14-year-old Payton Wall, who lost her dad in the September 11th terrorist attack, is getting the opportunity to meet her favorite singer, Justin Bieber. Wall wrote to President Obama, seeking to meet with Bieber. Obama invited Wall to a September 11th commemoration event, held at Ground Zero in New York. Bieber read about the story in the press and is offering to meet Wall, who is undoubtedly excited about the news.
