of the most powerful people in America and inappropriately so.
They will be able to secretly investigate the President, Vice President, members of Congress, the aforementioned people's family members and significant others, not to mention, everyday Americans, with absolutely no probable cause, oversight or record of any kind. That is chillingly perverse and screams totalitarianism. To grant a secretive, law flouting investigative agency of 30,000 people, absolute power and no accountability in prying into others lives, with the ability to bring criminal cases, is begging for calamity to strike.

The FBI has repeatedly been cited over the past several years, in Congress and by the Justice Department's Inspector General, for abuses of congressionally invested authority, as they used the agency's resources to inappropriately spy on girlfriends, wives, objects of their affection, rivals, politicians, scientists, doctors, entertainers, journalists and bloggers. FBI agents have been imprisoned for accepting cash and or sexual bribes, in exchange for privileged agency information, due to the paper trial that used to exist.
Under the new rules, if FBI agents choose to secretly moonlight and accept large sums of money, for improperly investigating people without cause and passing on the information for payment to the highest bidder, they will be able to do so without penalty or any paper trail. Considering FBI agents have betrayed America in the not so distant past, in well documented cases, selling national secrets to the nation's enemies, it is going to be a free for all with the agency's new rules that have removed oversight. They think they're slick.
Agents will have full access to the agency's investigative tools, such as your telephone wiretap transcripts, emails, computer contents with the FBI's CIPAV trojan, web cam images and videos, conversations in your home and office, bank account statements, video surveillance recordings of your home and GPS data from your phone and vehicle.
Almost as bad is the Obama Administration and Congress letting the FBI do this. But don't worry, when this breed of unaccountable surveillance burns some high ranking politicians in Washington, with domestic and foreign rivals finding out all their deepest personal and political secrets, at the hands of FBI agents supplementing their incomes, they'll know it was a bad idea.

Embattled New York Congressman, Anthony Weiner, has resigned from the U.S. Congress, under the harsh glare of a sexting scandal that saw him send nude and semi-nude pictures to women on the internet. Weiner again apologized to his wife and family, bowing to pressure from fellow Democrats such as President Barack Obama and Senator, Nancy Pelosi, in tendering his resignation.

Another Democrat Caught In Sex Scandal

The sex scandal of married Democrat, Anthony Weiner, has been dominating the news and blogs for the past couple weeks, due to his folly in sending women semi-nude and nude photos, through social networking websites. As if that wasn't enough, another Democrat has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

The freshly installed congressman, Mark Cusack, is in hot water for sexual misconduct in the halls of Congress with a female aide. Did they learn nothing from Bill Clinton. If she's not your wife, keep it zipped! I don't know why some people insist on learning things the hard way.

Obama's Attempts To Reinstall FBI Director Deemed Unconstitutional

Barack Obama is running from the law on Mueller
According to constitutional scholars, U.S. President Barack Obama's attempt at extending the term of failure prone, FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, is unconstitutional. As many writers have publicly expressed, for President Obama to dubiously assert he has been unable to find a suitable replacement for Mueller over the past 2 and a 1/2 years, is questionable and highly unlikely.
It is also an insult to America, as there are many qualified men and women in the nation, who could adequately fill the post and more importantly, bring some measure of justice, fairness, oversight and stability to the FBI, which it sorely lacks.

Mueller has the disgraceful distinction of being sued more times than any other FBI Director in U.S. history and it is due to his corrupt ways, racist beliefs, retaliatory conduct and acts of sheer treachery, when it comes to the rights and privacy of innocent people.
However, President Obama has a special arrangement with Mueller, who introduced him to a terrible breed of unconstitutional spying, as seen during the Bush Administration. Obama does not want to give up the unconstitutional and invasive investigative reports Mueller has been conducting against innocent people, as favors to the president, select politicians in Congress and wealthy individuals in the corporate sector and that is at the heart of the issue, in challenging established law regarding term limits, in such an extraordinary fashion.

On Wednesday morning, as Politico reporter Josh Gerstein noted in this piece, UVA law professor John Harrison testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee that the legislation endorsed by the White House to extend Mueller’s term might be constitutionally flawed. The reason: it would effectively allow Congress the power to install Mueller into the seat, a power reserved for the president by the constitution’s appointments clause.
“A statute like S. 1103 would, in a situation in which an office otherwise would be vacant, cause a particular individual through a legal act of Congress to hold that office . . . that is an appointment and that is something that Congress cannot do, that has to be done through the appointments clause.”...

How Far Will Democrats Go To Push Anthony Weiner Out Over Sex Scandal

Barack Obama has labeled the scandal a "distraction"
U.S. President, Barack Obama and his fellow Democrats in Congress are aggressively investigating married New York congressman, Anthony Weiner, over an embarrassing sexting scandal, where the politician was caught sending nude and semi-nude photos to women on the internet.
The scandal came to a head, when author and blogger, Andrew Breitbart, leaked a nude photo of Weiner's penis to the Opie and Anthony radio show. They in turn snapped a copy of the pic, according to Breitbart, without his knowledge and sent it to a website, where it went viral.

In other news, it was also revealed Weiner was privately communicating with a 17-year-old girl on the social networking site Twitter. However, a police investigation deemed nothing inappropriate occurred, as she was simply cheering on her favorite congressman.
Weiner has taken a temporary leave of absence from Congress to seek therapy for sexual addiction. However, he has refused to resign his post, much to fellow Democrats dismay, as they are worried about the 2012 election. Weiner's wife, Huma Abedin, chief-of-staff to U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, is pregnant.

It has been revealed, Weiner is being investigated, regarding online communications with a 17-year-old girl. He has admitted to sending private messages to the teen, but stated nothing inappropriate took place.

When Twitter Attacks
This morning at 6:00AM (don't ask me why I was up so early) the Judiciary Report posted the article Congressman Weiner Penis Photo Came From His Phone (and here as well), stating it was Congressman Anthony Weiner featured in the penis photo posted to his Twitter account, discounting the story he published of being hacked. To make matters worse, at 10:00AM today, the website Big Government, posted inappropriate photos Weiner had texted to other women online.

Hours later, Congressman Weiner held a 4:00 PM press conference and confessed he lied last week about being hacked and it was indeed his penis in the photo. So it was your wee wee (I'm trying to be mature about this). Weiner meant to tweet the lewd penis photo to 21-year-old university student, Gennette Cordova, but it accidentally posted online for all to see (talk about a technical glitch).

A tearful Weiner publicly apologized to his wife, Huma Abedin, their family and supporters. However, he stopped short of resigning from his post. In watching the video posted in this article, I do feel sorry for Weiner and the regrettable circumstances he finds himself in, through poor choices. However, it is up to the people of New York to decide whether he will continue to represent them in public office.

The Anthony Weiner penis pic scandal has just hit a new low point. It has been revealed, the photo of a protruding penis in briefs, sent from Weiner's Twitter page, to 21-year-old university student, Gennette Cordova, originated from the software service TweetDeck. This means, the photo in question, was sent from the congressman's Blackberry mobile phone.

It is going to be a wee bit difficult for Weiner to deny it. It does not help that he refused to deny the photo is of his family jewels. Weiner originally stated his Twitter account was hacked and the photo was maliciously sent to Cordova to publicly discredit him. Now that it is being stated the lewd photo came straight from Weiner's Blackberry, this implicates the congressman in a new way - allegedly transmitting obscene images over the internet and phone.

By law, the FBI is supposed to investigate the matter, but have refused to comment on the case or responsibly answer Bill O'Reilly's ultimatum in a timely fashion. Why they are refusing to brief the public on the matter, looks suspicious, like they are hiding something.

This adds to the public view, the FBI is a corrupt and clandestine agency that believes it does not have to answer to anyone. It's J. Edgar Hoover all over again. Such behavior is inappropriate in a democracy. Remember, it's government for the people by the people. The FBI is not to run as a dictatorship.
