15-year-old runaway, Charrida Smalley, going by the stage name, Bieyanka (a take on singer Beyonce’s name) ended up in a very graphic and explicit pornographic film entitled, "C*m Fiesta" shot by Miami company, RK Netmedia. Using a fake ID, she had sex on camera with 24-year-old bisexual male Chris Commando, real name, Fernando Marrero.

According to her mother Sherrita Smalley, the underage girl has a tattoo of small stars on her neck, like singer Rihanna, who coincidentally has been behaving like a porn star in her unoriginal music videos and debauched, x-rated concert performances.

Charrida's mother, Sherrita Smalley, found out about the movie and recognized "Bieyanka" as her missing underage daughter, who had run away from home, but was now performing in a pornographic film under the aforementioned fake name.

24-year-old Cris Commando (Fernando Marrero), a bisexual porn star, who is said to have appeared in many films, engaging in intercourse with men and women, had sex with 15-year-old Charrida Smalley in the 2010 movie "C*m Fiesta" in criminal violation of the law
Sherrita Smalley contacted the FBI, who is reportedly investigating the case. Considering the scores of laws broken in this case, let’s see if the FBI will fail like they often do, especially where money is concerned or do the right thing for a change and arrest all involved in this horrific exploitation of a minor.

RK Netmedia quickly took the video down from the internet, but they deserve to spend a significant stretch of time in federal prison, as it appears they orchestrated the entire episode to insidiously exploit a minor. Smalley's mother has sued RK Netmedia for, "Sexual battery, statutory rape and child pornography." The FBI needs to get off their duffs and bring a far reaching criminal case, to send a clear message, as I have read of a similar case involving another minor.

Mentally Disabled People Being Bribed Into Substandard Care While The FBI Looks The Other Way

I just received word today that mentally disabled people, who are on government benefits in federal programs, underwritten by the American taxpayer, are being taken advantage of and bribed by agencies in exchange for signing with them. What they are signing up for is substandard care. This misconduct is also pushing legitimate service providers into the unemployment line, which doesn't help the economy, while unscrupulous people collect two paychecks.
Said bribes are felonies under the law and deteriorate the quality of service mentally disabled people receive, as they are used and duped in a very sad way. Certain branches of the government have done a decent job in taking care of the mentally disabled, via medical and financial assistance, but questionable private contractors have infiltrated the field and are engaging in misconduct. Ironically, the FBI knows of the criminal misconduct transpiring, but has opted to look the other way.

Obama Admin Stonewalling Black Panthers Voter Intimidation Case

Black Panthers, a radical, militant group engaged in voter intimidation during the 2008 Presidential Campaign in America. Voters in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, reported armed Black Panthers brandished weapons, in attempts at scaring and intimidating John McCain voters.
Immediately after the election, the U.S. Justice Department opened a case into the incident, as it is a federal crime to intimidate, block or bar any U.S. citizen from voting in an election. However, when President Barack Obama took office in January 2009, he order the Attorney General he appointed to head up the Justice Department, Eric Holder, to drop the case against the Black Panthers.
It reportedly created a lot of anger among some at the Justice Department, so much so, an attorney quit and gave his story to the Washington Times. It is the Judiciary Report's opinion the case needs to be reopened.

When FBI Agents Go Bad

Another FBI agent has been imprisoned for committing serious felonies. Vo Duong Tran of New Orleans, was sentenced to 30-years in prison for attempting to rob a reported drug house.

It's amazing how the FBI behaves and speaks as though their employees would never break the law, especially at someone else's expense, yet there is a long trail of arrests of various FBI employees, for serious crimes, attesting otherwise.

Ex-FBI agent gets 30 years in robbery sting

was sentenced Monday to 30 years in federal prison.

36, of Wilmette, Ill., were sentenced to the mandatory minimum sentence by U.S.
District Judge Andrew Guilford, Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Keenan said.Tran

He also made harassing and menacing mobile phone calls to Palin's underage daughter Bristol that made her fear for her safety.

News reports state, David Kernell, the 22-year-old university student that hacked into the email account of then Governor of Alaska and U.S. Vice Presidential Candidate, Sarah Palin, in 2008, is facing 50 years in prison (Link). The case is set to go to trial shortly.

It's amazing how people make wantonly bad decisions, believing themselves above the law and culpability, when violating the privacy and dignity of others they spy on. Judges have been making examples of hackers and software pirates, abusing technology for their own ends.
