Beyonce's New Album Flops

Beyonce Knowles' new album entitled "4" has flopped, as did the first two copyright infringing singles from the project, "Girls" and "1+1." It was initially reported the disc would be pushed back, but it wasn't and now it has failed.
Sony is going to lose a significant amount of money on the project, as they have spent millions on recording, video production, marketing, promotion, payola and bribing certain mainstream sites and blogs for favorable coverage, expecting a sure hit.
The heavily promoted album is projected to sell 270,000 copies in its debut week. Her previous album "Sasha Fierce" sold double that amount in 2008, registering a reported 463,000 copies sold in the first week of sales. The second week fall off in sales for the album "4" shall be quite high, as said mainstream album opened with such a low tally, especially in comparison to its predecessor.
This marks the first flop of Knowles' career and it is richly deserved, for her well-documented, chronic acts of criminal copyright infringement, in willfully, deliberately and feloniously stealing the intellectual property of others, for undue millions, awards and accolades, she is not entitled to under the law.

Lawsuit States Lady GaGa Stole Charity Money Raised For Japanese Tsunami Victims

Outrageous singer and Kabbalah member, Lady Gaga, is being accused of taking a page out of mentor Madonna's book, by stealing charity money meant to help the poor and distressed (Madonna is under criminal investigation by the IRS and FBI for this misconduct in conjunction with her mentally ill cult Kabbalah). Lady Gaga has been slapped with a $5,000,000 RICO (racketeering) lawsuit for stealing money raised for victims of the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan, killing thousands.
Lady GaGa has been selling "We pray for Japan" bracelets, publicly stating the proceeds will go to charity, but she has inflated the shipping costs on each item to $3.99, to mail out an item that normally costs $1.00 per parcel to post. She is accused of pocketing the extra money from inflating the shipping costs, as well as hiding how much money the $5.00 bracelets have made and not delivering the proceeds to the people of Japan. How disgusting.
By her own admission, Lady Gaga is a spendthrift, whose extravagant taste and wild spending, made her bankrupt a year ago, despite selling records and going on tour. She simply spent too much money and it caused her finances to collapse.
It was announced this summer, Lady GaGa is in the market for a luxury $10,000,000 home in Bel Air - the most expensive neighborhood in Los Angeles, California. I wonder where she will get the money from, considering she has wasted what she made and her new album has failed to generate any real profits, having been sold for 99 cent per unit, to ensure a #1 on the Billboard charts, then bottoming out after week one.

Beyonce Knowles is on a losing streak. The first two unoriginal songs from her forthcoming album have bombed on the charts. Public feedback has been lukewarm (and that's being generous). The singles "Girls" and "1+1" failed to make any kind of significant dent on the music charts and have been greatly criticized by music fans and bloggers alike.
This is the first time Beyonce has experienced a flop from one of her albums or projects with former group Destinys Child. As the Judiciary Report warned regarding her months before her ill-fated singles were released You're Only As Good As Your Last Hit.
The music industry has become a joke. Barely passable singers, pretending to be skilled songwriters, by stealing others preexisting copyrighted works, passing them off as their own to the public, then collecting millions in undue royalties, in deeds that can only be described as racketeering.
There are so many gifted songwriters in America and all over the world. However, they are not getting the chance they deserve to be heard, in favor of a creativity stifling monopoly that exists in the music industry, where outsiders are not welcome, unless they are willing to sign away their rights and be terribly exploited, in favor of untalented people that have dug their heels into a sector of business they have no talent for. To be clear - stealing is not a talent. it is a crime.

The careers of so many modern mainstream artists, such as Beyonce and Britney Spears, are completely rigged. Payola to gain airplay and sales scams to falsify success via gold and platinum plaques. Awards are heaped on them for fraudulently claiming to do and be things they simply are not - multi-talented.
This is done by labels and management companies in support of an illusion, to create well-rounded artists. However, to do so with the current clay that is lacking the skills in question, they must commit fraud, criminal copyright infringement and grand theft, in stealing others valuable music that is protected by law.
The farce has gone too far, discrediting the music industry to a worldwide audience. Let me leave you with this fact to illustrate my point, regarding the disgraceful disparities, due to the blatant thievery and brazen fraud.
Beyonce, who is frequently sued for stealing other people's copyrighted songs, in criminal violation of U.S. and international law, as she deceitfully placed her name on stolen property and collected millions in other people's money in doing so, has won 19 Grammys in 10 years.

Aretha Franklin
Aretha Franklin can sing her butt off, play the piano and has written some of the music she performed - and she was won 16 Grammys in 55 years. How do you explain that. Beyonce couldn't walk a mile in Aretha's shoes, doesn't have a fraction of the talent and stole all the songs she claimed to write, as illustrated by lawsuits and public complaints, yet has more Grammys in 1/5th the time. Once again, the entertainment industry has become a massive farce that lost all credibility.

People in Britain are accusing unscrupulous music executive, Simon Cowell, of rigging the talent show "Britain's Got Talent." The claims spring from the fact, Cowell, is said to have met 12-year-old finalist, cute Ronan Parke, who is now a Justin Bieber mini-me, two years prior to the preteen entering the show as a contestant, which is a violation of the rules.

Ronan Parke - that scarf is sugar plum indeed. You know, when I did a search for his name, the word gay automatically popped up in the search box. I thought, why would someone search for that with his name, then I saw his pics...
Judging by photos, the young man was made over to look like Bieber and brought in as a contestant this year, to capitalize on Bieber fever. An alleged Sony employee - apart of the company that distributes Cowell's records at Syco and 19 on "American Idol" - is said to be behind the statements, regarding the rules violation, but the article was deleted by the blog service hosting the site. However, many people read the article before it was removed by the blog service and cache features still retain copies of the item.

Cowell is so fake and phony. He knows nothing about music or talent. He is always missing the mark on real talent and attempting to copy or steal what others have done, then slapping his disgraceful name on it.

Canada's Economy Is Outpacing America

The Canadian economy has grown almost 4% this quarter, double that of its American counterpart. When one takes into account, America has more workers and companies, the irony of the Canadian economy outstripping the United States, brings home the fact, there is something terrible broken in the latter's system. No disrespect is intended to either nation, but it is cause to examine the underlying factors hampering America's growth.
America has fallen behind due to Washington allowing financial fraudsters to run loose with criminal conduct and overspending on the part of U.S. President Barack Obama, who has employed this as a means of fixing the economy, for the past two and a half years, to no success (Obama Calls For Job Summit). Regrettably, President Obama has dug a deeper financial hole than his predecessor, via his costly political and economic policies.
As illustrated by website articles, for years, the Judiciary Report, has not been one to criticize without providing viable solutions. However, the site's financial advice of cutting the national budget, instituting a small 5% tax increase on the nation's rich and going back to the very basic and real principle of making products for export to boost job creation, which America mastered between the 1950s-1980s, fell on deaf ears in Washington (the U.S. government has consistently been in the site stats for years, as visitors to the Judiciary Report).
Washington looked at this website like I was speaking Chinese, in proposing such things over the past four years, even predicting the financial crisis in advance (How George Bush Destroyed The U.S. Economy), which happened two years later in 2008. This is ironic, because China has effectively managed their national budget and increased exports over the past few years and in doing so, became an economic titan. If Washington continues on the spendthrift path it is currently on, America will continue to experience economic declines and fall down the world ladder.

The Political Tool Of Choice For A Police State


U.S. President Barack Obama and Congress, have renewed the very unpopular, Patriot Act, extending it for another four years. The Patriot Act grants the FBI and other agencies, the legal right to invasively spy on you in your home, at work and in public.
The FBI, under Robert S. Mueller, repeatedly violated the alleged safeguards written into the Patriot Act legislation and each time they went back to the President and Congress, demanding even more power to pry into Americans' lives.
The FBI has used roving bugs (to listen into people's conversations, via switching on the mic in their mobile phones, anywhere and anytime they feel like). The FBI has also remotely and secretly accessed people's computers and turned on the webcams to spy on them in their homes.

The Patriot Act extends to wiretapping your home and mobile phone, reading your emails, accessing your computers via a software trojan and manufacturer backdoors (CIPAV), scanning your bank accounts, anonymously pulling your credit report, GPS tracking, physical surveillance stalking, if you are targeted by the White House, a member(s) of Congress or the FBI.
However, the Patriot Act has been abused by the government for political control, using the FBI to spy on domestic political rivals, scientists, doctors, journalists and bloggers, in gaining an undue advantage in elections. It has also been used for economic theft, in criminal violation of domestic and international law, to benefit large corporations. The "war on terror" is being used as a "war on privacy" regarding innocent Americans. More often than not, the Patriot Act has been used to spy on innocent people, than actual lawbreakers.
It was nothing but a con to turn America into a police state, where Washington would have complete control and autonomous power, which is unconstitutional. It's a government "for the people by the people" not to spy on the people.

Thieving Sony singer, Beyonce, has been stealing from other artists again, in a nasty habit that has made her the recipient of a number of copyright infringement lawsuits. Her career has solely been based on copyright theft, which is a federal and international crime.

This time Beyonce stole in great detail, the preexisting video performance of European pop artist, Lorella Cuccarini, for her appearance on the Billboard Music Awards show last week. She's being slammed all over the internet for it.

Beyonce performed the infringing song "Run The World Girls" which has flopped on the charts and paired it with a scene by scene rip-off of Cuccarini's performance from last year that was televised in Europe.

Internet users are slamming Beyonce for this unoriginality. This week Beyonce also premiered a new song entitled "1+1" which is already being panned by people online. Ironically, Beyonce's "1+1" is a dead rip off of the 1960's song "Wonderful World" by my dad's favorite singer, Sam Cooke, who he plays often on his radio show.

My dad also played "Wonderful World" so many times in the house and car, while I was growing up, when I heard the Beyonce song, I instantly recognized the infringement. A few of the copyright infringing lyrics are:

In closing, Beyonce is pathetic - a complete fraud and thief with a career that's a farce. She is crazy and sick to be doing this. These labels need to stop signing people like her, as it is disgraceful. With all the talent in America, for Beyonce to consistently do this thieving stupidity, while deceitfully bragging she is a songwriter, is to spit in the face of true writers everywhere that work hard to come up with something original. She is an embarrassment that needs to go sit down.

Now that her ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, has moved on from sick, scheming, so-called singer, Madonna, taken up with a woman half her age that he has impregnated, Jacqui Ainsley, the neurotic pop star has become more plastic surgery obsessed than ever. Her gossiping pals have been laughing behind her back in Hollywood, regarding word of her latest planned surgeries she has been bragging about.
However, the general public and all self-respecting optometrists, should file a class action lawsuit against Madonna’s plastic surgeon, for the terrible work he has done on her. If he lifts her face any higher, her nose is going to be on her forehead. Her cheeks have been lifted so high and far apart, they are practically touching her ears. According to reports coming out of California, the insane Kabbalah Center, which is a cult, is closing its charity, after becoming the subject of a highly publicized federal probe, by the IRS and the FBI. They are only closing shop in America. Therefore, other nations they have been operating out of, such as Britain, need to open criminal probes as well to shut those fraudsters down. The schizophrenic cult, whose members have murdered people in cold blood, caused an international incident this year, involving the impoverished nation of Malawi in Africa.
After using the country's name to raise tens of millions of dollars, Kabbalah and its thieving frontwoman Madonna, pocketed most of the money, rather than giving it to the people of Malawi. Madwoman Madonna, running her vile mouth, told the world she is opening a school for girls in Malawi, in attempts at mimicking the widespread publicity talk show host Oprah Winfrey received for doing so.
However, it was a complete scam on Madonna's part, as years went by, millions were spent and not even one permit was pulled to build the school, after the phony groundbreaking the weird, crazy singer staged for publicity. What is most infuriating about Madonna's self-serving, publicity seeking conduct is, she bulldozed an entire village of poor people's homes with no compensation given to them, vowing to build this school and years later nothing. She is so evil. She has a sick obsession with fraudulently putting people out of their homes (see: Florida Foreclosure Law Firms Under Investigation).
Malawi is a struggling nation, where significant segments of the population are infirmed and hungry, due to poverty. They grow small amounts of vegetables in their back gardens to sell and survive. Yet this wicked woman and her sick cult, went out there for publicity and money, using poor people's suffering as a charity cash cow.
For years on this website, I kept warning the government of Malawi to have nothing to do with Madonna and Kabbalah, as they are thieves, liars and violent criminals. FBI Laughably Talks About Transparency

The head of the Washington FBI field office, , recently did a hypocritical interview about transparency at the law enforcement agency, which is such a lie, it is ludicrous. You better hope you don't get struck by lightening lying like that. The FBI is anything but transparent.
The FBI has a terrible track record with complying with the Freedom of Information Act, also known as FOIA. They lie and hide or destroy documents, to keep the truth from the public on a regular basis.
Which is why people have to sue them and even then, they still fight like junkyard dogs, to hide incriminating documents they are Congressionally obligated to release, under the Freedom of Information Act. Who could respect such corruption and treachery.
Side Bar: It has been 11 months since I filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the FBI, to obtain documents they informed me in writing they are withholding, giving no basis for doing so and to this day, they still have not released them, in violation of FOIA. The next time the FBI tells you they are above board and transparent, do remember this case and know they are not. They are corrupt, inefficient, taxpayer money wasting liars, who have let America down time and time again and worst of all disease sufferers.

Obama Birth Certificate Issue Intensifies

A recently released YouTube video casts more doubt on the authenticity of U.S. President Barack Obama's birth certificate. It appears the change in law in the U.S. state of Hawaii, facilitated a legal premise to hide the President's original birth certificate.
At the end of the day, one has to wonder, why President Obama will not present the original document to end all the speculation and argument on this issue, that has made its way into the court system.


It has set a legal precedent that anyone from anywhere can refuse to present their original birth certificate and obtain the highest office in the land. For the sake of the nation and law of the land, Obama should present the true and original birth certificate issued when he was born.

I was informed by a very reliable source, Madonna has been going into plastic surgery overdrive, tying to make herself look younger, in the twilight of her career.

It was said Angelina Jolie, Lady Gaga and even her ex-husband's true love, Tanya Strecker, served as her plastic surgery inspiration, the template of what she wanted to look like, as she tried to make herself over. It is also being said in certain circles that Madonna is jealous of her 13-year-old daughter's youth and is taking out her frustration on the teenage girl.

A New York industry individual believes Madonna is prepping her to be her next income source, as audiences have soured on the 53-year-old pop tart. As such, her daughter Lourdes, who cannot sing and looks just like her mother, is being pushed into acting school.

If her daughter inherited Madonna's acting gene, which is the source of several flopped films, this will get ugly. Furthermore, she is being pushed by a crazy, irrational pop star turned stage mother, who has even tried to wear the teen girl's clothes.

Somebody needs to call DCF on that madwoman. She has a problem with females younger than her and goes to terrible extremes to impose her weird will in other people's lives.

FBI Made Scientist A Scapegoat In Anthrax Case

Microbiologist, Henry S. Heine, a colleague of the deceased scientist and scapegoat, Dr. Bruce Ivins, has joined the many voices slamming the FBI, who accused him of committing acts of bioterrorism that killed several people, while injuring others.

Heine stated, "Among the senior scientists, no one believes it.” This week, he also stated a point the Judiciary Report also publicly pointed out, “Whoever did this is still running around out there.”


The FBI unethically engaged in a dirty surveillance and harassment war against Ivins, who cracked under the abuse and took his own life. Once again, the FBI has blood on their hands.The FBI initially, incorrectly blamed Dr. Steven Hatfill, who they unethically and illegally harassed, terrorized, defamed and abused, hoping he would crack. The FBI destroyed his life, but he sued them and won.

The FBI's conduct has been disgraceful and should not be done by any law enforcement agency operating within the law. It raises questions about serious human rights abuses and affirms the fact COINTELPRO, which the FBI used to destroy great men, like Martin Luther King jr., never really went away. It just gained a new classified name.

But keep it up though, FBI (sarcasm). You've already gone too far in a number of cases, breaking U.S. and international law and there's a classified case on your books that is going to turn the U.S. Congress against some of you at the Bureau, when it goes public. We'll see how you like it when Congress makes some of you FBI human rights abusers enemies of the state, as you've done to Ivins, Hatfill and others.

You must think prison is pretty as a fed. It is the equivalent of throwing poor little Justin Bieber in a locked cage with Adam Lambert...for years!

The logic being if he likes her, she must be hot. However, it backfired, as standing next to a date that young, made her appear that much older. Luz is practically young enough to be her grandson. It would be one thing if he actually cared for her, but my source says he doesn't and it is strictly a business arrangement for the young man, who is seeking wealth and stardom. Luz is in love with a twenty-something brunette. His deal with Madonna has since cooled off.

Like Guy Ritchie before him, Luz consented to date Madonna, based on the career offers and financial incentives she promised. Madonna suffers from bad plastic surgery and is no knockout like Halle Berry, Megan Fox or Christie Brinkley. Not to mention, she has an awful, obsessive, narcissistic personality with a terrible mean streak.

When one's career becomes Autotune (music), Photoshop (photos) and CGI (videos), it has outlived its shelf-life, to which flatlined Madonna sales attest.

Madonna recently pushing her music to the makers of the television show "Glee" was another desperate stab at reaching teens to thirty-somethings, who don't care for her music, labeling it kitsch from the1980s that pop music has moved on from.

Her new label is scared Madonna's first release with their company is going to fail, as her last CDs have fared very poorly in the sales department. They have offered her a deal shareholders are not happy with and dislike the direction of her new project, deeming she is too old to be Lady Gaga.
