Rupert Murdoch Illegally Wiretapped And Hacked The British Finance Minister And Prime Minister

According to published reports, Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp, illegally wiretapped Gordon Brown, not only when he was Finance Minister, but Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. As revealed this month, the former editor of the News of the World and the Sun, Rebekah Brooks, called Brown to inform him she knows of the contents of his son's medical records and that the toddler is sick. She also told him she would publish the contents thereof, which she indeed did.
This week, the Judiciary Report accused News International/News Corp of insider trading (News Corp And Insider Trading In The Phone Hacking Scandal). The company has criminally wiretapped government officials and business rivals in three countries, seeking an undue advantage in business.
This misconduct firmly went into the territory of insider trading, which greatly aided in multiplying Murdoch's fortune in a relatively short space of time. As stated above, Murdoch further illegally wiretapped and hacked competitors and businesses he wanted to acquire or destroy, to add to his bank accounts.

It is bad enough wiretapping a competitor, but it is extremely arrogant and audacious to do so to government officials that oversee the financial sectors. Murdoch must be stopped. What possible reason could that dreadful, power hungry, money grubbing, poor excuse for a CEO, have for illegally wiretapping and spying on the top finance officials in large Western nations, other than gaining an undue advantage to financially profit in business, which is completely illegal.
Murdoch issued bribes to police officers in Britain to get away with serious criminal misconduct. It has now resulted in a full scale criminal investigation, with arrests of officers expected, based on what was stated in the British Parliament this week.
Murdoch has also bribed law enforcement in America, to get away with terrible criminal misconduct that has harmed many people, in more ways than one. However, the U.S. Congress has not announced any plans to investigate or imprison the members of law enforcement that took bribes from News Corp in America.

News Corp Continued To Pay Andy Coulson After He Quit To Spy On The British Government

The phone hacking hearings that transpired in the British Parliament today, featuring News Corp's crooked CEO, Rupert Murdoch and son, James Murdoch, saw the duo pummeled with questions by MPs. The hearing brought to light the fact, News Corp supplemented the income of former employee, Andy Coulson, when he went to work for British Prime Minister, David Cameron.
This lends the impression Murdoch was, as usual, trying to control the British government, in unethical conduct he has also engaged in on U.S. shores, by befriending, then spying on its incumbents, for financial and social gain. There is no legitimate reason Murdoch could have for continuing financial payments to a former employee, who began working for the duly elected head of state.

Having Coulson passing national secrets to Murdoch, a foreign citizen that has not been elected to public office, is criminal and highly inappropriate. Murdoch attempted to get his tentacles in former Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown as well, circling them like a hungry shark. In America, Murdoch cajoled his way into the Clinton and Bush administrations and tried to push his way into the Obama's White House, in more ways than one.
He is out of line. Murdoch and other power hungry businessmen like him, need to learn their place. If the public did not elect you to office, you have no business trying to dictate government and public policy. Furthermore, having such a tyrant trying to impose his will on prime ministers and presidents, places undue pressure, burdens and distractions, detrimental to their job performance.

A defiant and arrogant Rebekah Brooks, appeared before a British government committee in 2003, regarding bribing Metropolitan Police officers, for protected information on members of the public, to use for publication in News International newspapers, owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.

At Brooks' side in the video, was News Corp employee, Andy Coulson, who quit his job in 2010, to work with newly elected Prime Minister, David Cameron. It was Rupert Murdoch's attempt to corruptly control the British government, as he had criminally invaded the privacy of Cameron's predecessor, Gordon Brown. Coulson was recently booted from his post as Communications Chief to Cameron and arrested as apart of the ongoing phone hacking scandal.

Yesterday, former British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown is not only accusing Rupert Murdoch's News of the World of hacking, wiretapping and illegally accessing his banking information, he is also leveling allegations at two of the company's other newspapers, The Sunday Times and The Sun (UK).

Brown stated this week, former News of the World and Sun (UK) editor, Rebekah Brooks of News International, illegally accessed his sick baby's medical records, then menacingly called him at 10 Downing Street, to say she knew his son was ill with cystic fibrosis and would be printing excerpts from the criminally obtained files, in an exclusive story to millions of newspaper readers. That is despicable. It confirms what the Judiciary Report stated three months ago, regarding News International (News Corp) accessing children's medical records, in a story the site broke first (Mr. Murdoch, Your Viagra Prescription Is Ready)

To threaten and intimidate a sitting Prime Minister is a serious crime. She is either extremely arrogant from bribing police officers or just plain psychotic (or both). Brown did not press charges. However, that could not have been me. Before she hung up the phone I would have had the police at her door firing off a list of charges and informing her why she would be placed under the prison.

Pop singer, George Michael, who was arrested for using marijuana while driving, also accused Brooks of inviting herself to his home in London and during a tense conversation, informing him that the company she works for, News International (News Corp), bribes the police for information (and to get away with crime).

One officer involved in the scandal, is said to have made $160,000 per year, illegally giving News International scoops, protected police information and blocking cases against them. The press expects several officers to be arrested in connection with the case.

Two of Murdoch's private investigators, Glenn Mulcaire (top) and Jonathan Rees (bottom) are no strangers to breaking the law. The latter was charged with murdering another gay man using an axe.
As many of you who read the site regularly may recall, The Sun (UK) is the primary newspaper, along with parent company News Group Newspapers (News International), that I made a formal complaint against in October 2005, with the Metropolitan Police in London, for illegal hacking and wiretapping, among other things, in conjunction with Madonna (thus throwing them under the proverbial bus and breaking the story first). Murdoch admitted guilt years later.

Madonna's pal, Victoria Newton, is one of the worst snoops in the scandal, who wrote for the Sun UK for years. She worked under Brooks (nee Wade), a key figure in the criminal misconduct, directing the invasive crimes on Murdoch's orders. Newton knows where a lot of the proverbial bodies are buried.

The phone and internet are an integral part of modern life. However, News Corp, among others, have people scared to use their mobile phones and their email boxes, for fear their sensitive and personal information, from medical records to business data, will be illegally accessed and printed in one of Murdoch's papers or broadcast on Sky in Britain or Fox News in America, without permission. No one should be able to hold the public hostage in this manner. It's just plain sick.

Brown accuses two more Murdoch titles
Tuesday, 12 July 2011 - ...Illegal attempts were made by a "blagger" apparently working for The Sunday Times to access Mr Brown's account from the Abbey National bank in 2000. In a letter to The Sunday Times' editor John Witherow, Abbey National's senior lawyer wrote: "On the basis of facts and inquiries, I am drawn to the conclusion that someone from The Sunday Times or acting on its behalf has masqueraded as Mr Brown for the purpose of obtaining information from Abbey National by deception."
Separately a tape obtained by the BBC showed a "blagger" identified as Barry Beardall seeking, also in 2000, to trick Mr Brown's solicitors Allen & Overy into handing over details of the amount he paid for a flat in Westminster owned by one of Robert Maxwell's companies. A story claiming that Mr Brown had underpaid for the flat by up to £30,000 was the subject of a story in the paper.
In another case, in October 2006, Rebekah Brooks, then editor of The Sun, contacted the Browns, informing them that she had obtained medical details about their four-year-old son Fraser. The Sun subsequently published a story stating that Fraser had cystic fibrosis.
Friends of the Browns said Ms Brooks' call caused them considerable distress, as they were seeking to come to terms with the diagnosis, which had not been confirmed. Police are thought to have evidence that the News of the World's private investigator Glenn Mulcaire had targeted Mr Brown and his wife, Sarah. In a statement, the Browns said: "We are shocked by the scale of law-breaking and intrusion into our private lives."...

A year ago in the May 7, 2010 article The FBI And Mobile Phone Spying the Judiciary Report wrote of mobile phone hacking and wiretapping, warning of the negative consequences that can emanate from it:
"The U.S. Congress has failed to stop this criminal misconduct, which some of them have benefited from and illegally so. However, whether they realize it or not, the aforementioned misuse of technology, poses a severe danger to national security.
If a non-government worker or foreign entity, secretly uses the aforementioned tactics on members of Congress, they could listen into high ranking, classified, closed session meetings, simply by targeting a senator's mobile phone, with inexpensive malware and spyware.
If they target the mobile phone belonging to the family members of Congress people, they could also spy on the entire family in their home, by default and eventually hear and see things they are not entitled to under the law, which could also damage national security. After all, many people take their work home.
Even the U.S. White House could be infiltrated in this manner, via U.S. President Barack Obama's Blackberry mobile phone or those belonging to any member of his cabinet or the property's staff. "

David Cameron Is The New British Prime Minister

The Judiciary Report's pick for British Prime Minister, David Cameron, since the election was called, has been appointed as such today, after a long, hard fought battle that resulted in a hung Parliament. For the past several weeks, the Judiciary Report has promoted Cameron as the better choice for Britain. Congrats on the victory.

Gordon Brown graciously resigned from his post as Prime Minister today, after his Labour Party garnered fewer votes and Parliamentary seats, making way for Cameron to assume leadership of the country. Cameron will form a government with the third place Liberal Democrats, led by Nick Clegg.

Mr. Brown did the right thing in resigning, as the will of the people clearly indicated the Conservative Party won the popular vote in this election (the Electorate). The Judiciary Report hopes this year’s election will lead to reform, to prevent future stalemate impasses, such as the disheartening one that transpired last week.

If Cameron revamps the benefits system, he will have accomplished something and Britain will see billions more pounds in its Treasury, as no family should be clearing five to six figures per month in government payments. The British people have also overwhelmingly expressed their desire to get out of the wars in the Middle East. It is in the best interest of Britain to do so and spend that money on national security at home. Best wishes to Britain.

Conservatives Win Most Seats In U.K. Election

The Conservative Party, headed by David Cameron, won the most votes and the greater number of seats in the U.K. Parliament. However, the number was slightly short of the 326 needed for a Parliamentary majority. This is known as a hung Parliament.
As such, Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, is trying to remain in office, in spite of the fact, his opponents have won more of the popular vote and the most seats in Parliament.
Many are calling for electoral reform, as it is regrettable the people have spoken, via record voter turnout, with one side, the Conservative Party, winning millions more votes than Labour, yet the Prime Ministership is not settled. This ought not to be.

The options currently available are for Prime Minister Gordon Brown to resign, as the Conservatives won millions more votes than he and his party did in this election, even surpassing the number that duly elected him to office in 2005 or either party can form a new government with the third runner up, the Liberal democrats.
The main problem with the second option is the Labour Party would still lack the required number of seats to form a working government, even when paired with the Liberal Democrats. The choice is clear. The Conservatives have it.
The British people have spoken. They chose the Conservative Party this go round. For the Prime Minister to stay on is to go against the will of the people. Governing will be extremely difficult and world history will record it as a defeat, rather than a victory.

How are they going to get anything done in Parliament, under the circumstances, with Brown still in office, toiling under a minority number of Labour seats. It shall prove detrimental to the British people and a waste of their time and tax dollars.
It shall also damage the interests of the Liberal Democrats, if history records they sided with the party, Labour, that won the second highest number of votes, rather than the first, the Conservatives, which clearly signals the latter side is the will of the people.
At least in pairing with the Party that garnered the most votes, the Liberal Democrats could improve their stature, after what they've labeled a disappointing showing.

The Judiciary Report's main concern is years more of the Labour Party, under its current spending practices, shall bankrupt Britain and negatively impact the pound and neighboring nations, as the financial crisis that began in America and spread to the rest of the world, is still raging out of control. The storm is not over. The government needs to change course and Labour had years to do so, but have not.
Greece is already having massive trouble. Neighboring Europe needs Britain to be at its financial best. A continuation of the policies of the past several years, will not be beneficial in this regard.

David Cameron, the head of the British Conservative Party, seeks a withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, if he is elected Prime Minister of Britain. The national elections are slated to take place Thursday, May 6, 2010.
Cameron has made his presence felt, in a race between incumbent, Gordon Brown and Liberal Democrat, Nick Clegg. Cameron has also offered sensible economic ideas, to help revamp Britain, during this terrible global economic crisis.

According to polls conducted in the United Kingdom, Conservative party chief, David Cameron, won yesterday's third and final debate, in the British national elections.

The debate centered on economics and Cameron has the more sound policies in this realm, which can benefit the British economy. This is not the time in world history for liberal and wasteful government spending. Cameron stated he intends to make spending cuts, reform the benefits system and promote British business, which would be beneficial to the economy and nation as a whole.

Here's hoping next week's election, scheduled to be held on May 6, 2010, will bring positive change to Britain. God bless.

A radio microphone betrayed British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, as he forgot it was on after he left a public engagement and it picked up embarrassing conversation between the incumbent and an aide. Obama's Snubbing Of Britain

U.S. President Barack Obama

Persistent public criticism of U.S. President Barack Obama's snubbing of America's top ally, Britain, in his less than considerate treatment of accommodating British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, has made its way into the current U.K. elections, set to take place on May 6, 2010.

It is now being said, challengers, frontrunner David Cameron and newcomer Nick Clegg, could scale back Britain's ties with America, if ether wins, in light of the perceived Obama snubs that have become "embarrassing." Britain certainly is not an enemy of America, supporting the nation for decades. Therefore, Obama's behavior is quite puzzling to many.

Other high ranking British officials spoke out last month, seeking a reevaluation of relations between the two nations, deeming the "lapdog" image the Labour Pary, under former Prime Minister, Tony Blair, saddled Britain with, is unacceptable and harming Britain's image and interests in the world.

Could Britain's three-way end the "special relationship"?

Saturday, April 24, 2010 - Mr. Clegg's stance on those issues could
make some in Washington nervous. In a speech this week he called for a shakeup
in relations between the United States and the United Kingdom and described as
"embarrassing the way Conservative and Labor politicians talk in this kind of
slavish way about the special relationship." He added that there were "profound
differences" between the two countries and argued that the Obama administration
had already written off the idea that Britain was a special ally. "If they are
moving on, why on earth don't we?" he said.

Intentionally or not, Mr. Obama has offered support for Mr. Clegg's
argument: His relatively chilly relationship with Mr. Brown, including several
perceived snubs, has been a persistent theme of British news coverage. Yet the
United States can hardly afford a weaker or less friendly Britain at a time when
it is still fighting two wars and when diplomacy with states such as Iran, North
Korea and Syria is failing. Other longtime American allies, from Brazil to
Turkey, have begun opposing the Obama administration on Iran and other issues.
Though the next British government is unlikely to follow their course, Mr. Obama
would be wise to reaffirm the "special relationship."

British Election Debate - Part 2

With approximately two weeks to go until voting, the second debate in the British national elections, took place yesterday in England. The debaters were Labour Party chief and current Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, Conservative head, David Cameron and Liberal Democrat chair, Nick Clegg. All three men handled themselves well and intelligently.
However, of the three, David Cameron has the better ideas, regarding helping Britain, which are tempered with financial commonsense and strong national security.
Britain does not need more liberal government spending, in the manner the Labour Party has done for several years. Britain has so much tax money coming in, which should be utilized in a more effective manner, under the credo of thrift and prudence.

David Cameron: Nick Clegg = Gordon Brown

British Conservative Party head, David Cameron, fresh off a successful televised debate, stated voting for challenger, Liberal Democrat, Nick Clegg, who led the polls for the national discussion last week, is the equivalent of voting for incumbent, Prime Minister, Gordon Brown.

Cameron illustrated both Brown and Clegg, share the same political beliefs and a victory for the latter would mean more years of the Labour Party, under the Liberal Democrat umbrella. The Conservatives currently lead in fundraising, while Clegg is steeped in a financial scandal he denies any involvement in.

British Election Debate

The first televised debate in the British national elections aired this week on television and it was quite engaging. Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, Conservative, David Cameron and Liberal Democrat, Nick Clegg squared off on a number of national topics concerning Britons.
It was a healthy, informative debate that shed light on a number of items the public had not received sufficient answers to in the past. According to polls, incumbent Gordon Brown placed last at the debate.

Conservative Party head, David Cameron, has been on the campaign trail, with pregnant with Samantha, hoping he will lead his contingent to victory on May 6, 2010, in the British elections.
The race is almost at the home stretch, so in a bid at giving the public a chance to know him better, he has a YouTube page, with videos of his home life.

The couple is affectionately named Sam and David. However, being the music buff, I instantly called them "Sam and Dave" like the music group.

U.K. Election Set For May 6, 2010

The Queen of England has been formally asked to dissolve the current British Parliament, which is a precursor for the national elections. The main battle for Prime Minister shall be between incumbent Labour Party chief, Gordon Brown and Conservative Tory party head, David Cameron.

The Tony Blair years were not particularly kind to Britain or the Labour Party, due to the war in Iraq, former U.S. President, George W. Bush, roped the country's main ally across the pond into and was later accompanied by a terrible financial crisis that began in America and spread to the United Kingdom, then eventually most of the globe.

Britons do seem hopefully for positive change in their nation and the May elections shall furnish them with the opportunity to make that a reality. Britain needs swift reparative measures to mend the financial and social damage of the past decade.

Exorbitant benefits draining tax dollars to the tune of billions, need to be reduced, as singular households enjoying loopholes in the system, should not be clearing more money in government assistance, than doctors and lawyers earn at their respective places of employment. Exports need to be increased as well. Industrialization isn't such a bad thing, contrary to what some would have the world believe.
